This study uses a qualitative approach with field research methods, through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation of several madrasah principals in various Madrasah Aliyah in Jambi Province. The results of the study indicate that the strategies implemented by madrasah principals include teacher professional development through ongoing training, regular performance assessments, and the creation of a collaborative and innovative work environment. Madrasah principals also pay attention to the welfare of teachers and staff by providing adequate support, both financially and non-financially. Challenges faced include budget constraints and lack of access to external professional training. In conclusion, good madrasah principal management plays an important role in developing quality HR, which has a direct impact on improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah in Jambi.

l figures in the governance of educational institutions, school principals play a multidimensional role, encompassing strategic, managerial, pedagogical, and symbolic functions that simultaneously influence the effectiveness of the school organization. The findings indicate that the principal’s level of commitment is positively correlated with the quality of strategic planning, resource management, and the development of a collaborative work culture oriented toward achieving institutional goals. Principals who demonstrate a high level of dedication to enhancing education quality tend to be more effective in building constructive supervision systems, establishing transformative visions and missions, and mobilizing stakeholder participation in data-driven decision-making processes. This study also affirms that the successful implementation of educational service programs is highly dependent on the principal’s capacity to navigate policy dynamics, resource limitations, and the socio-cultural complexities of the school environment. From a theoretical standpoint, this study reflects the relevance of transformational leadership and evidence-based management approaches as foundational to building adaptive and accountable educational institutions. The implications of this research emphasize that enhancing the professional capacity of school principals (in terms of integrity, managerial competence, and strategic vision) is a key determinant in realizing holistic, relevant, and sustainable educational service quality.

Although physical attendance is maintained, the apparent spiritual absence, reflected in passive behavior or the departure of congregants during crucial liturgical moments, reveals a management failure to holistically integrate liturgical, theological, and pastoral aspects. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach with data collected through participatory observation and in-depth interviews to examine the role of management in designing, implementing, and evaluating worship services that facilitate meaningful spiritual engagement. The analysis confirms that weak liturgical formation, the absence of a structured participatory evaluation system, and a less dialogical pastoral approach are dominant factors contributing to low congregation participation. Worship management that is purely administrative and procedural without reinforcement of the spiritual dimension contributes to a less transformative worship atmosphere. This study recommends reforming worship management through strengthening liturgical education, innovating more participatory and contextual forms of worship, and establishing worship evaluation teams involving leadership and congregants collaboratively and sustainably. The novelty of this research lies in emphasizing worship management not merely as a technical-administrative process but as a means of dynamically and contextually shaping the congregation’s spirituality, thereby providing a conceptual contribution to developing an adaptive and transformative worship management model within the modern church environment.

This study aims to examine the role of AI as a co-counselor, evaluate the effectiveness of its integration into e-counseling practices, and identify the challenges associated with its implementation. The study employed a Narrative Literature Review method by critically analyzing relevant scholarly publications. The findings indicate that AI functions as a collaborative partner that assists counselors in assessment processes, data analysis, emotion detection, service documentation, and the continuous monitoring of clients’ psychological conditions. The integration of AI has been shown to enhance the efficiency, accessibility, and overall quality of digital counseling services. However, its implementation continues to face significant challenges related to data privacy, information security, algorithmic bias, and limitations in understanding cultural contexts and human empathy. The novelty of this study lies in its comprehensive conceptualization of AI as a co-counselor that supports the entire e-counseling service cycle through a collaborative model integrating the analytical capabilities of technology with the humanistic competencies of counselors, thereby fostering more effective, ethical, and inclusive counseling services.

nefits, the use of AI also presents challenges related to the quality of therapeutic relationships, privacy, data security, and ethical considerations. This study aims to analyze the role of AI, its impacts, and the ethical challenges emerging in e-counseling services through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were collected from Google Scholar, GARUDA, ScienceDirect, SAGE Journals, and Crossref, covering publications from 2018 to 2026. The review of 13 selected articles revealed that AI serves as a supportive tool through chatbots, data analytics, preliminary assessments, and automated response systems that help expand access to counseling services and improve service responsiveness. The implementation of AI contributes positively by increasing efficiency and accessibility; however, it remains limited in understanding emotions, demonstrating empathy, and comprehending clients’ psychological contexts. The findings also indicate that privacy, data security, algorithmic transparency, and accountability constitute the primary ethical challenges that require careful attention. This study concludes that AI is more appropriately positioned as a complement to counselors rather than a substitute for human counselors. The novelty of this study lies in its integrated analysis of the roles, impacts, and ethical challenges of AI within a single framework, thereby providing a more comprehensive understanding of the development of e-counseling based on collaborative interaction between technology and professional counselors.

Although it has been widely adopted in various universities, the efficiency of this program in enhancing students’ job readiness remains a key question. The aim of this research is to evaluate the implementation of the MBKM program and its impact on students’ job preparation, including both soft skills and hard skills. The background of the issue reveals a gap between higher education graduates’ competencies and the needs of the workforce, which has driven the government to initiate the MBKM policy as a solution to better prepare students for the dynamics of the labor market. The research problem focuses on the effectiveness of MBKM program implementation across various universities and how it affects students’ job readiness. Through a comprehensive literature review method, this study analyzes various scientific publications, policy reports, and evaluation studies related to MBKM from 2020 to 2024. The findings indicate that the implementation of MBKM still varies across higher education institutions with several challenges, such as infrastructure readiness, administrative systems, and stakeholder understanding. However, a positive correlation was found between student participation in the MBKM program, particularly in industry internships and collaborative projects, and improvements in adaptability, problem-solving skills, and technical competencies needed in the workforce. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive mapping of critical factors in the implementation of MBKM as well as the development of a sustainable evaluation framework that universities can use to enhance the effectiveness of the MBKM program in preparing graduates who are job-ready and globally competitive.

Primary data consists of news articles from BatamPos.co.id and BatamNews.co.id published during the period of May-June 2024. Secondary data is derived from literature related to framing theory and previous studies. Data collection was conducted through purposive sampling, and analysis was performed by identifying main themes, categorizing the news coverage, and evaluating the impact of framing on public perception. The analysis reveals that the framing of news about Amsakar Achmad on BatamPos.co.id tends to emphasize strong political support, popularity, and Amsakar’s concrete visions and programs. In contrast, BatamNews.co.id focuses more on Amsakar’s direct interactions with the public, local community support, and political communication. Both media construct a positive image of Amsakar, albeit with different approaches. BatamPos.co.id creates the perception that Amsakar is a strong candidate with solid political backing and a clear plan for Batam’s progress, while BatamNews.co.id portrays Amsakar as a leader who is close to the people, adaptive, and collaborative. This research provides insights into how media framing can influence public perception of political candidates.

in preserving local knowledge and traditions amidst social changes and modernization. To address this issue, the program involved renovating the Literacy Corner, adding relevant educational materials, and conducting various educational activities. These activities included reading sessions, discussions, and workshops focused on maritime culture, as well as involving maritime experts and local leaders to provide in-depth insights. Program evaluation showed a significant increase in maritime cultural knowledge among participants, particularly among the younger generation. Pre- and post-program surveys indicated substantial improvement in understanding maritime traditions, such as boat-making and fishing techniques. The optimized Literacy Corner has become a more active hub, with increased visitation from the community. Support from the village government, local schools, non-governmental organizations, and the local community was crucial to the program's success. This program demonstrates that a participatory and collaborative approach in developing literacy centers can effectively enhance cultural knowledge and engage the community in preserving local heritage. The results of this program are expected to serve as a model for other coastal villages facing similar challenges in cultural preservation

of the Mayor of Bandar Lampung, who specifically sought optimal solutions for various local issues, including recurrent flooding within the city. Based on focus group discussions between Student Group 221 and local community stakeholders in flood-prone areas, a sustainable urban development model was formulated, emphasizing active collaboration among the government, academia, the private sector, and civil society. The methodology employed the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) framework with a participatory approach. The initiatives of Group 221 focused on three primary pillars: the circular economy, community-based environmental management, and the strengthening of social inclusion. The results demonstrate that collaborative initiatives are capable of producing innovative and sustainable solutions tailored to the needs of the city, while simultaneously fostering collective awareness regarding the importance of urban development oriented toward common welbeing.

Abstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan melalui kegiatan KKN-Terintegrasi UIN Raden Intan Lampung. Kegiatan KKN-Terintegrasi dilaksanakan atas permintaan Wali Kota Bandar Lampung yang secara khusus meminta solusi terbaik atas beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi termasuk musibah banjir yang terjadi secara berulang di Kota Bandar Lampung. Hasil diskusi kelompok 221 Mahasiswa UIN Raden Intan bersama potensi masyarakat di beberapa titik rawan, dirumuskan model pembangunan kota berkelanjutan melalui kolaborasi aktif antara pemerintah, akademisi, sektor swasta, dan masyarakat sipil. Metode diterapkan dengan pola ABCD (Assets Base Community Development), dengan pendekatan partisipatif. KKN-Terintegrasi kelompok 221 berfokus pada tiga pilar utama, yakni; perekonomian sirkular, pengelolaan lingkungan hidup berbasis komunitas, dan penguatan inklusi sosial. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa inisiatif kolaboratif mampu menghasilkan solusi inovatif dan berkelanjutan yang relevan dengan kebutuhan Kota Impian, serta dapat meningkatkan kesadaran kolektif terhadap pentingnya pembangunan kota yang berpihak pada kesejahteraan bersama.

order to improve their job readiness. The activity took place at Balai RW 08, Kalideres, and West Jakarta. This program was motivated by the condition of high school/vocational graduates in RW 08, most of whom come from lower-middle-income families and are therefore more inclined to enter the workforce directly rather than pursue higher education. Thus, training is needed to enhance practical skills relevant to industry requirements.The training focused on three main aspects, developing a professional curriculum vitae (CV), strategies for facing job interviews in both Indonesian and English, and practicing digital skills through the use of Canva for CV creation. Participants were actively engaged through interactive sessions, simulations, and collaborative exercises. The results of the program indicated increased awareness, confidence, and skills among participants in preparing themselves to enter the workforce. The conclusion of this program is that integrating digital literacy and English proficiency in community-based training can enhance the competitiveness of high school/vocational school graduates and make a tangible contribution to supporting their readiness for the job market.

Abstrak: Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan oleh Universitas Bina Sarana Informatika (UBSI) dengan tujuan memperkuat keterampilan digital dan kemampuan berbahasa Inggris lulusan SMA/SMK untuk meningkatkan kesiapan kerja. Kegiatan ini berlangsung di Balai RW 08, Kalideres, Jakarta Barat. Program ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kondisi lulusan SMA/SMK di RW 08 yang sebagian besar berasal dari keluarga ekonomi menengah ke bawah, sehingga cenderung lebih memilih langsung bekerja daripada melanjutkan pendidikan ke jenjang yang lebih tinggi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan keterampilan praktis sesuai kebutuhan industri.Pelatihan difokuskan pada tiga aspek utama: penyusunan curriculum vitae (CV) profesional, strategi menghadapi wawancara kerja dalam bahasa Indonesia maupun bahasa Inggris, serta keterampilan digital melalui penggunaan Canva untuk pembuatan CV. Peserta terlibat secara aktif melalui sesi interaktif, simulasi, dan latihan kolaboratif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran, kepercayaan diri, dan keterampilan peserta dalam mempersiapkan diri menghadapi dunia kerja. Kesimpulannya, integrasi literasi digital dan kemampuan bahasa Inggris dalam pelatihan berbasis masyarakat dapat meningkatkan daya saing lulusan SMA/SMK serta memberikan kontribusi nyata dalam mendukung kesiapan mereka menghadapi pasar kerja.
