database, this study evaluates scientific publications based on the number of documents, country contributions, institutional affiliations, keywords, and collaborative networks between authors. The analysis shows that the number of publications fluctuates, with a significant spike in 2024. China is the country with the highest contribution to publications, while contributions from Indonesia remain very minimal. In terms of affiliations, Chinese universities dominate scientific production in this field. Network visualization shows that collaboration between researchers remains low and fragmented. The most dominant keywords are decentralization, blockchain, and performance evaluation, which form several research clusters that show links to financial management and public policy topics. These findings indicate the need to increase the involvement of Indonesian researchers and strengthen global collaborative networks on the topic of decentralization and performance evaluation.

the findings reveal nuanced relationships between key indicators of MFI performance and GDP growth. Notably, Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) show an unexpected positive relationship with GDP growth, highlighting the Cambodian microfinance sector's resilience in mitigating adverse effects through sustained economic activity. Inflation is also positively associated with GDP growth, suggesting that moderate inflation can drive economic expansion, though careful management is necessary to avoid destabilization. Conversely, the study finds a negative relationship between the number of MFIs and GDP growth, indicating potential inefficiencies from sector oversaturation. Lastly, a positive link between Return on Equity (ROE) and GDP growth underscores the importance of profitability in ensuring financial stability and economic development. The findings emphasize the need for policy measures to manage sector growth, maintain moderate inflation, and enhance MFI profitability for sustainable economic progress in Cambodia.

nt service user loyalty; (3). examine the direct effect of user satisfaction on SIAPkerja employment service user loyalty; and (4). Testing the indirect effect of service quality and user trust on the loyalty of SIAPkerja employment service users through user satisfaction. This study involved 150 users of the Ministry of Manpower's SIAPkerja employment service. Data was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. Hypothesis testing using Structural Equation Model - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) using SmartPLS 3. The results showed that service quality and user trust directly have a positive and significant effect on SIAPkerja employment service user satisfaction; service quality directly has a positive and significant effect on user loyalty. User trust directly has a positive but insignificant effect on user loyalty. User satisfaction directly has a positive and significant effect on user loyalty. Service quality and user trust indirectly have a positive and significant influence on the loyalty of SIAPkerja employment service users through user satisfaction. In other words, user satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality and user trust on the loyalty of SIAPkerja employment service users.

form provided. The sample size was obtained using the Yamane formula for the two independent variables, namely SMK with 40 students and SMA with 20 students. The type of research in this research is quantitative comparative using the independent sample t-test analysis technique, with the test carried out being a difference test of one group of samples (pairs). The results of this research are that there is no statistically significant difference between the learning outcomes of students with vocational/MAK backgrounds and the learning outcomes of students with high school/MA backgrounds. he dynamics of decision-making in financial management concentration. The research was conducted with a phenomenological approach that reveals deep aspects that have not been revealed in the scientific literature so that it becomes a novelty about the dynamics of student decision-making in choosing a concentration. This research uses qualitative methodology with an interpretive paradigm and transcendental phenomenology approach. The key informants of this study were 8th students of financial management concentration. Data collection is done through participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The dynamics of decision-making regarding the choice of financial management concentration are caused by academic preferences, the impact of social interaction, and job opportunities. There are factors of friends or close people who give academic preferences, group factors that concern the impact of social interaction on the decision-making process, and personal factors related to future employment opportunities

group is 252 people. The number of samples used was 71 people by using Slovin's sample theory. Data collection was carried out by using observation and questionnaire methods. Technical data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using statistics Product and Service Solution (SPSS) v.21. The multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 5.451 + 0.697X1 + 0.052X2. Thus the results of this study found that The Word of Mouth variable has a positive and significant effect on decisions Consumer. The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) were 0.487 or 48.7%. This shows that the percentage influence of the independent variable amounting to 48.7%. Meanwhile, the remaining 51.3% was influenced or explained by other variables not included in this research model. F count (32.327)> F table (3.128) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. So hypothesis that is accepted is H1 which means variable X (Organic WOM and Amplified WOM) simultaneously has a significant influence on variable Y (Consumer Decision). Meanwhile, the t test results explain the calculated t for variable X1 is (7.185) > t table (1.995) with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. So H0 is rejected and the accepted hypothesis is H2 which means variable Organic WOM partially has a significant influence on the variables Y (Consumer Decision). The results of the partial test for variable X2 explain that t count 0.0494 > 0.05. So H3 is rejected and the accepted hypothesis is H0 which means that the Amplified WOM variable partially has no influence significant to variable Y (Consumer Decision).
