The findings of this study reveal that the education budget encompasses the allocation of funds used to facilitate educational services. Whether for public schools or governmental entities (at both central and regional levels), the authority for budget utilization is governed by legal frameworks. Nationally, the Ministry of Education and Culture (Kemendikbud) and the Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education (Kemenristek Dikti) play pivotal roles in determining the education budget, specifying its sources and objectives. At the regional level, Provincial, District, and City governments, through the Education Service Unit (Satker Dinas Pendidikan), are accountable for planning and overseeing the utilization of education budgets in line with their respective jurisdictions and discretion. Simultaneously, at the school level, active involvement in planning and executing agreed-upon school programs funded by the budget is undertaken by the school principal in collaboration with the school community.

The problem in this research is that in implementing learning, students often choose lessons they only like and don't want to go to class and often hang out in the canteen. This causes a lack of application of scientific disciplines in learning for students. Researchers also use a behavioral approach because this approach assumes that all behavior, both adaptive and maladaptive, can be learned. This approach can be carried out in depth with groups of students who have a habit of being undisciplined in learning. Researchers conducted interviews and distributed questionnaires to students with the results of the level of learning discipline before receiving the intervention and after receiving intervention through the behavior contract technique, which was different, the result of which was that the learning discipline of students at SMK N 2 Lamongan class XI before being given the behavior contract technique was in the low category, after being given it. intervention through the behavior contract technique resulted in an increase in categories starting from the very low category to the low and high categories which experienced a significant increase. The results of this research were obtained from the results of the Wilcoxon Signed test, obtained a Z value of -1.342 and an asymp value of sig. (2-tailed) 0.180 is smaller than the alpha level of 5% (0.05), so the conclusion is that there is a difference in the learning discipline of students at SMK N 2 Lamongan class XI before and after being given the behavior contract intervention.

ncient Israelite tradition represents a prototype of leadership legitimized by divine wisdom, making it critically relevant for scholarly examination. This study addresses the problem of how the construction of Solomon’s character and the praxis of his wisdom in Old Testament texts can be transformed into a conceptual paradigm for modern leadership without falling into historical romanticism. The objective of this research is to formulate a theoretical leadership model grounded in biblical wisdom through an analysis of Solomon’s character, theological orientation, and decision-making patterns. The method employed is a theological hermeneutical approach integrated with interdisciplinary literature studies, including leadership theory, public ethics, and Old Testament theology. The analysis focuses on key narratives that portray the judicial, administrative, and spiritual dimensions of Solomon’s leadership. The findings indicate that Solomon’s wisdom is theocentric, deliberative, and oriented toward distributive justice, thereby shaping an integrative and visionary model of leadership. The relevance of these findings lies in their capacity to offer a normative framework for leadership formation rooted in transcendent morality while remaining adaptive to modern social complexity. The novelty of this study resides in the formulation of a hermeneutical reconstruction model of Solomonic wisdom as a normative-strategic paradigm for the development of contemporary leadership theory based on sacred texts.

The first five years of marriage represent a critical period prone to various issues, such as personality differences, poor communication patterns, financial problems, spiritual crises, and the influence of secular culture. Although the church has implemented a premarital counseling program, data indicate instances of divorce among young married couples due to a lack of continuous guidance. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method using observation, semi-structured interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 25 couples who were married between 2020 and 2025. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, validated through source triangulation. The findings reveal that the majority of respondents (70–80%) acknowledged that post-marital counseling plays a significant role in resolving household conflicts, fostering healthy communication, and strengthening family spirituality. The key finding of this study is the effectiveness of the MUSI-based pastoral counseling model (Problem, Effort, Goal, Intervention), which is systematic, contextual, and spiritually integrative according to the needs of the local congregation. The study recommends that the church develop post-marital counseling programs as an integral part of pastoral family ministry in a preventive, structured, and continuous manner to strengthen Christian family resilience from the early stages of marriage.

Di era modern, peran pendeta semakin kompleks karena gereja-gereja sering berada di tengah masyarakat yang beragam, terutama di kota-kota besar, dengan perbedaan suku, status sosial, dan latar belakang pendidikan yang beragam. Pendeta harus memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang peran mereka dalam pertumbuhan gereja. from marine sponges of the genus Aaptos, have demonstrated potential as drug candidates; however, studies evaluating their drug-likeness, Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, and Excretion (ADME) properties, and toxicity profiles remain limited. This study aimed to prioritize aaptamine, demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and isoaaptamine as potential antibacterial candidates through SwissADME and ProTox-II analyses using an in silico approach. The results demonstrated that all three compounds satisfied the Lipinski's Rule of Five criteria for drug-likeness, exhibited high gastrointestinal absorption, and achieved a bioavailability score of 0.55. All compounds were predicted to belong to toxicity class 4, with predicted LD₅₀ values of 1300 mg/kg for aaptamine, 500 mg/kg for demethyl(oxy)aaptamine, and 1350 mg/kg for isoaaptamine, while none showed hepatotoxic or cytotoxic properties. The integrated analysis indicated that isoaaptamine exhibited the most balanced drug-likeness, ADME profile, and safety characteristics, making it the highest-priority antibacterial candidate. This study concludes that the integration of SwissADME and ProTox-II provides an effective preliminary approach for screening marine natural product-derived drug candidates. The novelty of this study lies in the integrated application of drug-likeness, ADME, and toxicity analyses to systematically prioritize three aaptamine derivatives, thereby providing a more comprehensive lead compound selection strategy for antibacterial drug discovery.

This study aims to analyze the electrical installation condition of SDN 002 Bontang Utara through the evaluation of lighting systems, power requirements, conductors, protection systems, and air conditioning based on PUIL 2011 standards and DIALux simulation. The study employed a field research method with a quantitative descriptive approach through observation, technical measurements, documentation, and lighting simulation analysis. The findings indicate that the school’s electrical installation still exhibits several discrepancies with actual technical requirements, particularly regarding the number and capacity of lamps, air conditioner capacity, and electrical power demand. DIALux simulation revealed that several rooms have not yet met the required lighting standards, while power analysis demonstrated that the actual demand of 25,794 VA exceeds the installed capacity of 22,188.8 VA, thereby necessitating adjustments to the protection and conductor systems to enhance installation safety and efficiency. The study concludes that the electrical installation of SDN 002 Bontang Utara requires improvements in lighting, cooling systems, power capacity, and electrical protection. The novelty of this research lies in its integrated evaluation of elementary school electrical installations through field analysis, PUIL 2011 technical calculations, and DIALux simulations across rooms with diverse functions, thereby producing more comprehensive and applicable recommendations.

ving tradition of the Bali Aga community, which holds substantial economic and cultural value. This study aims to analyze community empowerment through the development of tourism based on cultural weaving products, strengthen the bargaining position of local artisans, and examine efforts to maintain a balance between economic benefits and cultural preservation. The study employed a mixed-methods approach with a sequential explanatory design and involved 150 respondents. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and surveys. The findings reveal that experiential tourism increased average household income by 35% and enhanced women's participation by 42% through their involvement in production activities, training programs, tour guiding, and the management of creative enterprises. Traditional weaving products were successfully developed as the primary tourism attraction, generating greater economic value while preserving cultural integrity through the clear distinction between sacred and commercial products. The utilization of digital media further expanded market access and strengthened product competitiveness. The novelty of this study lies in the development of an integrative model that connects community empowerment, experiential tourism, cultural preservation, women’s empowerment, and digital cultural entrepreneurship as a sustainable strategy for cultural tourism development.

e, and organizational commitment are presumed to influence the quality of cadre performance and therefore require empirical investigation. This study aims to analyze the effects of training, work discipline, and organizational commitment on the performance of KSH in Medokan Ayu Sub-district, Surabaya. The research employed a quantitative approach with an associative research design involving 30 cadres selected through purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 4 software. The findings reveal that training has a positive and significant effect on performance (β = 0.312; p = 0.008), work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance (β = 0.354; p = 0.004), and organizational commitment exerts the strongest positive and significant effect on performance (β = 0.421; p = 0.001). These results indicate that improving cadre performance requires the integrated enhancement of competencies, work discipline, and organizational commitment. The novelty of this study lies in its empirical evidence demonstrating that organizational commitment is the most dominant factor in improving cadre performance within community-based public service organizations, thereby extending the human resource management literature in the context of grassroots public service delivery.

strong value of siri’ as a system of collective honor that not only regulates social behavior but also has the potential to generate violence as a means of restoring dignity. The research problem focuses on how the construction of siri’ shapes collective honor, how patterns of honor-motivated killings occur, and how Indonesian criminal law responds to this phenomenon without legitimizing violence. This study employs a normative legal method with statutory, case, and conceptual approaches to analyze the relationship between legal norms and cultural values. The findings indicate that siri’ is understood as a collective family identity that significantly influences individual behavior, with women becoming the most vulnerable group due to the unequal distribution of moral burden. Patterns of siri’ killing are generally associated with control over sexuality and marriage and are driven by social pressure and collective moral legitimacy. The response of criminal law tends to be ambivalent, as cultural motives are not justified but are often considered as background factors. The conclusion emphasizes that siri’ killing is a complex phenomenon that cannot be understood merely as a criminal act, but rather as the result of interactions among culture, gender, and law. The novelty of this study lies in the integration of cultural, criminal law, and gender perspectives in explaining siri’ killing as a localized form of honor killing with distinctive characteristics in Indonesia.
