the route to his destination. Unexpectedly, the policeman told the man to give up looking for the path while turning away and laughing. This story reflects the author's expression of distrust then leads to a state of pessimism either as a philosophical doctrine or as a psychological mentality. In analysis through qualitative method, the figure of the police is an analogy of how the attitude of distrust emerged and developed into a form of pessimism especially to public apparatus. In conclusion, distrust and pessimism are not ex nihilo, but such reaction of any ignorance from public apparatus to any civilian.

ater control and responsibility in organizing and directing their own learning. The research method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with trainees and instructors, and analysis of training-related documents. The results of this study are expected to provide insight into the effectiveness and benefits of implementing the Hutagogy system in the context of basic proficient course training. A significant 75% strongly agree with the use of diverse media in learning, indicating an understanding of the value of multimedia technologies. Furthermore, 50% strongly agree that students actively participate in course assessments, demonstrating a willingness to evaluate and improve the learning process. Finally, an overwhelming 81.3% support a thorough approach to assessment that includes pre-tests, post-tests, reviews, feedback, and reflections, demonstrating commitment to a holistic evaluation process. And all of the finding explained that hutagogy was applied at Pusdiklatcab Jombang , East Java.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis hubungan tingkat pengetahuan perawat terhadap code blue system di ruang rawat inap penyakit dalam RSUD Anutapura Palu. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat yang bertugas di ruang rawat inap penyakit dalam RSUD Anutapura Palu berjumlah 48 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel total sampling. Hasil penelitian dari 48 responden mendapatkan sebanyak 19 responden (39,6%) mempunyai tingkat pengetahuan yang cukup dan pelaksanaan code blue yang dilakukan dengan kurang baik sebanyak 14 responden (73,7%). Hasil analisis data secara statistik menggunakan uji chi-square memperlihatkan hasil 0 cells (,0%) dengan expected count >5 dan nilai p value = 0,001 < 0,05. Simpulannya adalah tingkat pengetahuan perawat terhadap code blue system pada kategori cukup. Saran bagi RSUD Anutapura Palu agar dapat menjadi bahan masukan dan evaluasi untuk pihak rumah sakit mengenai pelaksanaan code blue dalam meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan di RSUD Anutapura Palu.

Buddhist Religious Education teachers have a strategic role in shaping the character and behavior of students through the internalization of Buddhist Pancasila values, which are expected to prevent potential delinquency and foster students who are morally and spiritually grounded. This study aims to analyze the roles, effectiveness, and strategies employed by Nalanda students in instilling Buddhist Pancasila values in elementary schools as a preventive effort against juvenile delinquency. This research applies a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The study was conducted at Mutiara 17 August Elementary School, Edelweiss School, and Bina Pelita Bangsa Elementary School. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation involving Nalanda students, principals, and homeroom teachers in five elementary schools. The data analysis technique employed was the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The results reveal that Nalanda students act as value educators by instilling principles such as loving-kindness (mettā), responsibility, discipline, and respect for parents and teachers. The strategies used include role modeling, habituation in Buddhist spiritual practices, integration of values in learning, and personal approaches to students. The effectiveness of these roles is reflected in students' behavioral changes, such as becoming more orderly, polite, and the declining incidence of violations and social conflicts. The role of Nalanda students as Buddhist Religious Education teachers has proven to contribute significantly to the prevention of juvenile delinquency through character education based on Buddhist Pancasila values.

Stack teknologi yang digunakan mencakup Next.js pada sisi klien, NestJS pada sisi server, PostgreSQL sebagai basis data relasional, serta Better Auth untuk manajemen autentikasi. Sistem yang dihasilkan mengintegrasikan fitur absensi cerdas berbasis barcode, pengelolaan paket latihan, dashboard personal bagi member, panel administrasi lengkap, notifikasi kadaluarsa paket, dan manajemen pengumuman camp. Validasi dilakukan melalui Black Box Testing dengan empat skenario pengujian, seluruhnya menghasilkan keluaran yang sesuai ekspektasi. Penerapan sistem ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan akurasi pencatatan data secara signifikan.
The operational sustainability of a martial arts camp depends greatly on the quality of member data management. At BangRajan Muaythai Boxing, attendance recording and session monitoring still rely on manual processes, which frequently lead to data inaccuracies and allow members with expired packages to continue training undetected. This study designs and develops a web-based member management information system to address these issues. The development follows a phased approach employing UML modeling including Activity Diagrams, Use Case Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Entity Relationship Diagrams. The technology stack consists of Next.js on the client side, NestJS on the server side, PostgreSQL as the relational database, and Better Auth for authentication management. The resulting system integrates barcode-based smart attendance, training package management, a personal member dashboard, a comprehensive admin panel, package expiry notifications, and camp announcement management. Validation was conducted using Black Box Testing across four test scenarios, all yielding expected outputs. Implementation of this system demonstrably improves operational efficiency and data recording accuracy.

The results of this study indicate that basic training planning is made with reference to the RPJMD and the Strategic Plan. The organization is regulated by the mechanism of division of tasks, regulated based on the Decree of the Head relating to the Organizational Structure of the training management program which is generally understood and implemented by BKPSDM. The implementation of education and training at BKPSDM was carried out well, in addition to providing quality training for trainees, the committee also paid great attention to the health of participants. Supervision of basic training is carried out daily by class observers during distance learning, while classical supervision is carried out by the tutor. Barriers in general are due to the large number of participants while the time for CPNS is only one year so that there is extraordinary activity on the part of the organizers and facilitators. Initially, the total of 146 articles from various research databases ranging from the year 2018 to 2021 were downloaded. However, 35 articles were reviewed from the total articles downloaded and selected as the study sample size by meeting the title, abstract and contents criteria. Furthermore, the results of this study employed systematic literature review (SLR) to explain in details why CBDC should be chosen and how it supersede the traditional physical currency based on individual and organizational perspectives. The study assesses the roles of CBDC based on three parameters such as features, perceived benefits and challenges of both CBDC and Physical Currency. It also revealed that CBDC can replaces the use of physical currency depends only on how people, businesses perceive the features, benefits (better allocation, accessibility, interest bearing, convertibility and cost reduction) and possible challenges (reverse of the benefits) associated with CBDC compare to it counterpart.
