is study explores how village managers conduct managerial and marketing activities to attract tourists and promote local products. The research method involves a SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Marketing Mix’s 7P approach implemented by the village. The results of the study indicate that Bejijong Village has several significant advantages, including historical heritage such as Brahu Temple, Petilasan Siti Inggil, and Maha Vihara Majapahit, as well as local products such as smoked salted eggs, lemon juice, pukis lumer (melting) bertoping, tahu lontong (compress rice), and Cempaka batik handicrafts and wayang kulit. However, the challenges faced include less than optimal website management, lack of effective digital marketing strategies, and entrance fees that may be insufficient to support maintenance. This study introduces novelty in marketing strategy analysis by integrating the SWOT and Marketing Mix’s 7P approaches to provide in-depth insights into how management and marketing can be improved. These findings are expected to be a reference for other villages in designing more effective marketing strategies and suggesting improvement steps that can increase the attractiveness and sustainability of culture-based tourist destinations. This exploratory approach examines correlations between narrative and visuals, scene continuity, and aesthetic accuracy. The findings indicate that AI-based visualization can create a more immersive reading experience, enhancing the reader's comprehension through relevant illustrations. This technology also provides creative interpretations that expand the artistic dimensions of short stories. Despite its potential, challenges such as maintaining visual consistency across scenes remain. These findings provide new insights into the integration of digital technology in literary transformation, paving the way for innovative future methodologies.

The findings of this study reveal that the use of plural morphemes, possessive, present tense, past tense, and present participle has a significant role in increasing semantic richness and grammatical structure. The study concludes that the understanding and proper use of inflectional morphemes can significantly improve the quality of academic writing. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with trainees and instructors, and analysis of training-related documents. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness and benefits of implementing the Hutagogy system in the context of basic proficient course training. A significant 75% strongly agree with the use of diverse media in learning, indicating an understanding of the value of multimedia technologies. Furthermore, 50% strongly agree that students actively participate in course assessments, demonstrating a willingness to evaluate and improve the learning process. Finally, an overwhelming 81.3% support a thorough approach to assessment that includes pre-tests, post-tests, reviews, feedback, and reflections, demonstrating commitment to a holistic evaluation process. And all of the finding explained that hutagogy was applied at Pusdiklatcab Jombang , East Java.

ehavior that stretches family interactions. Communication contributes significantly to the development of teenage behavior; it can be explored based on the mother's experience as a caregiver. This study examines in-depth mothers' experiences in communicating with their adolescent children. Participants in this qualitative study using a phenomenological approach were mothers who lived with their teenage children, a total of 11 participants. The determination of participants was done by applying a purposive sampling technique. The conclusion of the number of samples is based on the saturation of the results of in-depth interviews conducted using video call technology. The Colaizzi method with the Haase adaptation was applied in analyzing the results of in-depth interviews that had been recorded to make it easier when compiling the transcript. Four themes have been generated in this study: The fabric of family love as a communication goal, undeniable dependence on communication, Vulnerability to give each other space to face communication challenges and the need for space and time to explore the importance of good communication. To ensure the trustworthiness of the research results, peer debriefing and member checking are carried out. It is necessary to have a common perception between mothers and adolescents in understanding the importance of Communication and instilling family commitments consistently by paying attention to the youth's freedom of opinion which must be optimally utilized according to the developmental tasks of adolescence.
