ountability and transparency practices implemented by zakat management institutions. This study aims to explore the practices of accountability and transparency in zakat fund management at the National Board of Zakat (BAZNAS) of Sumbawa Regency and to examine their contribution to public trust. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings reveal that accountability has been implemented through financial reporting in accordance with PSAK 109, external auditing, and structured accountability mechanisms. Transparency is demonstrated through the dissemination of information via the official website, social media platforms, print media, and public outreach activities. The implementation of these principles contributes to strengthening the trust of muzakki (zakat payers) and generating tangible benefits for mustahik (zakat beneficiaries), although improvements in information accessibility and the development of productive zakat programs remain necessary. The novelty of this study lies in its exploration of the interrelationship between accountability, transparency, muzakki trust, and the perceived benefits experienced by mustahik within the context of regional zakat management at BAZNAS Sumbawa Regency.
Abstract:Daiama Tourism Village in Rote Ndao Regency possesses significant natural and cultural tourism potential; however, its tourism promotion remains suboptimal, resulting in fluctuating tourist visitation rates. This study aims…
ims to analyze promotional activities, identify factors influencing promotional effectiveness, and formulate promotional strategies to increase tourist visits. The research employed a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, literature review, and documentation, supported by interactive data analysis and triangulation techniques. The findings reveal that promotional efforts still rely primarily on annual festivals and direct interpersonal communication without systematic support from planned digital media. This condition has contributed to fluctuations in tourist arrivals, increasing from 587 visitors in 2022 to 711 visitors in 2023, before declining to 503 visitors in 2024 and 468 visitors in 2025. Constraining factors include limited human resources, weak digital media management, and the underdeveloped institutional capacity of the Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis). The study concludes that promotional strategies should be directed toward digital marketing, strengthening cultural identity and local storytelling, as well as enhancing community and institutional capacity. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a sustainable promotional model that integrates digital marketing, cultural storytelling, community participation, and the strengthening of Pokdarwis institutions in accordance with the characteristics of Daiama Tourism Village as a nature- and culture-based tourism destination.
Abstract:Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is a progressive chronic respiratory disease that has become a global health concern due to its high morbidity and mortality rates and its impact on patients’ quality of life.…
e. In acute exacerbation conditions, impaired oxygenation becomes a major problem that may be influenced by various factors, including hemoglobin levels as the primary component of oxygen transport in the blood. However, the relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD remains inconsistent, particularly in populations exposed to high environmental risk factors. This study aimed to determine the relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD hospitalized at RSUD dr. Suhatman MARS Dumai, Kota Dumai. This research employed an analytic observational design with a cross-sectional approach involving 73 patients selected through total sampling based on medical record data. Bivariate analysis using the Spearman correlation test showed no significant relationship between hemoglobin levels and oxygen saturation (r = 0.098; p = 0.412), indicating a very weak and statistically insignificant correlation. The study concluded that hemoglobin levels do not directly influence the oxygenation status of patients with acute exacerbation COPD, where impaired oxygenation is more strongly affected by respiratory factors such as ventilation-perfusion imbalance and structural lung damage. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical evidence demonstrating the limited role of hemoglobin as a predictor of oxygenation in patients with acute exacerbation COPD within a population with specific environmental characteristics, thereby providing a basis for developing more comprehensive clinical approaches in monitoring and managing COPD patients.
Abstract:This study was conducted to evaluate the quality of the electrical installation at Budi Bakti School Building in Samarinda by emphasizing aspects of reliability, safety, energy efficiency, and compliance with applicable…
electrical installation standards. The research approach involved field surveys to obtain empirical data, measurements of lighting intensity, calculations of the required number of lighting points according to the function and characteristics of each room, as well as technical analysis of installation components, including conductors and protection systems. All observed data were compared with theoretical calculations to identify the level of conformity as well as potential deviations that could cause problems. The findings indicate that although the electrical installation remains operational, there are significant discrepancies, particularly in the distribution of lighting intensity, the number of lighting points, and the selection and placement of protective components that do not fully meet the standards. These discrepancies affect the optimality of lighting, reduce user comfort, and present potential safety risks. Therefore, this study recommends adjustments to the installation design, prioritizing the optimization of the lighting system, the use of standard-compliant components, and the implementation of energy efficiency principles as part of a comprehensive improvement effort. The implications of these findings highlight that regular evaluations and updates of electrical installations in educational buildings are essential to create a safe, comfortable, and productive learning environment. Thus, the results of this research not only provide practical contributions for school management but also offer a scientific basis for developing technical standards of electrical installations that are more responsive to educational needs.

lyze the potential application of predictive Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Wearable Health Technology in preventing child stunting, with an emphasis on the integration of technology into the health system, socio-cultural interrelations, and ethical dimensions that need to be anticipated. The research employed a qualitative approach through a systematic literature review, analysis of national health policies, and examination of reports on the implementation of digital health technologies related to child health. The results indicate that wearable devices are effective in recording health indicators in real-time, while predictive AI algorithms enable early detection of stunting risks, allowing interventions to be carried out quickly, accurately, and in a personalized manner. However, the success of implementation is highly dependent on the support of the digital health ecosystem, including adaptive regulations, infrastructure readiness, digital literacy among communities, as well as multi-stakeholder collaboration involving the government, medical professionals, the technology industry, and families. This study affirms that the integration of Wearable Health Technology and predictive AI is not merely an additional tool in medical services, but rather a representation of a health system transformation towards a more preventive, predictive, precise, and participatory paradigm. Thus, the utilization of evidence-based digital innovations has the potential to strengthen the effectiveness of stunting prevention programs in Indonesia while accelerating the achievement of national health development targets within the context of technological disruption and global dynamics.
