The results of this study are expected to assist managers or staff in making decisions for the process of assessing the feasibility of corn raw materials in PT. Abstrak: Dalam proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung selama ini hanya melihat fisik bahan baku yang cenderung subjektif sehingga dalam proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung harus membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama, terkadang keputusan yang diambil tidak tepat sehingga hal ini perlu dibenahi lagi untuk proses pengambilan keputusan kelayakan bahan baku jagung. Dari uraian diatas perlu dibuat suatu program bantu untuk sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy SAW (Simple Additeve Weighting) dalam menentukan bahan baku jagung yang layak diterima pada PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia. Program yang akan dibuat lebih bersifat untuk membantu manager atau staff dalam pengambilan keputusan dan bukan menggantikannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manager atau staff dalam mengambil keputusan untuk proses penilaian kelayakan bahan baku jagung pada PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia.

The point is that the method determines the weight value for each criterion. The best alternatives are those who are eligible to be employees based on predetermined criteria. Assessment is done by finding the value of weight for each criterion, then conducted the ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative that is the employee who will be considered by the decision maker to become employees at the company. This decision support system will be able to assist the human resources in determining the recruitment of new employees, especially the assistant laboratory at STMIK Royal.

Abstrak: Berdasarkan sistem penerimaan pegawai yang berjalan saat ini SDM mengalami kesulitan dalam menyeleksi dan mengevaluasi pegawai yang berkompeten. Untuk mengatasinya dibuat suatu sistem pendukung keputusan penerimaan pegawai baru khususnya bagian asisten laboraturium.Untuk menentukan pegawai yang akan diterima, maka dibangun sebuah sistem pengambilan keputusan terkomputerisasi yang mampu memudahkan proses penerimaan pegawai baru. penentuan dan identifikasi tenaga kerja dengan menggunakan metode SAW (Simple additive weighting) adalah metode yang dapat mencari suatu alternatif terbaik dari berbagai alternatif berdasarkan kriteria – kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Intinya bahwa metode tersebut menentukan nilai bobot pada setiap kriteria. Alternatif terbaik yang dimaksud adalah yang berhak menjadi pegawai berdasarkan kriteria yang telah ditentukan. Penilaian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap kriteria, kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan yang akan menentukan alternatif optimal yaitu para pegawai yang akan dipertimbangkan oleh pengambil keputusan untuk menjadi pegawai pada perusahaan tersebut. Sistem pendukung keputusan ini nantinya dapat mambantu pihak SDM dalam menentukan perekrutan karyawan baru khususnya asisten laboraturium di STMIK Royal.

and long-term sustainability challenges. This article presents a systematic literature review examining tourism as an alternative sector for regional economic transformation in Kutai Kartanegara. Drawing on 15 peer-reviewed studies from 2016–2024, the review synthesizes evidence on: (1) the role of tourism-led growth and its multiplier effects on local economies; (2) community-based tourism (CBT) as an inclusive development model; (3) structural transformation theory as a framework for economic diversification; and (4) the specific potentials and constraints facing tourism development in resource-dependent regions. The review finds that tourism exhibits significant forward and backward economic linkages, stimulates SME growth and creative economy, and can meaningfully reduce reliance on extractive industries. Key barriers include infrastructure gaps, limited human resource capacity, and suboptimal governance coordination. The findings provide a theoretical and empirical foundation for the ongoing field research into tourism's transformative role in Kutai Kartanegara's regional economy.

, suatu persoalan yang kemudian memunculkan beragam interpretasi dan perdebatan di kalangan ulama. Riwayat ini menimbulkan perdebatan di kalangan ulama, terutama karena mendapat sanggahan dari Aisyah yang menilai pemahaman tersebut tidak sejalan dengan prinsip Al-Qur’an yang menegaskan bahwa seseorang tidak akan memikul dosa orang lain. Perbedaan periwayatan antara Abdullah bin Umar dan Aisyah menunjukkan adanya dinamika dalam transmisi hadis yang memerlukan kajian kritis terhadap sanad, matan, serta konteks penyampaian hadis. Berangkat dari persoalan tersebut, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji makna hadis tersebut melalui pendekatan ilmu hadis dan analisis terhadap penafsiran para ulama. Metode yang digunakan adalah kajian kepustakaan dengan menelaah hadis-hadis terkait beserta syarah para ulama. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa yang dimaksud dalam hadis bukanlah tangisan biasa, melainkan ratapan berlebihan (niyāhah) yang disertai keluhan, penyesalan terhadap takdir Allah Swt., atau kebiasaan yang dahulu diperintahkan maupun diridhai oleh mayit semasa hidupnya. Adapun tangisan yang bersifat wajar karena rasa sedih tidaklah dilarang dalam Islam, bahkan Nabi Muhammad Saw. sendiri pernah menangis ketika kehilangan orang-orang tercinta. Dengan demikian, hadis tersebut harus dipahami secara kontekstual agar tidak menimbulkan kesalahpahaman terhadap ajaran Islam tentang rahmat, keadilan, dan sikap menghadapi musibah kematian.
This research employs a library research approach by examining the relevant hadith narrations along with their commentaries (syarah) by classical scholars. The findings indicate that the hadith does not refer to ordinary weeping but rather to excessive lamentation (niyāḥah), characterized by expressions of complaint, objection to Allah's decree, or practices that were encouraged, approved, or tolerated by the deceased during their lifetime. In contrast, natural weeping as an expression of grief is not prohibited in Islam. Indeed, the Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) himself wept upon the loss of his loved ones. Therefore, this hadith should be understood contextually to avoid misconceptions regarding Islamic teachings on divine mercy, justice, and the proper response to the calamity of death.

This study aims to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) based on a combination of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to improve objectivity and accountability in student selection. AHP is used to determine the weights of the four main academic criteria-the report card scores of Mathematics, Science, Indonesian, and English-based on consistent expert judgment. Furthermore, the SAW method processes the normalized and weighted scores to produce a final ranking of 100 prospective students. The implementation results show that the AHP-SAW integration is able to produce quantitative, transparent, and data-based rankings, thus minimizing subjectivity in the selection process. It provides a structured and replicable model, supporting fairness and efficiency in student admission. This approach is relevant to be applied in educational institutions that want to align the selection process with Islamic educational values and multi-criteria-based objectivity principles.

This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.
