Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi in reaction to the pandemic scenario. Increase in staff turnover is correlated with the appearance of opportunities that have resulted from the tourism recovery programme that the Indonesian government has implemented as a response to the Covid-19 outbreak, as was stated before. The research aims to investigate the employees' perception of the workplace climate at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi and determine the extent to which the work environment impacts their intention to continue working at the hotel. The qualitative method offers an opportunity for an in-depth exploration of Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi's Efforts in Retaining Employees. This research found that skill development, career advancement, pay, work culture, benefits, and outstanding relationships affect employee satisfaction at Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi. To retain staff, Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi offers cross-training programmes, fair promotion processes, and a comfortable work culture for employee development. Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi employees depart for financial, professional, and outside experience reasons. Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi has to strengthen work culture, interactions with supervisors, coworkers, and subordinates, and employee skill development.

Therefore, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness have the right to receive protection and guarantees from the government and employers. However, in practice, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness often experience difficulties in submitting claims. The research entitled "Recognition of Mental Illness as a Consequence of Medical Personnel in Work Accident Insurance Claim Procedures in Indonesia" is normative-qualitative research. Medical workers face a lot of stress and workload, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and mental illness is one of the consequences. Mental illness can impair their performance, health, and well-being, and place them at risk to patients and their work environment. With the recognition of mental illness as a consequence of medical personnel in the JKK claim procedure in Indonesia, JKK is a social security program organized by BPJS Employment. This program provides guarantees to workers or laborers to receive health services and cash compensation due to work accidents or work-related illnesses. So it is hoped that it can provide benefits for medical personnel in the form of getting proper protection, increasing the productivity of medical personnel and improving the quality of health services.

al infection are clearly recognised, therefore Antibiotic prophylaxis at caesarean section is widely recommended to prevent maternal infection. The study was designed to evaluate antibiotic prophylaxis use for prevention of surgical site infections (SSIs). Retrospective review of medical records of all post SC patients who received antibiotic were evaluated during October 2021 to march 2022. Among 4 different antibiotics used in post SC patients, the most frequently requested were first generation cephalosporins (50,13%), third generation cephalosporins-ceftriaxone & cefotaxime (16,89% and 3,95%) and the least frequently requested were metronidazole infusion (3,86%). Antibiotic use in post SC patients are effective strategies in reducing SSIs patients which was proven by no patients with SSIs were found during the research period.

City Drinking Water BLUD, one of the things that is of concern is that there are differences in data between the Revenue Treasurer and the Accounting Department. While the accounting department is duty to provide financial statement data to DPKP Cimahi City which will then be consolidated to BPKAD Cimahi City. When the accounting department reconciles data with BPKAD, there is different income data between BAPPENDA and BPKAD. This happened because there was no data reconciliation first between the revenue treasurer and the Accounting Section of the Cimahi City Drinking Water BLUD before the data was provided to interested parties. So far, BLUD Drinking Water uses SOPs that have not been updated. The problem occurred because the Cash Receipt SOP had not been updated and had not complied with the SOP preparation standards set by the local government. Needed to create a new Cash Receipt SOP so that the data provided by the Revenue Treasurer or Accounting Section becomes one vote. The methods used in preparing SOP are interviews, observations, and literature studies. The result of the community service carried out is that there is an excel format of the latest Cash Receipt SOP even though it has not been ratified because it is still waiting for the completion of SOP in other divisions.

And Is there any significant difference on students’ English reading comprehension taught by using look and say strategy and those are not?”. This research uses a type of pre-experimental design research with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects of this study were students of class VIII D SMPN 1 Konawe totally was 22 students. Data collection techniques were carried out using tests those are pretest, treatment, and posttest. The data collected were analyzed quantitatively using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The researcher used theory of Edhitin (2000) to analyzed the data. The results of quantitative analysis show that the results of descriptive statistical data shows that there are differences in the learning acheivement of students' reading comprehension which are marked by the mean score of students who are in the implementation the pretest was 56,59 while in the posttest the students' average score was 70,91. The results of inferential statistical data show that t test > t table or 6,539 > t table = 2,086 if viewed from the results of the pretest and posttest hypothesis tests it is known that t test > t table or 7,936 > 2.086, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. This means that there is an influence of look and say methode on the reading comprehension learning achievement of class VIII D students of SMPN 1 Konawe.

ction, convenience, administrative certainty, and equitable access for prospective pilgrims in an archipelagic province. A qualitative descriptive approach was used. Data were collected through observation, document review, and in-depth interviews with officials and employees involved in umrah service management at the Regional Office during August-October 2023. The analysis applies six public-policy evaluation criteria: effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, equity, responsiveness, and appropriateness. The findings show that the policy has generally met the six criteria. Effectiveness is reflected in administrative preparation, document control, security, and comfort before departure, during the stay in Saudi Arabia, and during return. Efficiency is shown through the use of available resources, a service process of approximately three to ten days, and continuous monitoring of travel providers. Adequacy is reflected in supervision of facilities, accommodation, safety standards, information, and complaint mechanisms. Equity is pursued through equal access, affordable costs, gender sensitivity, and protection of pilgrims. Responsiveness appears in rapid responses to complaints, emergency coordination, and service improvement based on feedback. Appropriateness is demonstrated through compliance with Islamic values, business ethics, regulations, and Saudi Arabian procedures. The study implies that digital registration, transparent quota management, cost audits, emergency response teams, and certified service personnel are needed to strengthen umrah service governance.
