with a case study approach on an educational institution that applies Islamic principles in human resource management, such as trust, justice, and excellence. The research results show that the integration of Islamic values in human resource management significantly improves the performance, loyalty, and satisfaction of educators. However, the challenges in digital literacy are still felt by most educators, even though institutions have provided regular technology training. The implementation of a collaborative culture through deliberation has proven effective in enhancing innovation and the involvement of educators in the decision-making process. The use of digital technology tailored to Islamic values, such as sharia-compliant human resource management applications, also strengthens aspects of transparency and justice in institutional management. In conclusion, Human Resource management based on Islamic values, supported by digital technology, is capable of improving performance quality and creating a harmonious work environment that is relevant in addressing the challenges of the digital era.

This study focuses on the analysis of hashtag trends related to general elections, such as #capres2024, #cawapres2024, and #pemilu2024, on Instagram, and their influence on user perceptions. It examines the role of hashtags in CMC practices on Instagram during electoral periods. Through the analysis of seven samples, the study reveals that while certain posts align with the electoral purposes of the hashtags, others use these hashtags for visibility without relevance to the elections. The research underscores Instagram’s potential for reshaping political branding and enhancing voter engagement. It demonstrates that the strategic application of hashtags, combined with high-quality visuals and interactive features, can amplify the visibility and impact of political messaging. Students highlighted that online resources offer immediate feedback, diverse learning materials, and opportunities for practicing English in real-world contexts, which are crucial for mastering a foreign language. Moreover, the study shows that the internet supports students in developing digital literacy skills, which are essential for effective language learning in the 21st century. The use of internet-based learning tools helps students seamlessly transition between languages, enhancing their overall language proficiency and confidence in using English. . Each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this research are third-semester students totaling 32 individuals. Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and test instruments. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate: 1) There is a significant improvement in students' academic performance from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, indicating that the learning model used is effective in enhancing students' understanding and achievement. 2) Changes in teaching strategies successfully increased the average scores and classical mastery percentages, confirming that adjustments in teaching methods have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. 3) The number of students who have not reached the learning targets decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, indicating an improvement in the quality of learning and the success of additional efforts in addressing learning challenges.

Over a five-month period, the researcher actively engaged in activities at the batik house, observing production processes, interacting with craftsmen, and creating works using Shibotik coloring techniques. The findings reveal that Batik Komar successfully developed Shibotik as an innovative form of textile art. By combining six basic Shibori dyeing techniques—Arashi, Itajime, Kanoko, Kumo, Miura, and Nui—they created new patterns that blend the clarity of traditional batik motifs with the unpredictable edges of Shibori motifs. This collaboration not only produces beautiful and narrative fabrics but also has a positive impact on the community. The increased interest in Shibori, particularly among young entrepreneurs, creates economic opportunities and new jobs. However, suggestions for further research highlight the creative potential of coloring techniques and their economic and cultural impact, particularly on Indonesia's cultural heritage. The study also outlines practical implications, such as enhancing education and training opportunities in batik and Shibori techniques at the local level. Additionally, the emphasis on sustainability suggests investigating the application of Shibori techniques with environmentally friendly principles. The findings reveal that PKH implementation generally runs according to schedule and targets the right beneficiaries, despite some technical difficulties and challenges in data updating and public understanding. Coordination among stakeholders, continuous socialization, and optimal assistance are key factors for the program’s success. Moreover, PKH has significantly improved the welfare of poor families, especially in education and health sectors. However, improvements in monitoring and evaluation mechanisms and program flexibility are needed to better respond to social changes. This study recommends enhancing administrative systems and increasing the capacity of facilitators to ensure that PKH can be more effective and sustainable.
