Dimensions of Behavior of Green Product Using Organic Fertilizer (Qualitative and Countitative study of Farming Communities in Mulyoagung Village)

Abstract: The purpose of this research is to analyze the direct and indirect relationship between green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, green purchase intention, and green purchase behavior. This study… udy examines the mediating role of green purchase intention in the relationship between the orientation of green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, and green purchase behavior. This research is included in the mixed method research where both quantitative and qualitative are used. The research method used in this research is an unbalanced mixed method (concurrent embedded design) conducted on farmers in Mulyoagung Village. The research sample was taken using the quota sampling method with the sample size calculator as the method for determining the number of samples. Data collection was carried out online through a questionnaire form for 2 months on 219 farmers in Mulyoagung Village. Data analysis in this study used SEM-PLS assisted by SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. as well as for qualitative research using documentation and interviews. The results of the study show that there is a direct and indirect relationship between green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, green purchase intention, and green purchase behavior. Not only that, there is a mediating role of green purchase intention in the relationship between the orientation of green perceived quality, green perceived value, green perceived risk, and green purchase behavior. Analysis of Stock Portfolio Performance Using The Jensen Method

Abstract: Measuring portfolio performance cannot only be seen from the returns, but also must pay attention to the risks that investors will bear. Measuring the performance of a stock portfolio can be facilitated by using a proxy,… namely LQ 45 shares, which are liquid stocks with high market capitalization, have high trading frequency, have good growth prospects and financial conditions, are not volatile and have been objectively selected by the IDX and are stocks. which is safe to own because the fundamental performance of these stocks is good, so that from a risk perspective the LQ 45 stock group has the lowest risk compared to other stocks. The research objective was to determine portfolio performance assessment using the Jensen method, a case study of the LQ45 index on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2022 period. The population in this study is LQ45 index shares on the Indonesian stock exchange for the 2019-2022 period based on a purposive sampling technique. Data collection is documentation and literature study. The data analysis that will be used in this study is by using the Microsoft Excel 2010 application program to form an optimal portfolio using the Single index model and to assess the performance of a stock portfolio using the Jensen index method. the results of portfolio performance analysis of Jensen's Alpha LQ45 index optimal stocks and obtaining an average RVOR value of 0.0207 or 2.07%.

Determination Analysis Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning (STP) On The Level Sales at Upnormal Coffee in Palu

Abstract: This study aims to assess and analyze whether the marketing strategy STP (Segmentation, targets, and position) to the level of sales has been implemented by Upnormal Coffee Beach in Palu which has reached more than one year… ear (2021- 2022). This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The population in this study were all employees of Upnormal Coffee while the sample of this research is all employees of Upnormal Coffee as many as 36 employees as respondents using saturation sampling, the sampling technique when all members of the population were used as a sample. The data collection techniques were performed by means of a questionnaire conducted interviews and questionnaires. Based on the results of this study with multiple linear regression analysis, regression equation Y = 8,944+ 0.164 X1 + 0.061 X2 + 0,032 X3 + e. Basedonn statistical analysis data, the indicators in this study is valid and the variables are reliable. In the classical assumption, in said that indicator otherwise normal distribution and correlation Linear in significance between each independent variable and the dependent variable, to the amount of influence Segmentation, Targeting and Positioning are all having a positive direction and not significant in their influence on the level of sales in Upnormal Coffee in the city of Palu 

The Analysis of Consumptive Behavior in Students of The Faculty of Economics and Business Makassar State University

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of lifestyle and self-concept on consumptive behavior in students of the Faculty of Economics, Makassar State University. The population in this study were 2757 students of the Faculty… ulty of Economics, Makassar State University and a sample of 96 students was drawn. This study uses a type of quantitative research with a regression approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, documentation and distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results showed that partially, the lifestyle variable (X1) had a positive effect on consumptive behavior (Y) with a value of T count (5.732) > T table (1.985) and the self-concept variable (X2) had a positive effect on consumptive behavior (Y) with a value of T count (3.085) > T table (1.985), while simultaneously the lifestyle variable (X1) and self-concept (X2) had a positive effect on consumptive behavior (Y) with a value of F count (51.087) > F table (3.10).

The Influence of The Work Environment on Job Satisfaction of Samsat Office UPT Revenue Regional Region of Makassar 1

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on the job satisfaction of the Samsat Office UPT Regional Income Makassar 1 regionally partially and simultaneously. The samples used were 40… employees of the UPT Regional Revenue Samsat Office Makassar Region 1. The data collection technique was carried out by means of a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques consist of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis test, hypothesis test, test of the coefficient of determination. Physical Work Environment Variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and Non-Physical Work Environment variables have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. The most dominant variable affecting job satisfaction is the non-physical work environment variable. The dependent variable job satisfaction can be explained by variables consisting of the physical work environment, and the remaining non-physical work environment is explained by other variables that were not examined in this study.

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of electronic word of mouth and price on purchasing decisions for Big Bananas in Makassar City partially and simultaneously. The population in this study are followers of the Big Bananas… ananas Instagram account, totaling 78,182 users as of November 2022. The sample used is based on the slovin formula with an error rate of 10%, namely 100 respondents. The sampling withdrawal technique is systematic random sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires, literature studies and interviews. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS 22.00 for windows. The results showed that electronic word of mouth and price had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Big Bananas in Makassar City.

Working Capital Turnover Analysis of Profitability Levels at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of working capital turnover (WCTO) on the level of profitability (ROA) at PT Semen Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. The population in this study is all financial report data of PT. Semen Indonesia… ndonesia (Persero) Tbk for the 2013-2020 period, while the samples in this study are statements of financial position and profit/loss statements. The documentation technique is the data collection technique used. The data collected was analyzed using financial ratios, simple regression analysis, correlation coefficients and t-test with the SPSS (Statistic Product and Service Solution) 24 For Windows program. The findings in this study show that working capital turnover (WCTO) and profitability (ROA) have increased quarterly every year as measured by financial ratios. The results of the t-test show that the working capital turnover variable (WCTO) has a positive and significant influence on the level of profitability. The hypothesis in this study is accepted.

The Influence of Psychological Empowerment on Workforce Agility of Office Staff Housing Provision Study Province of West Sulawesi

Abstract: This study aims to find out how the effect of psychological empowerment on the workforce agility of the employees of the housing supply work unit in the province of West Sulawesi. This study uses a qualitative descriptive… e approach through data collection by interviews and documentation and analyzed by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of this study illustrate that psychological empowerment has an influence on the workforce agility of the employees of the housing supply work unit in the province of West Sulawesi, but it is not significant because there is one indicator of psychological empowerment that is not fulfilled, namely self-determination. On this indicator employees are limited in determining their own way of working because they are bound by contracts and rules that apply in the workplace. The indicators of unfulfilled workforce agility are proactive indicators. While other indicators are met. Based on the results of the research above, it is known that psychological empowerment has an insignificant effect on workforce agility.
