dokter. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan waiting time dengan kepuasan pasien di IGD RSUD Kabelota. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel penelitian ini adalah pasien triage kuning dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 60 responden. Data waiting time diperoleh dengan cara observasi menggunakan lembar observasi dan metode check list dengan alat bantu stopwach, sedangkan untuk mengetahui kepuasan pasien didapatkan dengan cara memberikan kuesioner. Analisa data menggunakan Uji Fisher Exact. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan dari 60 responden memiliki waiting time efektif berjumlah 43 responden (71,7%), dan waiting time tidak efektif sebanyak 17 responden dengan (28,3%). Sebagian besar responden puas yaitu sebanyak 48 responsden (80,0%) dan sebagian kecil responden tidak puas yaitu 12 responden (20,0%). Hasil analisis bivariat dengan Uji Fisher Exact diperoleh terdapat Hubungan waiting time dengan kepuasan pasien di IGD RSUD Kabelota yaitu nilai p 0,027 > 0,05. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan waiting time dengan kepuasan pasien di Instalasi Gawat Darurat RSUD Kabelota. Saran kepada peneliti selanjutnya di harapkan depat melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut terkait waiting time dengan kepuasan pasien dengan menambahkan variabel, jumlah responden, dan menggunakan metode penelitian yang berbeda.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat enam lokasi objek wisata alam di Pulau Moa, Kabupaten Maluku Barat Daya yang sangat berpotensi dikembangkan diataranya yaitu Pantai Tiakur, Pantai Liukety, Pantai Syota, Gunung Kerbau, Pantai Seradona dan Pantai Gerdasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini memberikan kemampuan untuk menciptakan presentasi yang kaya multimedia, meliputi peta interaktif, gambar, dan narasi, yang mampu meningkatkan pemahaman dan daya tarik terhadap objek wisata di Pulau Moa. Harapannya, strategi ini dapat menjadi sarana efektif dalam mempromosikan Pulau Moa sebagai destinasi pariwisata menarik dan berkelanjutan, serta memberikan kontribusi positif pada perkembangan ekonomi lokal.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas multimedia interaktif terhadap kemampuan menulis Bahasa Arab melalui pendekatan meta-analisis. Sebanyak 10 artikel yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2024 dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak Comprehensive Meta-Analysis (CMA) versi 3. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ukuran efek keseluruhan sebesar 0,94 (kategori efek besar) dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa multimedia interaktif memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kemampuan menulis Bahasa Arab. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pendidik dan pengembang media pembelajaran dalam meningkatkan pembelajaran Bahasa Arab melalui teknologi multimedia interaktif.

The Data was collected from 20 participants. The researchers, analyzed the data using pearson's correlation coefficient JASP to examine the relationship between excessive assignment and mental health condition. Based on the findings, the result showed a significant positive correlation (r = 0.900, p <.001) between excessive assignment and mental health condition, indicating that 81.0% of the variance in students' mental health could be attributed to their perceived workload. Educational institutions should take proactive steps to manage student workloads and provide mental health support services, such as counseling, time management training, and flexible deadlines. Promoting a balanced approach to academic assessment that prioritizes both academic excellence and student well-being is crucial for fostering the success and well-being of English language students. This research limited due to the small sample size and focus on a specific student population. Future research with larger and more diverse samples is needed to further explore the complex relationship between academic demands and student mental health. The findings highlight the urgent need for universities and educators to prioritize student mental health alongside academic achievement. Implementing practical strategies to manage workloads and provide mental health support can promote a more holistic and student-centered educational environment.

This study aims to design a web-based employee attendance information system using fingerprint recognition and Internet of Things (IoT) at PT Cahaya Panam Sejahtera Lestari Bungo to overcome manual attendance processes. The system was developed using the prototyping method with Native PHP, MySQL, and modeled using UML. The system is capable of managing attendance data in real time and in an integrated manner. The results indicate that the system improves attendance management effectiveness, minimizes recording errors, and simplifies monitoring and attendance data recapitulation with a testing score of 89.66% categorized as very good.

Metode Penelitian : Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional dengan analisis Spearman Rank. Hasil Penelitian : dalam 228 responden, sebagian besar merasa sangat puas dengan perilaku Caring yang diberikan oleh perawat yang baik yaitu sebanyak 105 (47,8%) responden. dalam 228 responden, sebagian besar merasa sangat puas dengan Respon time perawat yang cepat yaitu sebanyak 110 (48,2%) responden.
