tendance is sometimes very sensitive because it affects the prerequisites for further activities. Meanwhile, most attendance systems currently use conventional methods, namely printing attendance forms and participants taking notes on the form. After completion of the event, it is recorded in an electronic storage and the original sheet is archived. Meanwhile, universities and schools are required to be sensitive to technology so that they are not out of date. So the researchers proposed a presence system based on Scan Id QR Code based on Restful Web Service technology with the following process: (i) Schedule 1 time in advance; (ii) attendance by scanning the QR-Code ID to a scanner; (iii) Attendance monitoring. This proposed technology can be used for multi-platform and multi-event, so that to use this presence system, each agency can list its activities and its members. And as a member, you can do attendance by just scanning the QR-Code Id you have into a scanner. The development of this system uses the web engineering method because this method is appropriate for developing this system. So that the system is deemed capable of trimming the administration of the committee and minimizing the problem of data fraud and corruption.

Abstrak: Kegiatan pada dunia pendidikan dan instansi merupakan dokumen yang wajib didokumentasikan yang dapat digunakan sebagai laporan kegiatan ke pimpinan. Salah satu dokumentasi tersebut adalah dokumentasi presensi kehadiran karena presensi kehadiran terkadang sangat sensitif karena mempengaruhi prasyarat kegiatan selanjutnya. Sedangkan hampir besar sistem presensi saat ini menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu cetak formulir presensi dan peserta mencatat di formulir tersebut. Setelah selesai acara, dicatat di penyimpanan elektronik dan lembar aslinya diarsipkan. Sedangkan universitas dan sekolah dituntut peka terhadap teknologi agar tidak ketinggalan zaman. Sehingga peneliti mengusulkan sistem presensi berbasis dengan Scan Id qr-code berbasis teknologi Restful Web Service dengan proses sebagai berikut: (i) Jadwal 1 kali diawal; (ii) Presensi dengan cara scan Id qr-code ke mesin scanner; (iii) Pemantauan kehadiran. Teknologi yang diusulkan ini dapat digunakan untuk multi platform dan multi event, sehingga untuk menggunakan sistem presensi ini, setiap instansi dapat membuat daftar kegiatan dan anggotanya masing-masing. Serta sebagai anggota dapat melakukan presensi hanya melakukan scan Id qr-code yang dimiliki ke mesin scanner. Pengembangan sistem ini menggunakan metode web engineering karena metode tersebut tepat untuk mengembangkan sistem ini. Sehingga sistem tersebut dirasa mampu memangkas administrasi panitia dan memperkecil permasalahan kecurangan dan rusaknya data.

Sekolah sebagai instansi pemerintah di bidang pendidikan banyak melakukan pengolahan data, baik data siswa, data guru maupun data staff sekolah. SD Islam Luqmanul Hakim adalah sebuah yayasan pendidikan Islam yang berlokasi di desa Suka Sejati, kecamatan Cikarang Selatan, kabupaten Bekasi. SD ini masih tergolong baru dan saat ini masih menggunakan cara manual dalam pengolahan data akademik dimana pencatatan masih menggunakan microsoft office (word dan excel) dan disimpan dalam lemari buku. Sistem informasi akademik merupakan salah satu solusi untuk memberikan sebuah informasi secara cepat, tepat dan akurat. Sistem informasi akademik berbasis web sangat berguna dalam memberikan kemudahan baik kepada guru ataupun siswa. Metode yang digunakan pada pengembangan sistem informasi akademik ini menggunakan model prototype. Abstract: The rapid development of information technology today brings people into a new world. Academic information system is one solution to provide information quickly, precisely and accurately. Perusahaan ini awalnya menggunakan lembaran stok dalam pengelolaan stok barang, dokumentasi untuk barang masuk dan juga keluar masih menggunakan lembaran manual sehingga rentan hilang, rusak dan tidak dapat dicadangkan, serta pembuatan surat jalan dan invoice masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Untuk itu dibuat suatu program yang dapat memperbaiki pengelolaan stok barang dan dokumentasi surat jalan dan invoice. Sistem yang dihasilkan dapat melakukan pengelolaan stok barang meliputi dokumentasi barang masuk, barang keluar, kemudian dapat membantu administrasi mencetak surat jalan dan invoice. Sistem Administrasi Stok Coupler Pada PT.Kompacindo Area Utama dibuat menggunakan aplikasi berbasis website menggunakan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman dan MySQL digunakan untuk menangani dan mengelola database.

design involving 82 participants, organized into two equally sized groups, namely the experimental and control groups. Data collection was conducted through speaking assessments administered prior to and following the treatment. The findings showed that students who received the treatment achieved better improvement in speaking skills than those in the control group. The average score achieved by the experimental group increased from 63.90 to 83.12, whereas the control group’s mean score rose from 66.15 to 74.34. The hypothesis test results revealed a significance value below 0.05 (p < 0.001), providing evidence of a statistically significant difference between the groups. The results point to the fact that the Wordwall application was effective in enhancing students’ speaking skills.. Consequently, Wordwall can be considered an effective technology-based learning tool for promoting speaking skill development in English language learning.

ceptual findings published between 2017 and 2026 concerning the determinants, measurement, and consequences of regional financial independence, particularly the role of local own-source revenue (PAD), intergovernmental transfers, and capital expenditure. Using a systematic search of Scopus, Google Scholar, and Garuda databases, 30 relevant articles were screened, selected, and analyzed following defined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The review finds that fiscal decentralization consistently strengthens local revenue mobilization and administrative accountability when accompanied by adequate institutional capacity, transparent governance, and effective management of natural and economic resources. However, the effectiveness of decentralization varies considerably across regions due to disparities in economic potential, human resources, and political commitment. The synthesis further shows that financial independence positively affects the quality of public services and regional economic growth, although the relationship is moderated by expenditure efficiency and governance quality. The novelty of this review lies in its integrative framework linking revenue-side determinants, expenditure behavior, and governance mechanisms within a single analytical narrative, an integration rarely addressed jointly in prior single-country studies. The findings offer practical implications for policymakers designing fiscal transfer formulas and for future researchers seeking to test moderating variables such as digitalization and institutional quality in the fiscal decentralization–financial independence nexus.

ach was used to examine how the policy is translated into public service practices, particularly in a local context where the waiting period has reached approximately 18 years, with about 2,500 prospective pilgrims and an annual quota of 135 people. Data were obtained through interviews, observation, and document review involving officials responsible for Hajj and Umrah services and relevant community informants. The data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, consisting of data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that policy implementation is supported by four interrelated factors: bureaucratic structure, resources, communication, and the disposition of implementing officers. A clear organizational structure and standard operating procedures facilitate coordination and accountability. Competent human resources, adequate facilities, and the use of Siskohat strengthen service accuracy and transparency. Multi-channel communication helps reduce misunderstanding, while professional and empathetic officer attitudes build public trust. The novelty of this study lies in its local-level analysis of Hajj waiting list implementation in an archipelagic regency. The study implies that transparent, responsive, and humanistic public services are essential for maintaining fairness and legitimacy in long-term Hajj queue management.
