yebaran hoaks dan framing negatif. Informasi yang keliru sering kali merusak struktur sosial, membentuk opini publik yang tidak objektif, dan menciptakan polarisasi di kalangan masyarakat. Dalam konteks ini, Islam melalui Surah An-Nisa ayat 83 memberikan pedoman penting untuk memverifikasi informasi sebagai langkah pencegahan terhadap dampak negatif dari berita palsu. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis fenomena framing dan hoaks dari perspektif Islam. Dengan merujuk pada ceramah Ustadz Adi Hidayat, penelitian ini mengeksplorasi relevansi pendidikan literasi media yang berlandaskan nilai-nilai Islam sebagai solusi untuk melawan penyebaran informasi yang tidak benar. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis konten terhadap ceramah Ustadz Adi Hidayat serta literatur akademik yang berkaitan dengan framing, hoaks, dan literasi media. Analisis ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pesan moral, prinsip tabayyun, dan relevansi nilai-nilai Islam dalam konteks sosial yang sedang berlangsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tabayyun, sebagaimana diajarkan dalam ajaran Islam, merupakan metode yang efektif untuk melawan framing negatif dan hoaks. Pendidikan literasi media yang berbasis pada ajaran Islam terbukti dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat mengenai pentingnya verifikasi informasi dan dampaknya terhadap stabilitas sosial. Integrasi antara literasi media dan nilai-nilai Islam memberikan solusi yang relevan untuk menghadapi tantangan informasi di era digital. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya membentuk masyarakat yang lebih kritis, tetapi juga meningkatkan tanggung jawab sosial dalam penyebaran informasi.

ence (AI) dalam bidang pendidikan, menawarkan berbagai fitur yang dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran, seperti penyediaan informasi secara cepat, bimbingan akademik, penyelesaian masalah pembelajaran serta dukungan dalam menyelesaikan tugas-tugas akademik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik mengumpulkan data yang digunakan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada beberapa mahasiswa magister program studi Pendidikan Agama Islam yang dilakukan secara acak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Chat GPT memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kualitas akademik dari mahasiswa, baik dalam hal pemahaman materi, pengembangan keterampilan berpikir kritis, maupun efisiensi dalam menyelesaikan tugas akademik. Namun, hasil ini juga menunjukkan adanya tantangan dalam penerapan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI), seperti potensi kurangnya keakuratan jawaban apabila tidak di kritisi dengan baik, adanya resiko ketergantungan pada Chat GPT sehingga berdampak pada penurunan kualitas akademik mahasiswa dan kurangnya interaksi langsung mahasiswa dengan dosen. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan pandangan baru tentang pemanfaatan Artificial Intelligence (AI) yakni Chat GPT dalam dunia pendidikan serta dapat membantu institusi akademik dalam mengembangkan strategi pembelajaran yang lebih efektif di era digital.

This study explores the implementation of labor law in the context of the Industrial Revolution 4.0, analyzing the challenges faced by both employers and employees in adapting to these new technological advancements. Using a qualitative methodology, this research employs a juridical review of existing labor laws, supported by an in-depth case study examining how these laws are applied in technology-driven industries. The findings indicate that labor laws often lag behind the technological advances, leading to gaps in legal protections for workers and ambiguities in employer obligations. The case study highlights specific instances where current labor regulations fail to address issues related to remote work, job displacement due to automation, and workers' rights in the gig economy. Solutions are proposed to modernize labor laws, ensuring they are adaptable to future technological developments while safeguarding workers' rights. The study concludes that there is an urgent need for legal reforms to balance innovation with fair labor practices in the era of Industry 4.0.

The analysis reveals that liquidity and working capital turnover do not significantly affect profitability, while solvency significantly impacts profitability. Overall, liquidity, solvency, and working capital turnover together significantly affect profitability.
