This study addresses the question of how the essence of idealism is philosophically understood and how its implications extend to religion, economics, politics, and education as spheres of human praxis. The research employs a literature review method through critical analysis of various scholarly articles discussing idealism as a philosophical school of thought and its contemporary relevance. The findings indicate that idealism posits ideas as the fundamental reality, while matter is understood as the outward manifestation of deeper inner dimensions such as mind, soul, and values. This perspective affirms that education should not merely focus on material and pragmatic aspects, but rather on the formation of character, morality, and spiritual awareness. Although the law outlines the authority of village heads, it does not explicitly stipulate provisions for criminal or civil sanctions in cases of abuse of power. This normative gap poses potential risks of harm to village communities due to the weak legal accountability mechanisms. This study aims to examine and analyze the legal implications of the normative vacuum in village regulations and to emphasize the urgency of establishing more specific and binding implementing regulations. Employing a normative juridical research method through statutory and conceptual approaches, this study analyzes relevant legislation and supporting legal literature. The findings reveal that the absence of clear legal sanction provisions in the Village Law creates a legal grey area that can be exploited for administrative misconduct and corruption. Therefore, regulatory reform is required in the form of amendments or the formulation of implementing regulations that explicitly define the types of sanctions and legal accountability mechanisms for village heads. The novelty of this study lies in its systematic identification of legal loopholes that have received limited attention in existing village law literature, as well as its concrete proposals for regulatory reformulation aimed at strengthening accountability and transparency in village financial management.

This research uses a quantitative approach through a survey, where data is collected by distributing questionnaires to functional PNS at the DPRD Secretariat of DIY. The results of this study show that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on employee performance, with a ß value of 0.229 and a P-value of 0.004. In contrast, workload has a negative impact on employee performance, with a ß value of -0.252 and a P-value of 0.001. Job satisfaction is proven to play a mediating role in the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, with a ß value of 0.268 and a P-value of 0.000. Additionally, job satisfaction also mediates the negative relationship between workload and employee performance, with a ß value of -0.186 and a P-value of 0.001. These findings indicate that a supportive organizational culture and effective workload management can encourage improved employee performance, while job satisfaction strengthens the positive impact of both factors. This study emphasizes the importance of creating a supportive work culture, efficient workload management, and efforts to enhance job satisfaction in order to achieve optimal employee performance.

This research aims to examine the direct and indirect influence of organizational culture, principal leadership, and work motivation to teacher commitment at SMPN Kepulauan Riau. This research is research with an associative quantitative approach with a survey design taking the location of SMPN Kepulauan Riau. The population in this study was 801 teachers with civil servant status and the sample was 80 teachers. The results of the analysis show that there is a simultaneous direct influence between organizational culture, principal leadership and work motivation to teacher commitment at SMPN Kepulauan Riau with a multiple correlation coefficient of (0.460) with a contribution of (73.96%). The conclusion is that organizational culture, principal leadership and teacher work motivation partially or simultaneously influence teacher commitment. The implication is that the better the organizational culture, principal leadership and work motivation, the higher the teacher commitment at SMPN Kepulauan Riau.

This research was conducted at the KUA in Jambi Province. The data sources in this research consist of primary and secondary data sources. The data collection techniques used in this research are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this research show that marriage registration for the people of Jambi Province is very important. Based on the Maqāṣid al-Syarīah perspective, there is maṣlahah in registering marriages, namely to provide protection for the husband, wife and children in the family. If we pay attention to the legality of marriages in Indonesia, the state only recognizes registered marriages, on the basis of Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning Marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law.

of the Mayor of Bandar Lampung, who specifically sought optimal solutions for various local issues, including recurrent flooding within the city. Based on focus group discussions between Student Group 221 and local community stakeholders in flood-prone areas, a sustainable urban development model was formulated, emphasizing active collaboration among the government, academia, the private sector, and civil society. The methodology employed the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) framework with a participatory approach. The initiatives of Group 221 focused on three primary pillars: the circular economy, community-based environmental management, and the strengthening of social inclusion. The results demonstrate that collaborative initiatives are capable of producing innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to the needs of the city, while simultaneously fostering collective awareness regarding the importance of urban development oriented toward common welbeing.

Abstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan KKN-Terintegrasi UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Kegiatan KKN-Terintegrasi dilaksanakan atas permintaan Wali Kota Bandar Lampung yang secara khusus meminta solusi terbaik atas beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi termasuk musibah banjir yang terjadi secara berulang di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil diskusi kelompok 221 Mahasiswa UIN Raden Intan bersama potensi masyarakat di beberapa titik rawan, dirumuskan model pembangunan kota berkelanjutan melalui kolaborasi aktif antara pemerintah, akademisi, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat sipil. Metode diterapkan dengan pola ABCD (Assets Base Community Development), dengan pendekatan partisipatif. KKN-Terintegrasi kelompok 221 berfokus pada tiga pilar utama, yakni; perekonomian sirkular, pengelolaan lingkungan hidup berbasis komunitas, dan penguatan inklusi sosial. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa inisiatif kolaboratif mampu menghasilkan solusi inovatif dan berkelanjutan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan Kota Impian, serta dapat meningkatkan kesadaran kolektif terhadap pentingnya pembangunan kota yang berpihak pada kesejahteraan bersama.

This Community Service activity aims to enhance civil servants' understanding of the strategic position of Mental Revolution in bureaucratic reform through the lens of Public Value Governance. The method used is participatory advocacy through material presentation and Focused Group Discussion (FGD) involving the Government Division, Inspectorate, and Organization and Management Division of the Jayapura City Regional Secretariat. The results showed an increase in collective understanding among civil servants regarding the importance of behavioral transformation for substantive public services. The concrete output of this activity is the presentation of strategic recommendations containing proposals for the 2025-2030 Mental Revolution roadmap and the reorientation of training curricula based on local competencies. In conclusion, strengthening integrity, work ethic, and mutual cooperation through this approach serves as a strategic foundation to reinforce governance and increase public value in Jayapura City.

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman ASN mengenai posisi strategis Revolusi Mental dalam reformasi birokrasi melalui lensa Public Value Governance. Metode yang digunakan adalah advokasi partisipatif melalui paparan materi dan diskusi terfokus (Focused Group Discussion) yang melibatkan Bagian Pemerintahan, Inspektorat, dan Bagian Organisasi dan Tata Laksana Sekretariat Daerah Kota Jayapura. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman kolektif ASN mengenai pentingnya transformasi perilaku untuk pelayanan publik substantif. Output nyata kegiatan ini berupa paparan rekomendasi strategis terkait roadmap Revolusi Mental ASN 2025-2030 dan reorientasi kurikulum diklat berbasis kompetensi lokal. Kesimpulannya, penguatan integritas, etos kerja, dan gotong royong melalui pendekatan ini menjadi fondasi strategis untuk memperkuat tata kelola dan meningkatkan nilai publik di Kota Jayapura.

uce accurate and structured work schedules. The training involved four employees, comprising three participants with a background in civil engineering and one from management. The training methods included an introduction to basic project scheduling, the use of Microsoft Project, and the application of real case studies from ongoing projects. Pre-test results showed an average score of 54.25, with the management participant receiving a grade of E, while civil engineering participants received grades of C and D. After the training, the post-test indicated significant improvement, with one participant achieving a grade of A and two others obtaining a grade of B. The management participant improved to a grade of C. The final assignment, creating a project schedule using Microsoft Project, was successfully completed by all participants, demonstrating improved skills in project management and resource optimization. In conclusion, this training successfully enhanced employees' understanding and skills in using Microsoft Project for project schedule optimization at CV. KEINARRA, which has the potential to increase the company's overall efficiency.

Abstrak: Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam menyusun jadwal proyek yang lebih efisien dan terorganisir. Permintaan ini timbul karena beberapa karyawan kurang memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman dalam memanfaatkan Microsoft Project untuk menghasilkan jadwal kerja yang akurat dan terstruktur. Pelatihan ini melibatkan empat karyawan, terdiri dari tiga peserta dengan latar belakang teknik sipil dan satu dari manajemen. Metode pelatihan meliputi pengenalan dasar penjadwalan proyek, penggunaan Microsoft Project, serta aplikasi studi kasus nyata dari proyek yang sedang berlangsung. Hasil pre-test menunjukkan skor rata-rata sebesar 54,25, di mana peserta dari manajemen mendapatkan nilai E, sedangkan peserta dari teknik sipil mendapatkan nilai C dan D. Setelah pelatihan, post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dengan satu peserta meraih nilai A dan dua peserta lainnya mendapatkan nilai B. Peserta dari manajemen meningkat ke nilai C. Tugas akhir berupa penyusunan jadwal proyek dengan Microsoft Project berhasil diselesaikan oleh semua peserta, menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan dalam manajemen proyek dan optimalisasi sumber daya. Kesimpulannya, pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan karyawan dalam penggunaan Microsoft Project untuk optimasi jadwal proyek di CV. KEINARRA, yang berpotensi meningkatkan efisiensi perusahaan secara keseluruhan.
