inder their growth and competitiveness. This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy and financial inclusion on MSME performance in Kediri City, focusing on entrepreneurs who received government capital assistance in 2024. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected from 100 MSME owners through purposive sampling, with questionnaires as the primary instrument. Statistical analyses, including multiple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and classical assumption tests, were conducted using SPSS 24. The results reveal that both financial literacy and financial inclusion have positive and significant effects on MSME performance, with the two variables jointly explaining 71% of performance variation. These findings indicate that improving financial knowledge and expanding access to financial services can substantially enhance MSME productivity, competitiveness, and sustainability. The study highlights the importance of targeted financial education and inclusive financial policies to strengthen the resilience and long-term growth of MSMEs in regional economies
Abstract:This study examines the effect of work-life balance on employee performance, with family supportive supervisor behavior as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at the Regional Financial and Asset Management…
Agency (BPKAD) of Banten Province, Indonesia, involving civil servants as respondents. This study addresses the issue of fluctuating employee performance despite repeated institutional achievements, by investigating the role of work-life balance and supervisor support in enhancing individual outcomes. A quantitative approach with a descriptive design was used, and data were collected through structured questionnaires. The results show that work-life balance positively influences employee performance. However, family supportive supervisor behavior does not significantly strengthen this relationship, indicating that while supervisor support is appreciated, it may not be sufficient in the absence of broader organizational support systems. These findings highlight the importance of implementing formal work-life policies and promoting a supportive work culture to improve employee well-being and performance in public institutions.

s study is based on the importance of improving the performance of the apparatus in providing effective, responsive, and quality public services. Work compliance is seen as the attitude of the apparatus in obeying applicable rules, procedures, discipline, and work standards, while work motivation reflects the motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness of the apparatus to complete tasks. The population in this study is all apparatus in the agency, with a sample of 59 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression techniques with the help of SPSS software version 23.00. The results of the study show that work compliance has a positive and significant effect on the work results of the apparatus. This means that the higher the level of compliance of the apparatus with work rules and procedures, the better the work results achieved. Meanwhile, work encouragement has a positive but insignificant effect on the work results of the apparatus. These findings show that work motivation needs to be supported by a conducive work system, supervision, and organizational environment in order to be able to improve performance optimally. The implication is that agencies need to strengthen the culture of discipline and design a more targeted motivation strategy according to the needs of public service apparatus in a sustainable manner in the region

e primary data source is the results of interviews with Mamasa Regional Government employees who were the research samples where the sample collection method was purposive sampling. Secondary data consists of PAD and regional expenditure data for the last three years as well as other supporting documents. The data collection method is carried out through the following stages: Questionnaire and Interview. The collected data can be analyzed quantitatively using descriptive or inferential statistics to test hypotheses. Analysis of this research data uses regression techniques, namely simple linear analysis. Hypothesis testing is carried out to see the level of significance of the influence of the independent variable on the dependent variable. The research results show that there is a significant positive influence of digitalization of payment transactions on regional spending in Mamasa district.
Abstract:The study aims to explore the logistics distribution perspective in the fisheries sector of West Sulawesi. It focuses on supporting the region's readiness as a supporting area for the new National Capital (IKN) by examining…
ing government policies, infrastructure readiness, and supply chain management in the fisheries sector. The research employs a qualitative approach using a literature review combined with observation and interviews with key stakeholders in the fisheries sector. The study includes a feasibility analysis and utilizes a SOAR (Strengths, Opportunities, Aspirations, Results) analysis to develop strategic recommendations for logistics and infrastructure improvements. The findings reveal that West Sulawesi has significant potential to support IKN through its fisheries sector, given its strategic location and existing infrastructure. However, challenges such as limited cold storage facilities, infrastructure readiness, and supply chain coordination need addressing. The government’s draft Presidential Regulation (RPerpres) outlines a plan for port development and cold storage expansion to improve logistics. The study also suggests that collaboration with the private sector and technological adoption could enhance distribution efficiency and product quality. The research contributes to logistics and supply chain literature by addressing the specific challenges and opportunities in the fisheries sector of a developing region like West Sulawesi. It provides an original perspective on how regional policies and infrastructure development can support national capital projects and meet food supply demands while promoting sustainable practices in the fisheries industry
Abstract:Implementation of financial accounting systems is a complex process involving various factors, including organizational behavior. Organizational behavior factors play an important role in determining the success or failure…
re of system implementation. This abstract discusses the background of the problem regarding organizational behavior factors in the implementation of financial accounting systems. Problems that often arise related to organizational behavior factors in the implementation of financial accounting systems include resistance to change, lack of management support, lack of skills and knowledge, lack of communication and involvement, and an organizational culture that does not support change. Resistance to change can arise from discomfort with changes in usual work routines or uncertainty about the success of the new system. Inadequate management support can hinder employee participation and motivation in adopting the new system. Lack of skills and knowledge needed to operate the new system can hinder effective acceptance and use. Ineffective communication and lack of employee involvement in the implementation process can lead to ambiguity and resistance. An organizational culture that does not support change and innovation can be a serious obstacle to the implementation of financial accounting systems. In addressing organizational behavior factors, it is important to pay attention to employee attitudes and perceptions, management support, effective communication, training and learning, and an organizational culture that supports change. Involving employees in the planning and decision-making stages, providing adequate training, and creating a culture that is open to change can increase the success of implementing a financial accounting system.

is reveals a significant positive correlation between FDI and economic growth, highlighting the role of foreign capital, technology transfer, and managerial expertise in boosting regional productivity. Similarly, MSMEs contribute significantly to the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) and employment creation, supported by government policies facilitating access to finance, training, and business support. The study also finds that economic growth driven by FDI and MSMEs effectively reduces unemployment rates. Recommendations for policymakers include creating a favorable investment climate, strengthening MSME support, ensuring inclusive economic growth, and enhancing public-private collaboration. These measures aim to sustain the positive impact of FDI and MSMEs on economic development and job creation in DKI Jakarta.

employees of the UPT Regional Revenue Samsat Office Makassar Region 1. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques consist of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test, test of the coefficient of determination. Physical Work Environment Variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and Non-Physical Work Environment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The most dominant variable affecting job satisfaction is the non-physical work environment variable. The dependent variable job satisfaction can be explained by variables consisting of the physical work environment, and the remaining non-physical work environment is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.
