ernative procedure for designing, implementing and evaluating a curriculum. Therefore, the curriculum development model must be able to describe a learning planning system process that can meet various needs and standards of educational success. This research aims to examine curriculum development models and their implementation in schools. In this article the author uses library research or what could be called qualitative research which obtains data from appropriate journals, articles and books. In the search, researchers will collect as much information as possible from related libraries. These library sources can be obtained from: books, journals, magazines, research results such as theses and dissertations, and other appropriate sources. If researchers have obtained relevant literature, it will be compiled regularly for use in research. The research results found that in developing the curriculum, teachers can choose several models including the Tyler Model, Administrative Model, Grassroots Approach Model, Demonstration Model, Beauchamp System Model or Beauchamp Model, Roger Model, Problem Solving Model and Taba Reverse Model. Curriculum development procedures include curriculum planning, curriculum organization, staff placement, and curriculum control. Meanwhile, curriculum implementation is the process of applying ideas, concepts, policies, in the form of practical actions, so that it creates impacts, both in the form of changes in students' knowledge, skills, as well as values and attitudes. The success of curriculum implementation is also determined by communication about the implementation plan and support from all resources in implementation.

ys a qualitative descriptive approach with a sample of 15 students selected based on high, medium, and low ability categories. Data were collected through essay tests and analyzed using Newman's Error Analysis, which consists of five stages of errors: reading, understanding, transformation, process skills, and writing the final answer. The analysis results indicate that the highest incidence of errors occurred in the understanding stage and process skills stage, each accounting for 36%. Transformation errors accounted for 21.33%, while reading and final answer writing errors were in the very low category, each at 9.33%. These findings indicate that students still face difficulties in understanding basic concepts and technical steps in geometric transformations. Based on these results, it is recommended that teachers implement systematic learning strategies such as Learning Therapy, emphasizing the understanding of prerequisite concepts, writing down known and asked information, and developing the habit of structuring and evaluating solution steps systematically to minimize similar errors in the future.

This teaching assistance activity is conducted at UPT SD Negeri 066656, one of the elementary schools in Medan, specifically located at Jl. Karya Sembada No. 182 A PB. Selayang II. The objective is to provide direct teaching experience, understand student characteristics, and develop skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. Through this teaching assistance program, students not only observe the learning process but also actively participate in teaching activities and assist teachers in the learning process. This report is compiled as a form of accountability for the implementation of the teaching assistance activities and as a reflection on the experiences gained during the program. Additionally, students have carried out a series of activities focused on improving the quality of learning and applying 21st-century learning approaches. The activities conducted include: Students observing the learning process in the classroom, including analyzing the curriculum and students' learning needs. dang Genting masih mengalami kendala dalam menyusun modul ajar, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), serta mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan implementasi di kelas, praktik penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, dan evaluasi reflektif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa model pendampingan yang diterapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar dan RPP berbasis proyek dengan capaian sebesar 89,3% pada kategori sangat baik. Selain itu, guru menjadi lebih aktif, kreatif, dan mampu melibatkan siswa dalam pembelajaran yang komunikatif dan kolaboratif. Dengan demikian, model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SDN 15 Padang Genting.
Project-Based Learning (PBL) is an innovative approach that can improve the quality of English language learning in elementary schools through collaborative and project-oriented activities. However, teachers at SDN 15 Padang Genting still face difficulties in developing teaching modules, lesson plans, and implementing project-based learning effectively. This community service activity aimed to develop a mentoring model based on Project-Based Learning to improve teachers’ competence in English language teaching. The methods used included needs analysis, teacher training, classroom mentoring, practical implementation of learning tools, and reflective evaluation. The stages of the activity consisted of identifying teachers’ needs, designing the mentoring model, conducting training sessions, assisting classroom implementation, and evaluating the outcomes. The results showed that the mentoring model improved teachers’ ability to develop project-based teaching modules and lesson plans, achieving a score of 89.3% in the very good category. In addition, teachers became more active and creative in engaging students in collaborative and communicative learning activities. Therefore, the Project-Based Learning mentoring model was effective in improving the quality of English language learning at SDN 15 Padang Genting.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa efektivitas dakwah digital di media sosial (Instagram, TikTok, dan YouTube) bertumpu pada perencanaan konten yang visual, estetis, dan berbasis tren (planning), serta gaya penyampaian materi yang persuasif, inklusif, dan adaptif terhadap problem psikologis harian remaja seperti kesehatan mental dan self-love (actuating). Namun, ekosistem digital juga membawa tantangan berat berupa hoaks keagamaan, distorsi informasi, dan disorientasi kredibilitas pendakwah demi viralitas belaka.
