The sampling method used total sampling, namely 37 farmers who live in the areas that are confirmed to have positive patients of COVID 19. Data were analyzed using Univariate, Bivariate (Dependent T-test) and Multivariate with using logistic regression. The result shows that there is a significant influence between the collaboration of WASH Education on farmers as an effort to prevent COVID-19 with a statistical test value of P-Value <0.05. Collaboration on WASH education for farmers is very influential in preventing COVID-19. It is hoped that cross-sectoral involvement and roles can be maintained so that COVID 19 prevention behavior through WASH can continue to be applied. Abstract: Increased productivity in SMEs in terms of quality service delivery is crucial for economic growth and development. Most SMEs are bedevilled with destructive workplace deviant behaviour, particularly the incivility of owners/managers… ners/managers and employees towards customers, which have different consequences for workplace performance parameters such as a decline in sales, low patronage, and by extension, weak gross domestic product contribution. Using the social exchange theory, this cross-sectional study examined the influence of workplace incivility on productivity among 365 owners/managers, supervisors, and employees of SMEs in the liquefied petroleum gas sub-sector in Lagos State. Stratified proportionate sampling was utilized to select the respondents. The outcomes revealed that workplace incivility in the form of rudeness, discourteous disposition, and derogatory remarks predicted productivity in terms of an interaction between customers and employees and the capacity of the service process. Also, our findings accentuated the essence of avoiding direct and indirect costs that are linked with workplace incivility. The study recommended the communal and positive interpersonal relationships between owners/managers, employees, and customers and suggested training on emotional intelligence as a panacea for behavioral responses.

The approach in this research is a qualitative approach, with a case study type of research method. The research was conducted at Sirnagalih State Elementary School and Al Azhar Syifa Budi Parahyangan Elementary School (ASBP) West Bandung Regency with the research subjects being students. Research results: 1) Schools implement learning strategy management by preparing program plans (materials, strategies, assessments) that are adapted to the Emergency Curriculum and synergize with related parties to carry out learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. 2) Schools have carried out efforts to maintain the quality of education during the Covid-19 pandemic but have not been optimal. This is evidenced by the vast differences between one school and another. On the one hand, there are schools that implement very good distance learning with learning programs and strategies during the Covid-19 pandemic that are well planned by organizing human resources by conducting in-house training, but in other schools distance learning is carried out simply because schools have not establish learning policy guidelines during the Covid-19 pandemic. 3) Implementation of elementary school learning during the Covid-19 pandemic with online/offline/hybrid learning modes. 4) There are several obstacles in primary school learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, including the limitations of studying the Emergency Curriculum with studies on the selection of Core Competencies and Basic Competencies, the fulfillment of facilities and infrastructure, the condition of teachers who when carrying out learning still refers to student books as learning resources. 5) There are solutions to overcome obstacles including schools being required to improve teacher competence to be technology literate, designing adaptive curricula and facilitating adequate infrastructure, as well as Hybrid Learning with visiting teachers (Jarunjung). The conclusion of this study is that the management of learning strategies in elementary schools during the Covid-19 pandemic to maintain the quality of education has been attempted by implementing Distance Learning both online/offline/hybrid learning, but the results have not been optimal.

Abstract: It is generally accepted that a teacher's perception of efficacy correlates with the quality of instruction they offer. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics that senior high school (SHS) mathematics… tics teachers in Ghana's Ashanti Region regard as the most influential in influencing their confidence in their abilities to teach their subject. It was requested that 154 senior high school teachers from 20 different senior high schools reply to a questionnaire containing 12 items. According to the results of an independent sample t-test, male teachers have significantly stronger self-efficacy views than their female colleagues. Again, the results of a one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) test reveal that there was no statistically significant difference between the means of the five groups of teacher teaching experience in terms of teacher efficacy. Teachers should take part in ongoing professional development activities to make sure they are still good at their jobs.
