teractions between governments and citizens, altered the patterns of political participation, and presented major challenges to constitutional principles. This study aims to analyze the implications of technological development for constitutional law and propose the concept of a digital constitution as an adaptive framework in the AI era. This study employs a normative legal method, using both conceptual and statutory approaches. Legal materials consist of primary, secondary, and tertiary sources, which are analyzed qualitatively and descriptively. The findings reveal that, while digital transformation enhances governmental efficiency and public transparency, it also generates serious risks, including data misuse, digital surveillance, and political disinformation. These dynamics demand a reinterpretation of constitutional norms to protect citizens' digital rights in cyberspace. The concept of a digital constitution is proposed as a normative response that integrates digital rights into constitutional rights and reaffirms the principle of the rule of law within technological governance. To achieve a democratic and just constitutional order, it is crucial to strengthen regulatory frameworks, ensure algorithmic accountability, and foster collaboration among state institutions, civil society, and the private sector. Ultimately, constitutional law must evolve into an adaptive, transparent, and fair system that can address the profound challenges of the digital and AI-driven era.

pitality sector’s key role in tourism governance, research on its collaboration with public institutions, particularly in Makassar, Indonesia, remains limited. This study examines MaxOne Resort and Hotel Makassar to explore the mechanisms, challenges, and outcomes of public-private partnerships (PPPs) in sustainable tourism destination management (STDM). Using a qualitative case study approach, the research employs in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and policy analysis to investigate how MaxOne Resort collaborates with local government and communities to implement sustainability initiatives. The findings reveal that structured mechanisms such as formal agreements, joint projects, and stakeholder committees facilitate sustainable governance. MaxOne Resort actively engages in environmental conservation, community empowerment, and responsible tourism practices, positioning itself as a sustainability model within the hospitality sector. However, regulatory misalignments, funding constraints, and inconsistent stakeholder engagement present significant challenges. The study underscores the relevance of the Penta-Helix framework, highlighting how collaboration among government, private sector, academia, community, and media enhances the legitimacy and effectiveness of sustainability initiatives. This research contributes to the literature by providing a localized analysis of PPPs in Makassar, bridging the gap between theoretical models and practical applications. The findings offer policy recommendations to strengthen stakeholder collaboration, optimize governance structures, and support sustainable tourism development in emerging destinations.

The findings highlight that PT KAI’s ethical initiatives strengthen its reputation, promote customer loyalty, and support a positive workplace environment. Despite these successes, challenges remain, including the absence of formalized ethical guidelines and the need for ethical leadership. review of HRM challenges and opportunities within digital workplace environments, drawing on peer-reviewed literature published between 2015 and 2024. Five core dimensions of digital HRM transformation are examined: technology-based talent acquisition, remote and hybrid workforce management, continuous digital competency development, people analytics and data-driven decision-making, and the ethics of algorithmic management. The findings reveal that while digitalization enhances HR efficiency and organizational agility, it simultaneously introduces complex challenges related to employee well-being, digital equity, and data privacy. This article further proposes the Digital HRM Maturity Model as a conceptual framework offering organizations a structured pathway toward sustainable, human-centered digital transformation. Managerial implications and future research directions are discussed accordingly.

The research methods include system design and fabrication, functional testing, operator training, and performance evaluation. The results demonstrate a 35% increase in production capacity and stable temperature control within a ±2°C range during the distillation process. These findings indicate that the developed system effectively enhances production efficiency and product consistency. Furthermore, the proposed technology is affordable, easy to operate, and has strong potential for implementation and replication among similar MSMEs.

financial bookkeeping can strengthen women’s empowerment within the PKK Dawis 2 group in Surodinawan Village, Mojokerto City. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The implementation of structured administrative procedures, including agenda preparation, attendance recording, and systematic documentation, resulted in increased participation, clearer decision-making processes, and stronger organizational coordination. Likewise, the adoption of basic financial bookkeeping enabled members to record income and expenditures accurately, prepare monthly financial reports, and improve accountability in managing community funds. The findings show that training and guided practice helped members build confidence, develop financial literacy, and contribute more actively to organizational activities. Overall, the study concludes that strengthening administrative discipline and transparent bookkeeping significantly enhances women’s agency and organizational resilience, offering a practical model for similar community groups.

Sistem dibangun menggunakan PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, serta basis data MySQL. The development of information technology has had a significant impact on the field of education, particularly in the management of academic data and student assessment systems. SMPI Hidayatul Athfal still uses a manual and semi-computerized grading system, where scores are recorded in books and processed using Microsoft Excel. This system creates several challenges, such as delays in grade processing, calculation errors, data duplication, and difficulties in searching and storing academic data. Therefore, a web-based academic information system is needed to support the management of student grades in a more effective, efficient, and integrated manner. The research method used in this study is the prototype method, which includes the stages of requirements gathering, prototype development, evaluation, refinement, and system implementation. The system was developed using Visual Studio Code as the text editor, XAMPP as the local web server, and localhost as the web-based testing environment. The programming languages used include PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and MySQL as the database management system. The results of the study show that the web-based academic information system improves data processing efficiency, reduces human error, accelerates the generation of grade reports, and enhances the security and transparency of students’ academic data at SMPI Hidayatul Athfal.
