The study was designed to evaluate antibiotic prophylaxis use for prevention of surgical site infections (SSIs). Retrospective review of medical records of all post SC patients who received antibiotic were evaluated during October 2021 to march 2022. Among 4 different antibiotics used in post SC patients, the most frequently requested were first generation cephalosporins (50,13%), third generation cephalosporins-ceftriaxone & cefotaxime (16,89% and 3,95%) and the least frequently requested were metronidazole infusion (3,86%). Antibiotic use in post SC patients are effective strategies in reducing SSIs patients which was proven by no patients with SSIs were found during the research period.

This research uses a type of pre-experimental design research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII D SMPN 1 Konawe totally was 22 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using tests those are pretest, treatment, and posttest. The data collected were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The researcher used theory of Edhitin (2000) to analyzed the data. The results of quantitative analysis show that the results of descriptive statistical data shows that there are differences in the learning acheivement of students' reading comprehension which are marked by the mean score of students who are in the implementation the pretest was 56,59 while in the posttest the students' average score was 70,91. The results of inferential statistical data show that t test > t table or 6,539 > t table = 2,086 if viewed from the results of the pretest and posttest hypothesis tests it is known that t test > t table or 7,936 > 2.086, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of look and say methode on the reading comprehension learning achievement of class VIII D students of SMPN 1 Konawe.

The research uses the literature study research method, which involves a series of activities that focus on collecting data from literature studies. The research uses books about hadith as the main data source, this process includes reading, recording and managing the necessary data. In data analysis, researchers apply a qualitative approach, namely efforts to organize and sort data. The goal is to create manageable units of data, implement systematic methods, look for patterns, and ultimately identify important things worth studying. The final stage involves the decision to share the research results with others, conveying the findings that have been discovered during the research process. The research results show that the position of hadith in Islamic education has similarities with the Koran as the main reference, but the two also have differences. The effectiveness of local taxes is a study of the collection performance carried out by the Regional Revenue Service during one fiscal year to determine the effectiveness of local taxes realized with the set target. Sleman Regency is one of the regions that currently has high Regional Original Revenue and one of the sources of revenue is restaurant tax. Sleman as one of the strategic areas provides many opportunities to increase Regional Original Revenue through taxes, including restaurant tax. The results of calculations and observations of data on the effectiveness of restaurant tax revenue in Sleman Regency for the last 4 years starting from 2019 to 2022 have fluctuated. The average effectiveness rate that reaches 112% indicates a very effective achievement. In terms of restaurant tax contribution to Regional Original Revenue, 2022 is the year with the largest restaurant tax contribution over the past 4 years because in that year Indonesia has begun to recover from covid-19, but the contribution of restaurant tax to Sleman Regency's Original Revenue is still in the category of less with an average restaurant tax contribution of 10.66%.

n Indonesia, this study was conducted to measure whether two books used in high school, "English for Critical Thinking" and "Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut" are correct or not. This research used Alan Cunningsworth's suggestion of an excellent text and tried to find the strengths and weaknesses of the two books based on the given styles. The study was conducted using an evaluation survey to evaluate two manuals in English used by some seminaries in Surakarta. The evaluation method involved sampling books to see if they met criteria for good textbooks developed by the experimenter based on Cunningsworth's framework. The study found that Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut fulfills the five objectives and approaches of standard, design and association, content, teacher's book and policy perspective. English For Critical Thinking Allowing completes four excellent texts on Cunningsworth's goals and approaches, design and association, a teacher's book, and political attention. Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut meets five principles of Cunningsworth's excellent example and styles, design and association, pieces, content and teacher's book. The experimenter also noticed that the strengths and weaknesses of "English For Critical Thinking" and "Bahasa Inggris Tingkat Lanjut". Based on the results, the experimenter recommends that the teacher use two manuals in the teaching-literacy process because two books meet the criteria of a good book.

Increasing production capacity by maximizing the productivity of existing mechanical equipment is a relatively cheaper way than adding heavy equipment. Efficiency is the key to increasing the productivity of existing mechanical tools. Based on considerations of the company's need to increase production, one of which is by maximizing the productivity of existing mechanical equipment, this research aims to conduct a study on the productivity of PC1250 loading equipment and HD465 transportation equipment carried out at the Agaru Pit mining block 44-50 at the Samabarata site. PT Berau Coal so that the results of this study can determine the productivity of each mechanical device. The research method is carried out using direct computation, tabular method, and comparison between theoretical and actual and using the theory of calculation equations. Where the supporting data for analysis is in the form of field data as primary data and literature data as supporting (secondary) data. The results of this research study are the productivity of PC1250 loading equipment and HD465 transportation equipment where there are deviation values between actual and theoretical, both positive deviation (the optimum positive deviation between actual and theoretical is 97.3%) and negative deviation (optimum negative deviation between actual and theoretical is -11.8 %).
