The Effect of Training Programs on the Employee Achievment at the UPTP Office in the South Makassar I Region

Abstract: This research aims to determine the significance of the effect of training program on the employee achievement at the UPTP Office in the South Makassar Region I 2019-2022. This type of research uses a quantitative approach.… ch. The research subjects in this study were 40 employees. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis with simple linear regression analysis using Statistical for Product and Service Solution (SPSS) software version 16. The results of this research show that training has a positive and significant effect on employee achievment. Employee achievment is directly influenced by the training that occurs at UPTP office in the South Makassar I Region. If the training program is improved, there will be an increase in employee achievement.

Analysis of Non-Cash Transactions, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, and Electronic Money, on the Money Supply in Indonesia

Abstract: This study was conducted to determine the effect between the independent variable, namely non-cash transactions (debit card transactions, credit card transactions, and electronic money transactions) on the dependent variable,… able, namely the Money Supply (M1) in Indonesia. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach and the type of research used secondary data in the form of time series data from 2012-2021 obtained from Bank Indonesia and the Central Bureau of Statistics. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of non-cash transactions on the money supply in Indonesia during 2012-2021. The analysis model used is multiple linear regression using SPSS. This study also uses the statistical t test, statistical F test, and the coefficient of determination R2. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that debit card transactions have a positive effect on the amount of money in circulation and credit card transactions have a negative effect on the money supply in 2012-2021. Meanwhile, electronic money transactions have no effect on the money supply in 2012-2021

Influence of Product Quality and Price on Customer Satisfaction at Timezone

Abstract: Contemporary society's life is very dependent on entertainment. Some people choose to spend their free time in malls or shopping centers because of limited time and increasing busyness. One of these family entertainment… centers is Timezone, which has outlets in several malls in Makassar city, such as Ratu Indah Mall, Panakkukang Mall, and Nipah Mall. And we focused our research on Timezone Mall Panakkukang. Timezone needs to improve itself to improve the quality of product so that customers are satisfied and can survive the competition. The research method used in this research is a quantitative method and distributes surveys to Timezone customers. The type of data used is primary data. This research used a non-purposive sample, with a sample size of 50 people. To test survey data for validity and effectiveness using SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) using multiple linear regression. From the results of multiple linear regression it means that variables X1 (product quality) and X2 (product price) have no effect on variable Y (customer satisfaction timezone).

The Effect of Financial Compensation on Employee Work Motivation at PT. Bumi Karsa in Makassar City

Abstract: This study aims to determine and analyze employee work motivation at PT Bumi Karsa Makassar In connection with this, how employees can work as well as possible and employees have high motivation in completing work with the&#8230; he provision of compensation. So against this, this study aims to show the significance of the effect of compensation on employee work motivation. The population in this study were all employees of PT Bumi Karsa Makassar who received compensation in the form of salary, bonuses, and health benefits, totaling 60 people. The number of samples used was 60 people using saturated sampling theory. Data collection was carried out using questionnaire and documentation methods. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The multiple linear regression equation produces the equation Y = 0.165 + 0.032X1 + 0.961X2. The results of this study found that compensation variables (financial and non-financial compensation) simultaneously affect work motivation and the F-Count value (4566,330) > F-Table (3.16). The results of the correlation analysis of determination (R Square) of 0.994 which shows that the compensation variable is able to contribute 99.4%. 0.6% is influenced by other variables not examined. The most dominant variable affecting motivation is the non-financial compensation variable among the two compensation variables with a t-count value (48.056) > t-table (1.672). While the financial compensation variable is influential but not significant with a t-count value (1.205) < t-table (1.672).

The Effect of Celebrity Endorsement on Repurchase Intention With Brand Attitude, Brand Credibility, and Brand Image as Intervening Variables on Product Somethinc

Abstract: By taking into account the function of brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image as intervening variables, this study seeks to assess the impact of celebrity endorsement on repurchase intention of SOMETHINC products.&#8230; ucts. A common marketing tactic for influencing consumer views and behavior toward specific products is celebrity endorsement. This study employs a survey methodology, collecting information from participants using questionnaires that are given to those who are familiar with SOMETHINC goods and have interacted with relevant celebrity endorsements. Utilizing statistical analysis techniques like multiple linear regression and path analysis, hypotheses are tested. The findings demonstrated that brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image are significantly influenced by celebrity endorsement. In this situation, brand attitude has been shown to mediate between celebrity endorsement and intention to repurchase. A similar association between celebrity endorsement and repurchase intention is mediated by brand credibility and brand image. These results demonstrate that celebrity endorsements can positively affect consumers' perceptions of SOMETHINC products by enhancing brand attitude, brand credibility, and brand image. These factors in turn influence consumers' desire to repurchase the product. In order to maximize the efficacy of this marketing strategy, businesses should carefully evaluate the choice and management of celebrity endorsements as well as the development of positive brand attitudes, brand credibility, and brand image.

The Effect of Interest Rates, Economic Growth, and Inflation on The Money Supply

Abstract: Money plays a strategic role in economics and was often initially interpreted as a widely accepted means of payment, especially due to its primary function as a medium of transaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze&#8230; yze the effects of interest rates, economic growth and inflation on the money supply. The variables observed in this study are the floating money in circulation (M1) as the dependent variable and interest rates, economic growth and inflation as the independent variables. The study uses secondary data from his 2013 to his 2022 from the Central Bureau of Statistics. This study uses multiple regression analysis with the SPSS program. The results of this study demonstrate that the independent variables (interest rates, GDP, and inflation) simultaneously affect the dependent variable (money supply). On the other hand, only interest rate variables affect the money supply, while GDP and inflation variables do not.

The Influence of Work-Life Balance and Motivation on Employee Performance Across All Districts in The Island of Sebatik

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee performance The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of work-life balance on employee performance with motivation as a moderator.&#8230; a moderator. The study aims to determine and analyze whether motivation plays a role in improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik, as well as to determine and analyze whether motivation moderates the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts in the island of Sebatik. The research method used in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study consists of all Civil Servants in all districts on the island of Sebatik, totaling 110 employees. The sampling method used is census technique, which includes all 110 elements being investigated. Therefore, it analyzes all objects, all indicators, all events, and incidents. The data used in this study is primary data, collected through the distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique used in this study is quantitative data analysis using statistical methods. The statistical method used is Partial Least Square (PLS). The research findings indicate that there is a significant positive influence of motivation on improving employee performance across all districts in the island of Sebatik. However, motivation does not moderate the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance in all districts on the island of Sebatik. Therefore, motivation is not a moderating variable in this study. This means that motivation cannot strengthen or weaken the relationship between work-life balance and employee performance.

The Determinants Analysis of Exchange Rate Volatility of Rupiah Towards Indonesian Oil and Gas Import

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the determinants of rupiah exchange rate volatility and its impact on Indonesia's oil and gas imports. The variables observed in this study are economic growth, interest rates, inflation, rupiah&#8230; h exchange rate volatility and Indonesia's oil and gas imports. All data used in this study are secondary data obtained from 2005 to 2019 time series recordings obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics, Investing.com and Bank Indonesia. Data were analyzed using the two-stage least squares (2SLS) method in the IBM SPSS Statistics application 23. Based on the analysis results, economic growth was found to have a positive effect and interest rates had a positive effect. negative and significant impact on oil and gas imports due to fluctuations in the rupee exchange rate. Although inflation is negatively correlated, there is no significant impact on oil and gas imports through fluctuations in the rupee exchange rate.

The Impact of Covid-19 on The Profitability of Manufacturing Companies Listed on The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX)

Abstract: This study aims to determine the impact of COVID-19 on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This sample was taken from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock&#8230; Exchange (IDX) which can be accessed via the website (www.idx.co.id), the research sample was selected using the purposive sampling method of 22 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2021 period. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from financial reports that have been audited and published by manufacturing companies listed on the 2019-2021 Indonesian Stock Exchange. Data collection is done by using Documentation technique. In this research, the data source used is secondary data. The analytical methods used in this study include: Using Descriptive Statistical Tests and Difference Tests (Paired Sample T-Test) The results of this study indicate that it is concluded that the COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on the profitability of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. NPM, ROA, and ROE underwent significant changes after the pandemic, indicating a decrease or increase in the financial performance of these companies. These results indicate the need for companies to adapt their business strategy and financial management to face the challenges posed by the COVID-19 pandemic in order to ensure the continuity and profitability of the company in the future.

The Influence of Role Stress on Nurse Performance at Islam Faisal Hospital Makassar City

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether role stress has an influence on the performance of nurses at the Faisal Islamic Hospital in Makassar City. The population in this study was 23 people, so a saturated sample was used to&#8230; o take the population as the sample. Data collection used by using observation and questionnaire methods. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS). The results of this study indicate that the role stress variable (X) has a negative and significant effect on the performance of nurses (Y) at Faisal Islamic Hospital Makassar City. Based on the results of the regression test, it was found that role stress (B = -0.586 and Sig. 0.000) had a negative and significant effect on nurse performance.
