This research was conducted using the queasy experimental method having a control group design that is non-equivalent. The sampling method in this study is a probability sampling technique with proportioned stratified random sampling. In this investigation, 92 samples were included in the sample size and using the Two Independent Sample Test with the Mann-Whitney U type, the Pearson Chi-square test, and the Continuity Correction test. The results of this study indicated by the p-value (0,000) and the results using the Pearson chi-square test and Continuity Correction show the results of insignificant relationships between ages (0.096), sources of information (0.529), parental education (0.267), parental employment (0.132), and family economic status (0.456) with adolescent teenagers' preparedness for menarche. So that the effect of a peer group approach to health education towards preparing adolescents for menarche at SDN 243 Palembang.

The principal performs academic supervision of all teachers, in which the principal is assisted by the vice principal and senior teachers who are given a letter of assignment. Supervision of academic supervision, the principal checks and signs the teacher's administrative documents and monitors when the teacher conducts teaching and learning activities in the classroom. ehavior that stretches family interactions. Communication contributes significantly to the development of teenage behavior; it can be explored based on the mother's experience as a caregiver. This study examines in-depth mothers' experiences in communicating with their adolescent children. Participants in this qualitative study using a phenomenological approach were mothers who lived with their teenage children, a total of 11 participants. The determination of participants was done by applying a purposive sampling technique. The conclusion of the number of samples is based on the saturation of the results of in-depth interviews conducted using video call technology. The Colaizzi method with the Haase adaptation was applied in analyzing the results of in-depth interviews that had been recorded to make it easier when compiling the transcript. Four themes have been generated in this study: The fabric of family love as a communication goal, undeniable dependence on communication, Vulnerability to give each other space to face communication challenges and the need for space and time to explore the importance of good communication. To ensure the trustworthiness of the research results, peer debriefing and member checking are carried out. It is necessary to have a common perception between mothers and adolescents in understanding the importance of Communication and instilling family commitments consistently by paying attention to the youth's freedom of opinion which must be optimally utilized according to the developmental tasks of adolescence.

The population in this study was 52, to determine the sample used the slovin technique with a sample of 34. Data obtained from through the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, analysis of multiple linear regression equations, classical assumption test, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination using the SPSS (Statistics Product Service and Solution) program version 20.0. Based on the hypothesis and analysis of the research results, it can be concluded that compensation has a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Work motivation does not have a partial effect on the performance of employees of PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Compensation and work motivation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of employees at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika. Compensation and work motivation contributed 50.2% to employee performance at PT Anugerah Riau Mustika, while the rest were outside the regression equation or variables that were not studied in this study.

acher performance management that has not been running optimally, especially in MAN 2 Majalengka and MAS Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. The sample in this study was the staff management of the schools, especially the principal, and teacher or educator staff in both schools studied, and the students, both at MAN 2 Majalengka and MAS Daarul Uluum PUI Majalengka. Then, the research method used in this study was descriptive-holistic aiming at finding out descriptive and holistic explanations as well as examining the assumptions used in more depth based on the findings and interpretations of the data in the research field. The data were collected through documentation techniques, interviews, and direct observation by the researcher. The results showed that the management of teacher performance improvement was able to make teachers professional, when the management of improving teacher performance was carried out based on the principles of scientific management and adjusted to the needs and characteristics of the school. Both schools (Madrasah) have been quite successful in implementing teacher performance management optimally. It could be seen in the efforts of both schools in several aspects examined. The planning aspects of both schools (Madrasah) involved a contextual analysis of all school resources and the school’s goals. The implementation of the aspects, in both schools (Madrasah), involved various performance indicators such as; (1) providing the guidance and distributing teacher self-evaluation tools; (2) carrying out academic supervision; (3) studying and concluding the results of academic supervision; (4) communicating the results of academic supervision to the teachers individually; (5) discussed the follow-up including; (a) conducting a non-formal program covering of handling cases that were individual and casuistic in nature (curative); (b) conducting a formal program, namely handling cases that were general in nature, and carried out by all teachers through training in the form of developing and deepening performance points such as composing a lesson plan. Both schools (Madrasah) showed their uniqueness, especially in the indicators of problem solving and following up. The evaluation aspects of both schools (Madrasah) were quite good at measuring existing education services, as well as measuring the extent to which the school elements have achieved predetermined qualifications. In general, this study concluded that both schools (Madrasah) were quite optimal in implementing teacher performance management by referring to the functional aspects of management; planning, implementation, and evaluation.

This is essential because in this global pandemic, every community has the opportunity to catch COVID 19. The research objective was to determine the effectiveness of WASH educational collaboration on farmers as an attempt to COVID-19 prevention. The population in the study is all farmers who live in these mentioned districts. There were 37 farmers in total. The sampling method used total sampling, namely 37 farmers who live in the areas that are confirmed to have positive patients of COVID 19. Data were analyzed using Univariate, Bivariate (Dependent T-test) and Multivariate with using logistic regression. The result shows that there is a significant influence between the collaboration of WASH Education on farmers as an effort to prevent COVID-19 with a statistical test value of P-Value <0.05. Collaboration on WASH education for farmers is very influential in preventing COVID-19. It is hoped that cross-sectoral involvement and roles can be maintained so that COVID 19 prevention behavior through WASH can continue to be applied. Educative collaboration of WASH impacts on the behaviour alteration toward farmers who live in the area confirmed to be infected by COVID 19.

The purpose of this study is to find out the use of Instagram as a marketing medium for the courier service business @my_shopper.id. A service for depositing branded goods such as clothes, bags, perfumes and others. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive type to clearly know the information from the jastip account owner regarding the use of Instagram social media as a marketing tool. Data collection is carried out by in-depth interviews with account owners, then collects documentation by capturing content layers used in Instagram accounts. Data analysis uses Miles and Huberman, namely by data reduction, data presentation and verification. Test the validity of the data using triangulation techniques for conducting interviews and collecting documents to informants. The results of the study indicate that the surrogate service account (jastip) @my_shopper.id does social media marketing through an Instagram account. Account owners use various available features such as comment fields, Instagram bio, Instagram traffic, feeds, reels. The content created also varies such as product photos, product review videos, uploading customer testimonials to uploads regarding the order packaging process. The use of Instagram as a marketing medium has the advantage of increasing traffic and making people know about this jastip. Weaknesses obtained include missing information, sometimes customers do not know branded products and entrusting services.

udy was conducted to explore perception of students in Islamic Education Department in using Google Translate in learning English subject. A questionnaire consisted of open-ended and close-ended questions was distributed to 138 students of Islamic Education Department. Then, descriptive qualitative research employed to describe and analyze the data. The result show that students assume Google Translate as a good way to help them translate difficult words, sentences, and paragraphes from English to Bahasa or Bahasa to English. Although the students find several problems especially in the quality of translation, they are confident to overcome the problems with effective ways. Moreover, the positive impacts of Google Translate use is greater that the negative impacts for several considerations.

The purpose of this study was to identify and analyze the management of learning strategies in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic to maintain the quality of education. The policy that underlies this research is the Decree of the Minister of Education and Culture Number 719/P/2020 concerning Guidelines for Implementing Curriculum in Education Units in Special Conditions. This research is based on George R. Terry's Theory of Management Functions, according to him “There are 4 management functions, which in the management world are known as POAC; Namely: planning, organizing, actuating and controlling. The approach in this research is a qualitative approach, with a case study type of research method. The research was conducted at Sirnagalih State Elementary School and Al Azhar Syifa Budi Parahyangan Elementary School (ASBP) West Bandung Regency with the research subjects being students. Research results: 1) Schools implement learning strategy management by preparing program plans (materials, strategies, assessments) that are adapted to the Emergency Curriculum and synergize with related parties to carry out learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. 2) Schools have carried out efforts to maintain the quality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic but have not been optimal. This is evidenced by the vast differences between one school and another. On the one hand, there are schools that implement very good distance learning with learning programs and strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic that are well planned by organizing human resources by conducting in-house training, but in other schools distance learning is carried out simply because schools have not establish learning policy guidelines during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3) Implementation of elementary school learning during the Covid-19 pandemic with online/offline/hybrid learning modes. 4) There are several obstacles in primary school learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, including the limitations of studying the Emergency Curriculum with studies on the selection of Core Competencies and Basic Competencies, the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure, the condition of teachers who when carrying out learning still refers to student books as learning resources. 5) There are solutions to overcome obstacles including schools being required to improve teacher competence to be technology literate, designing adaptive curricula and facilitating adequate infrastructure, as well as Hybrid Learning with visiting teachers (Jarunjung). The conclusion of this study is that the management of learning strategies in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic to maintain the quality of education has been attempted by implementing Distance Learning both online/offline/hybrid learning, but the results have not been optimal.
