Strategi Pengelolaan Arsip Berbasis Digital Dalam Mendukung Keberlanjutan Tata Kelola Dokumen Dan Pengambilan Keputusan Organisasi Di Lembaga Pemerintah

Srini

Syarifuddin, Syarifuddin, Siraj, Muhammad Luthfi, Gultom, Fahrian Arsyam, Zulfikar, Ramadhan, Muhammad Novrizal
Abstract: Digital transformation has become a strategic priority for organizations seeking to enhance competitiveness and achieve sustainable performance in dynamic business environments. This study examines the effect of digital… leadership on sustainable performance through the mediating role of employee agility within the context of human capital development. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed using survey data collected from employees involved in digital transformation initiatives. Data were gathered through a structured questionnaire and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to assess the direct and indirect relationships among the proposed constructs. The findings indicate that digital leadership significantly enhances employee agility by fostering adaptability, continuous learning, and responsiveness to technological change. Employee agility was found to have a strong positive effect on sustainable performance, suggesting that agile employees contribute substantially to organizational resilience, innovation capability, and long-term effectiveness. Furthermore, employee agility partially mediates the relationship between digital leadership and sustainable performance, demonstrating that the influence of leadership on sustainability outcomes operates largely through workforce adaptability. These results highlight the critical role of human capital development in digital transformation and provide empirical evidence that sustainable organizational performance can be achieved when digital leadership is effectively translated into agile employee behavior. The study contributes to the growing literature on digital transformation and human resource management by offering an integrated framework that links leadership, employee capabilities, and sustainability-oriented organizational outcomes.

The Influence of Cash Conversion Cycle, Company Size, and Leverage on Company Profitability

Putra, Afif Raihan Andika, Muharam, Harjum
Abstract: This study discusses the optimization of a company's financial performance through working capital management and capital structure policies. To increase profitability (ROA), companies require efficient cash conversion cycle… ycle management and optimal funding supported by internal company characteristics. The research problem proposed is to determine how to achieve increased profitability in an automotive distributor company through the efficiency factors of Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC), Firm Size (Firm Size), Leverage (DER), and historical profitability factors (ROA_Lag). The sample of this study is the financial statements of PT New Ratna Motor (Nasmoco Group) in Semarang City for the 2021-2024 period, which were transformed into quarterly data (N=16). The results of data analysis indicate that this research model has a good level of feasibility (goodness of fit) with the ability to explain variations in profitability (Adjusted R Square) of 78.1% and successfully overcome autocorrelation interference. Simultaneously, there is a strong relationship between the independent variables and the company's profit movements. Partially, the Cash Conversion Cycle (CCC) variable is proven to have a negative and significant effect on profitability, while the Firm Size and Leverage variables have not shown a significant effect at the 95% confidence level.

The Influence of Agricultural, Manufacturing, and Mining Sector Output on Aceh's GRDP Growth

Mulki, Akhyarul, Azra, Uliya, Hajar, Ibnu
Abstract: The economic structure of Aceh Province is still dominated by the agriculture, forestry, and fisheries sectors, while the contribution of the manufacturing industry sector is relatively lagging. This condition indicates… that the structural transformation process in Aceh has not yet taken place optimally, so that the economic growth that occurs tends to be quantitative, marked by an increase in aggregate output, but does not fully reflect an increase in the quality of the economic structure. This study aims to analyze the influence of the agriculture, manufacturing industry, and mining sectors on the growth of the Regional Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of Aceh Province. The approach used is quantitative with secondary data sources from the BPS of Aceh Province. This study uses panel data which is a combination of cross-regional data and time series data from 2019 to 2023. The results of the study indicate, first; the agricultural sector has a positive effect on GRDP. This is based on the probability value of the agricultural sector variable, which is 0.002. This value is smaller than 0.05. Second; the industrial sector has no effect on GRDP. This is based on the probability value of the industrial sector variable, which is 0.610. This value is greater than 0.05. Third; the mining sector has a positive effect on GRDP. This is based on the probability value of the mining sector variable, which is 0.001. Fourth; The agricultural, industrial and mining sectors have a joint influence on the dependent variable, namely GRDP in Aceh Province

Utilization of Supervisory Technology to Support Risk Concentration Analysis in The Financial Services Authority

Pardiyono, Hadiprajitno, Basuki
Abstract: In carrying out its integrated regulatory and supervisory function in the financial services sector, the Financial Services Authority (OJK) receives various reports from Financial Services Institutions (LJK), Issuers, and… d Public Companies regarding the receipt and distribution of funds. The complexity of funding and financing relationships between financial service actors creates concentration risks that have the potential to disrupt financial system stability. Experiences from the 1998 Indonesian crisis and the 2008 global financial crisis demonstrate that concentration of exposures and interconnectedness between entities can exacerbate systemic risk. This study aims to identify current supervisory data analysis practices and propose the development of a concentration risk analysis that integrates the loan exposures of large debtor groups with their funding sources. The study used a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The results indicate that OJK supervisors need an integrated concentration risk analysis across various LJKs and customer groups. Currently, the analysis process is still carried out manually, resulting in inconsistent results and difficult to replicate. The implementation of Supervisory Technology (SupTech) can improve supervisory effectiveness while transforming supervisors' tacit knowledge into explicit knowledge that is documented, standardized, and easily shared. This research contributes to the development of technology-based risk monitoring and knowledge management models in the financial services sector.

Susilowati , Eni, Rofik, Eka Nur, M. Maghfiroh, Ana, Murdinar, Hardining Estu
Abstract: This study aims to examine the economic behavior of the community around Dhoho Airport, Kediri, which has undergone socio-economic transformation due to strategic infrastructure development. This phenomenon is evident in… Kediri Regency, East Java, especially after the start of the construction of Dhoho Airport, a national strategic project designed to be a lever for regional economic growth. The presence of the airport has changed the face of the surrounding area, which was previously agricultural land and modest settlements, into a bustling and fast-growing economic area. This change has led to a surge in new economic activities, such as the emergence of street vendors, restaurants, parking lots, local transportation businesses, and lodging. Using a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods, this study explores the meanings raised by local economic actors in responding to these changes. The findings show that communities show adaptive responses through trade, lodging, and other services, with economic meanings influenced by local values such as blessing, hard work, and kinship. This study concludes that people's economic behavior is not only rational instrumental, but also full of subjective values and meanings, so that regional economic policies need to be designed in an inclusive and contextual manner

Newsroom Convergence and Local Media Economic Sustainability Strategy

Sagita, Rinal, Nasution, Belli, Firdaus, Muhammad
Abstract: This study aims to analyze newsroom convergence processes and newsroom models implemented by Tribun Pekanbaru and Riau Pos, while also examining how newsroom convergence is utilized as an economic strategy to maintain the… e sustainability of local media businesses amid digital disruption. The research employed a qualitative descriptive approach through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies involving newsroom managers, editors, and journalists from both media organizations. The findings indicate that Tribun Pekanbaru and Riau Pos have adopted different newsroom convergence strategies. Tribun Pekanbaru has implemented an integrated newsroom model that combines Cross Media Newsroom and Integrated Media Newsroom approaches, emphasizing digital-first production and multi-platform content distribution. Meanwhile, Riau Pos continues to maintain a separated newsroom model between print and digital divisions, reflecting a gradual adaptation process toward digital transformation. The study further reveals that these differences are influenced not only by technological factors and organizational culture but also by economic considerations. Tribun Pekanbaru develops an integrated newsroom to improve production efficiency and expand digital content monetization, while Riau Pos maintains separated newsrooms because print media remains a significant source of company revenue. This study concludes that newsroom convergence has evolved beyond a technological transformation into an economic adaptation strategy for local media organizations. The findings suggest that newsroom convergence enables media companies to improve operational efficiency, broaden audience reach, optimize resource utilization, and strengthen business sustainability in an increasingly competitive digital environment.

The Research Evolution of Financial Performance, Customer Trust, and Customer Loyalty in Sharia Banking Sector: a Bibliometric Analysis

Wijaya, Bachtiar, Soetjipto, Budi Eko, Churiyah, Madziatul
Abstract: The transformation of the Islamic banking industry requires the integration of financial performance, customer trust, and customer loyalty as the foundation for institutional sustainability. This study aims to map the intellectual… tellectual evolution of this field of study and identify dominant themes, development trends, and opportunities for research gaps in the international literature. The method employed is a bibliometric analysis based on a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) using the PRISMA procedure on Scopus articles from 2018 to 2025. From a selection process of 2,009 documents, the study identified 37 articles meeting the inclusion criteria, which were then analyzed using co-authorship, co-occurrence, network, overlay, and density visualizations. The results indicate that the themes of customer loyalty, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer trust form the core of the intellectual structure with the highest connectivity, while the themes of financial performance, digital trust, banking mergers, and Sharia banking mergers remain in low-density areas, signaling opportunities for research development. The novelty map also reveals a shift in focus from traditional loyalty models toward digital banking, customer experience, and e-CRM. The novelty of this study lies in its proposal of a new research agenda model that integrates financial performance–customer trust–customer loyalty within the context of digital transformation and the consolidation of Sharia banks. Thus, it is hoped that this study can provide a conceptual foundation for future cross-national empirical research
