the role of the village government in developing the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction in Sukamanah Village. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis. There were 7 informants. Data collection techniques are literature study, field study (observation and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques by processing data from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the research. Based on the research results, it is known that: The village government has not optimally carried out its role in developing the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction considering that there are several indicators of the dimensions of the role that have not been optimal, causing the development of the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction to be less than expected. This includes, among other things, a lack of response from the community in activities. deliberations on planning the development of tourist attractions and the lack of an active role in managing tourist attractions. Budget limitations mean that it has not been optimal in structuring the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction. Apart from that, the collaboration between Pokdarwis and LMDH has not been able to increase the development of the tourist attraction due to the lack of clear authority in managing the tourist attraction. As well as the lack of encouraging community participation in realizing sustainability and cleanliness at the Pasir Bentang tourist attraction and not being supported by the availability of human resources who have an understanding of the concept of tourism management so that tourism promotion activities have not been carried out routinely.

Method used in this research is descriptive with kualitatif aproach method with interviews, observation and literature studies to collect data and use simple analysis. The results found that many collections in the Surakarta Kasunanan Palace Museum were unkempt and dusty. The preventive conservation carried out so far has only been less than optimal in terms of cleaning. The lack of available resources is also a factor in preventing preventive conservation efforts from running well.

Karyawan hotel memiliki risiko besar mengalami stres dan kelelahan emosional akibat tingginya tuntutan pelayanan dan interaksi dengan tamu. Kegiatan diawali dengan need assessment melalui observasi, wawancara, dan survei untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan utama karyawan terkait pengelolaan emosi. Psikoedukasi dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah interaktif dengan desain one group pre–post test untuk mengukur efektivitas program. Sebanyak 8 partisipan mengikuti kegiatan ini. Hasil uji Wilcoxon menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman yang signifikan antara skor pre-test dan post-test dengan nilai signifikansi 0,026 (<0,05), tanpa adanya penurunan skor pada seluruh partisipan. Selain itu, mayoritas peserta memberikan penilaian sangat positif terhadap relevansi dan kemanfaatan materi, termasuk peningkatan kemampuan mengenali dan mengelola emosi dalam situasi kerja. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa psikoedukasi regulasi emosi efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan kesiapan emosional karyawan hotel. Program ini diharapkan menjadi dasar bagi pengembangan intervensi lanjutan untuk mendukung kesejahteraan psikologis dan kualitas layanan di sektor perhotelan.

Masalah ini berdampak pada terhambatnya penyelesaian tugas, ketidakseimbangan beban kerja, dan meningkatnya miskomunikasi antarpegawai. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diterapkan metode Leaderless Group Discussion (LGD), yaitu metode diskusi kelompok tanpa pemimpin formal yang mendorong keterlibatan setara antaranggota tim. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tiga tahapan, yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hasil observasi menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta menunjukkan kemampuan kerja sama tim yang baik, sesuai indikator yang dikemukakan oleh Davis (2014) mencakup tujuan yang sama, antusiasme, peran dan tanggung jawab, komunikasi efektif, resolusi konflik, pembagian kekuasaan (share power), dan keahlian anggota. Meski masih ditemukan individu yang kurang aktif, secara keseluruhan kegiatan ini berhasil meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya kolaborasi, partisipasi aktif, dan tanggung jawab bersama. Dengan demikian, metode LGD dapat menjadi strategi yang relevan dalam membentuk budaya kerja yang lebih kolaboratif dan partisipatif di instansi pemerintahan.

This study proposes an interactive visual approach utilizing projection mapping technology through Resolume Arena software to create an immersive educational stage performance. The animated visuals are narratively designed to enhance audience understanding of the 3R concept. The simulation results indicate that this approach has strong potential to improve audience engagement and information retention across diverse age groups.

Abstrak: Pendidikan lingkungan menjadi salah satu pilar penting dalam membentuk kesadaran masyarakat akan isu keberlanjutan. Konsep 3R (Reduce, Reuse, Recycle) telah lama menjadi strategi utama dalam mengelola sampah dan mendukung gaya hidup berkelanjutan. Namun, penyampaian informasi mengenai 3R masih sering bersifat tekstual dan kurang menarik bagi masyarakat umum. Dalam studi ini, dikembangkan pendekatan visual interaktif melalui teknologi projection mapping menggunakan perangkat lunak Resolume Arena untuk menciptakan pertunjukan panggung edukatif yang imersif. Visual animasi dirancang secara naratif untuk menstimulasi pemahaman audiens terhadap konsep 3R. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini berpotensi besar dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan dan retensi informasi pada audiens dari berbagai usia.

Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can assist the school in determining the priority of bullying prevention strategies. This study aims to design and implement the Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method in a decision support system to determine the most appropriate bullying prevention strategy. The criteria used include program costs, target scope, resource requirements, and speed of implementation. The system was developed web-based to facilitate data processing and analysis. The results showed that the strategy of Integrating Bullying Material into Learning was the most appropriate strategy with a value of 0.0464. With this system, the resulting bullying prevention strategy recommendations are more measurable and data-based.

Abstrak: Perundungan di lingkungan sekolah merupakan permasalahan sosial yang perlu mendapat perhatian serius karena dapat berdampak pada kondisi psikologis dan proses belajar siswa. SMP Negeri 1 Sei Kepayang masih menghadapi keterbatasan dalam menentukan strategi pencegahan perundungan yang paling tepat, karena pemilihan strategi masih bersifat reaktif. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu sistem pendukung keputusan yang mampu membantu pihak sekolah dalam menentukan prioritas strategi pencegahan perundungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan mengimplementasikan metode Multi-Objective Optimization on the Basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) pada sistem pendukung keputusan untuk menetapkan strategi pencegahan perundungan paling tepat. Kriteria yang digunakan meliputi biaya program, lingkup sasaran, kebutuhan sumber daya, dan kecepatan pelaksanaan. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web untuk mempermudah proses pengolahan dan analisis data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi Integrasi Materi Perundungan Ke Dalam Pembelajaran menjadi strategi yang paling tepat dengan nilai 0.0464. Dengan adanya sistem ini, rekomendasi strategi pencegahan perundungan yang dihasilkan menjadi lebih terukur dan berbasis data.
