nough to absorb water. One of the cities in Indonesia whichhas frequent floods. The planned mitigation strategy must be more targeted so that it is more effective in tackling flood disasters. Therefore, mapping with Geographic Information Systems can be used to map areas that are prone to flooding specifically by combining spatial data on each predetermined parameter. Not only that, the integration of Geographic Information Systems and forecasting with multiple linear regression methods can predict the level of flood vulnerability based on the parameters determined in the following year. Based on the analysis that has been done, the areas in Pontianak City that are prone to flood disasters are spread over several sub-districts, namely East Pontianak District, Pontianak City District and parts of North Pontianak District.

Abstrak: Bencana banjir seringkali terjadi di wilayah dengan kondisi geografis tertentu sepertijaraknya yang dekat dengan sungai, curah hujan cukup tinggi khususnya pada musim hujan hingga mayoritas jenis tanah yang memiliki kandungan lempung sehingga tidak cukup baikdalam menyerap air. Kota Pontianak merupakan satu diantara kota di Indonesia yang sering dilanda bencana banjir. Oleh karena itu, pemetaan dengan Sistem Informasi Geografis dapat digunakan untuk memetakan wilayah-wilayah yang rawan bencana banjir secara spesifik dengan menggabungkan data spasial pada setiap parameter yang sudah ditentukan. Tidak hanya itu, integrasi sistem informasi geografis dan peramalan dengan metoderegresi linier berganda dapatmemprediksi tingkat kerawanan banjir berdasarkan parameter yang ditentukan pada tahun berikutnya. Berdasarkan analisis yang telah dilakukan, daerah di Kota Pontianak yang rawan bencanabanjir tersebar di beberapa kecamatan yaitu Kecamatan Pontianak Timur, Kecamatan Pontianak Kota dan sebagianKecamatan Pontianak Utara.

Abstrak: Kenaikan pangkat merupakan salah satu bentuk penghargaan yang diberikan kepada Pegawai Negeri Sipil atas prestasi kerja yang bersangkutan terhadap Negara dan sesuai dengan jabatan dan golongannya. Proses pengusulan kenaikan pangkat di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten Asahan saat ini berjalan secara manual, yaitu dengan memasukkan dokumen fisik sesuai syarat untuk kenaikan pangkat. Dalam hal ini, pengusulan kenaikan pangkat yang masih berjalan secara manual dengan menggunakan dokumen fisik tentunya mempersulit proses pengelolan dan terjadinya penumpukan dokumen. Oleh sebab itu, pemanfaatan MySQL sebagai database management dan PHP sebagai bahasa pemrograman akan menghasilkan sebuah sistem informasi pengusulan kenaikan pangkat Pegawai Negeri Sipil di Dinas PUPR Kabupaten Asahan berbasis web dan internet yang memberikan fitur upload dokumen usulan berupa softcopy.

These findings indicate a rapid development rate and highlight the importance of sustainable spatial planning. In conclusion, understanding the patterns and intensity of land cover changes in Tiakur City is crucial for evaluating spatial planning policies and improving infrastructure development planning for the future.

The discussion emphasizes the importance of settlement development focusing on safe and suitable areas, and the need for strict regulations to protect communities from disaster risks. The findings provide a strong basis for policy makers to formulate spatial planning strategies that are sustainable and responsive to the geographical conditions of Ambon City.

The results of the analysis show that the CA-Markov model has high accuracy in predicting land use change, and is able to describe the spatial dynamics of built-up land growth. This study aims to analyse the needs and components of a robust maritime surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait, particularly in dealing with the impacts of extreme weather and climate change. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. the field of spatial planning. Control of infectious virus outbreaks must be involved in spatial planning. Spatial planning that cares about the level of human health is no longer just struggling with green open space. But there should also be space for physical distancing in public places. The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial planning of East Java Province during the Covid-19 pandemic in supporting state defense. This paper is written based on the results of qualitative research using phenomenological research design. In this study, the data collection process was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation study methods. The data obtained is then analyzed through four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that spatial planning during the pandemic was carried out with four aspects, namely analyzing the Covid-19 distribution map in East Java, planning changes in policies and strategies with public health considerations, planning space structures with the addition of emergency infrastructure, and planning space patterns with the allocation of green open space. The obstacles faced in spatial planning are the restriction of working hours and the implementation of WFH for employees, and the lack of community support as an affected object. Both are overcome by implementing digitalization strategies and community participation so that the spatial planning agenda during the Covid-19 pandemic can run well. In addition, the better spatial planning during the pandemic, the better the country's defense because of the non-military threat in this case the Covid-19 virus can be well anticipated.

thod employed is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of 10 empirical articles published between 2019 and 2026. Data were extracted based on the five stages of NEA — reading, comprehension, transformation, process skill, and encoding — and subsequently analyzed through narrative synthesis, percentage comparison, and descriptive effect size. The results indicate that comprehension errors and encoding errors are the most dominant categories, with the highest percentages of 56.92% and 50%, respectively, followed by transformation errors, which consistently fall within a moderate effect range (20–40%), while reading errors and process skill errors are classified as low. The primary causes of errors include weak understanding of geometric concepts, inability in spatial visualization, limited mathematical language, and lack of procedural precision. The findings contribute as a diagnostic foundation for designing more effective geometry learning, while simultaneously serving as a conceptual bridge toward higher-level geometry
