cept in neuroscientific learning, describes the brain's ability to form, strengthen, or modify neural networks through experience, repetition, meaningful activities, and students' emotional involvement. Given the characteristics of elementary school students who are at a stage of cognitive development that is highly responsive to learning environment stimulation, a study of the application of neuroplasticity by teachers is important to ensure that the learning process is in line with the brain's working mechanisms.This study used a neuropsychological instrument measuring the dimensions of neuroplasticity to assess four main indicators, namely repetition & practice, dedicated time for review, use of interactive activities, and contextual learning that connects the material to students' real experiences. The data was reinforced through in-depth interviews and thematic analysis of the learning strategies applied by each teacher. The results showed variations in application between teachers. Some teachers showed strong implementation in interactive activities and contextual learning (score of 5), while structured repetition showed lower consistency (score of 3). The interview findings reinforced the instrument results by showing patterns of strategies such as the use of inspirational stories, educational games, quizzes with prizes, conveying the benefits of learning, and scaffolding through easy material as a starting point. This study concludes that the application of neuroplasticity principles is present in teachers' teaching practices, although the level of depth and routine still needs to be strengthened. The theoretical implication confirms that learning that integrates positive emotions, collaborative activities, planned repetition, and contextualization of material has the potential to have a significant impact on the formation of students' neural networks. Practically, this study provides recommendations for strengthening neuroscientific learning-based instructional design as an effort to optimize the learning process of elementary school students.

cle aims to systematically examine eight empirical publications from 2021 to 2025 that explore the application of this model within IRE contexts. The review focuses on instructional design, pedagogical outcomes, and implementation challenges. Findings from the analyzed studies suggest that applying the flipped classroom model in IRE can enhance students’ cognitive understanding, foster learning motivation, and develop critical and collaborative thinking skills. However, the effectiveness of this model depends heavily on the quality of digital learning design, the teacher’s readiness to facilitate active learning, and the ability to meaningfully integrate Islamic values into the learning process. In addition, this model faces several challenges, including limitations in technological infrastructure, lack of professional teacher training, and the need for curriculum adaptation. This study highlights the importance of systemic support and digital competency development among educators to ensure that flipped classroom implementation is not merely a technical strategy, but a means of strengthening the spiritual dimension and core values of Islamic education in the digital age.

The implementation of a collaborative culture through deliberation has proven effective in enhancing innovation and the involvement of educators in the decision-making process. The use of digital technology tailored to Islamic values, such as sharia-compliant human resource management applications, also strengthens aspects of transparency and justice in institutional management. ollaborative learning, it is very important to include stakeholders' perspectives on their lived experiences. A qualitative case study was chosen to conduct this research. SMA Negeri 6 Surakarta and SMA Negeri 1 Surakarta were intentionally included in the study. The data were collected from semi-structured interviews of students and teachers and online and offline observations. The collected data were analyzed using the method of constant comparative analysis. The results clarified that several proactive supports (social, pedagogical and technical support) play a crucial role in promoting meaningful collaboration. The presence of the teacher is an important factor that create the collaboration to proceed as desired setting the stage, modeling the desired expectations and guiding the students to achieve the expected results. The assignments and assessments also affect the level of student engagement; therefore, it is recommended to include both formative and summative assessments for both the product and the collaborative process. The findings of this study have implications for the scaffolding and specificity of language learning through online collaboration to support online educators.

To broaden understanding about the level of engagement, the research explores the students’ experiences in learning grammar using Nearpod. The research then analyzes the data from techniques to identify the pattern, trend, theme and meaning. The result of the research shows that the use of Nearpod in Grammar Lesson has significant impact in increasing students’ engagement. This finding implies the important of integrating subjects with digital platforms to create collaborative and interactive environment of learning.

dang Genting masih mengalami kendala dalam menyusun modul ajar, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), serta mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan implementasi di kelas, praktik penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, dan evaluasi reflektif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa model pendampingan yang diterapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar dan RPP berbasis proyek dengan capaian sebesar 89,3% pada kategori sangat baik. Selain itu, guru menjadi lebih aktif, kreatif, dan mampu melibatkan siswa dalam pembelajaran yang komunikatif dan kolaboratif. Dengan demikian, model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SDN 15 Padang Genting.
Project-Based Learning (PBL) is an innovative approach that can improve the quality of English language learning in elementary schools through collaborative and project-oriented activities. However, teachers at SDN 15 Padang Genting still face difficulties in developing teaching modules, lesson plans, and implementing project-based learning effectively. This community service activity aimed to develop a mentoring model based on Project-Based Learning to improve teachers’ competence in English language teaching. The methods used included needs analysis, teacher training, classroom mentoring, practical implementation of learning tools, and reflective evaluation. The stages of the activity consisted of identifying teachers’ needs, designing the mentoring model, conducting training sessions, assisting classroom implementation, and evaluating the outcomes. The results showed that the mentoring model improved teachers’ ability to develop project-based teaching modules and lesson plans, achieving a score of 89.3% in the very good category. In addition, teachers became more active and creative in engaging students in collaborative and communicative learning activities. Therefore, the Project-Based Learning mentoring model was effective in improving the quality of English language learning at SDN 15 Padang Genting.
