Abstrak : implementasinya fiber optic merupakan kabel yang memiliki bahan serat yang menggunakan cahaya sebagai media transmisi dalam mengikirimkan data sehingga kecepatan dalam pengelolaan data menjadi lebih cepat, terdapat kemudahan perawatan tools. Penanganan terhadap gangguan fiber optic ini perusahaan memiliki data yang kompleks dalam suatu bigdata dimana dalam pengelolaannya dibutuhkan suatu pengolahan yang baik agar tidak terjadi redudansi data, akan tetapi ketepatan dan kecepatan dalam pengelolaan data menjadi hal yang sangat penting dalam pengelolaan big data. Peningkatan kualitas bagi perusahaan menjadi hal yang paling penting, bahkan untuk mencapai kualitas yang baik perusahaan akan melakukan hal yang dapat menunjang kepada kualitas tersebut, dengan kualitas perusahaan dapat memiliki sustainable yang lama maka dilakukan pendekatan six sigma sehingga dapat mengdukung perbaikan kualitas yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan.

so that there are several obstacles such as not being able to open the system because the system is hacked by irresponsible parties, the computer network used is often disrupted so that hampers the operational process, and the level of computer security is still relatively weak. This study aims to measure the likelihood of threats and risk impacts on the teaching and learning activity monitoring system and to provide recommendations for risk control of security problems that could become a threat that causes losses to universities. The framework used as a tool to measure the level of threat and risk impact is to use the NIST Special Publication 800-30r-1 framework. The framework of the NIST Special Publication 800-30r-1 has nine phases in carrying out risk assessments, namely introduction of system characteristics, recognition of threats, recognition of vulnerabilities, analysis of handling systems, determining likelihood, determining impact, risk determination, recommending control and determination of results. There are six risk assessment systems for monitoring learning activities at private universities, two of which are high so they are classified as very dangerous and the rest are moderate. The results of this study are used as a reference in making risk control standard documents as a form of improving the quality of a private university.

Abstrak: Latarbelakang penelitian ini adalah resiko penggunaan teknologi yang tergolong berbahaya sering tidak dihiraukan oleh pengguna sistem monitoring kegiatan belajar pada perguruan tinggi swasta sehingga terjadi beberapa kendala seperti tidak bisa membuka sistem karena sistem diretas oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab, jaringan komputer yang digunakan sering terganggu sehingga menghambat proses operasional, serta tingkat keamanan komputer yang masih tergolong lemah. Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan yaitu mengukur seberapa besar kemungkinan terjadi ancaman dan dampak resiko terhadap sistem monitoring kegiatan belajar mengajar serta memberikan rekomendasi pengendalian resiko dari permasalahan keamanan yang bisa menjadi suatu ancaman yang menimbulkan kerugian pada perguruan tinggi. Framework yang digunakan sebagai alat untuk mengukur tingkat ancaman dan dampak resiko adalah menggunakan kerangka kerja NIST Special Publication 800-30r-1. Kerangka kerja NIST Special Publication 800-30r-1 ini mempunyai sembilan fase dalam melakukan penilaian resiko yaitu pengenalan karakteristik sistem, pengenalan ancaman, pengenalan kerentanan, analisis penanganan sistem, menentukan kemungkinan terjadi (likelihood), menentukan dampak (impact), risk determination, merekomendasikan pengendalian dan penetapan hasil. Penilaian resiko sistem monitoring kegiatan belajar pada perguruan tinggi swasta ada enam resiko yang dua diantaranya termasuk tinggi sehingga digolongkan sangat berbahaya dan selebihnya termasuk sedang. Hasil dari penelitian ini digunakan sebagai acuan dalam pembuatan dokumen standar pengendalian resiko sebagai bentuk peningkatan mutu suatu perguruan tinggi swasta.

Aplikasi Sistem Pakar Untuk Mendeteksi Kerusakan Alat Berat Pada PT.Tamako Raya Perdana ini dibuat agar dapat membantu para Operator Alat Berat (Excavator) atau Perusahaan, dan mungkin dapat membantu Mekanik bila lupa akan mekanisme kerja pada Alat Berat (Excavator). With this determination, mitigation efforts must be carried out in accordance with statutory regulations in emergency response period for handling Covid-19. Tourist attractions have the potential to become a locus for the spread of COVID-19 if there is a gathering of visitors while traveling, causing the need for health protocols in carrying out activities at that location. This research uses qualitative research which aims to gather information about the compliance of people at tourist attractions with the health protocols implemented in Jambi City. The results of this research show that the implementation of the health protocol, namely 5M (wearing a mask, washing hands, maintaining distance, staying away from crowds and reducing mobility) is carried out well and is carried out directly by the government and tourist attraction owners through CHSE (Clean Health Safety and Environment). And the community has good knowledge, attitudes and behavior in complying with the health protocols implemented. The conclusion of this research is that the implementation of health protocols at various tourist attractions in Jambi City has gone well with supervision carried out by the government and tourist owners.

Illness (IMCI) by WHO and UNICEF is a strategy that combines prevention, treatment and health promotion, including impact counseling to provide education to parents about the importance of disease management and access to health facilities. This research uses a systematic literature review to assess the influence of impact counseling in IMCI on parents' attitudes in bringing children to health facilities. Data was collected from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar using relevant keywords. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to measure the effect of counseling on parental attitudes and behavior. The results of the analysis show that impact counseling significantly increases parents' understanding and involvement in children's health care. Counseling reduces anxiety and increases parents' confidence in caring for their child. The use of information technology in counseling makes it easier to access information and support. Counseling also improves access and utilization of health facilities by providing important information about available services. In conclusion, counseling in IMCI has a significant influence on parents' attitudes and behavior in bringing children to health facilities. Counseling helps increase understanding of a child's health, reduces anxiety, and promotes better health practices at home. Ongoing counseling programs are expected to improve child health outcomes and support the overall well-being of the family.

Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis peneltian kualitatif yang pengambilan datanya bersumber dari data penumpang yang mengalami Kehilangan bagasi pada saat tiba di Bandar Udara Tjilik Riwut Palangkaraya. Sumber kedua berasal dari penggalian sumber data melalui wawancara secara semi terstruktur kepada narasumber Supervisor unit Lost and Found dan Staff unit Lost and Found. Selain itu, data dalam penelitian ini dilengkapi dengan observasi dan dokumentasi berupa pengambilan gambar yang bertujuan sebagai penguat data penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka diketahui bahwa prosedur penanganan dari Bagasi Hilang yang dilakukan oleh unit Lost And Found adalah memeriksa serta mencari data dari bagasi penumpang ke dalam PIR (Property Irregularity Report) rangkap 3 (putih, merah, dan hijau) yang kemudian ditanda-tangani oleh penumpang serta staf dari unit Lost And Found. Jika ditemukan atau terdapat kasus yang menyatakan penumpang berhak mengajukan kompensasi atas kerusakan bagasi yang didapatkan. Hasil penelitian Respon time tepat waktu berjumlah 60 orang (69%), Complain handling puas berjumlah 56 orang (64,4%) hasil Uji Wilcoxon Ada Hubungan Respon Time Perawat terhadap Complaint handling di Ruang IGD RSUD Undata Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Simpulan Ada Hubungan Respon Time Perawat terhadap Complaint handling di Ruang IGD RSUD Undata Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah.
