purpose of this research is to analyze the marketing strategies for interactive education at the school and to identify the factors that support and hinder the implementation of these strategies. To provide an understanding of interactive education marketing strategies, data was obtained through field observations and in-depth analysis. The research results show that product, price, promotion, and people are the main indicators in the interactive education marketing strategy. Through school public relations and appropriate pricing, this strategy aims to create a good image. It was found that people's involvement and promotion are important factors in the success of educational service marketing. Nevertheless, the research also found several obstacles. This includes financial difficulties and a lack of public knowledge about interactive education.

hese three factors are managed and optimized. Well-managed local wealth can increase regional fiscal capacity and reduce dependence on funding from the central government. Effective and efficient local expenditure plays a role in providing quality public services, while DAU makes an important contribution to regions with limited fiscal capacity. The method used in this research is a literature study by analyzing related literature, including scientific articles, government reports, and previous research. The results show that the interaction between the three factors has a significant impact on local government performance, which is reflected in development achievements and improvements in people's quality of life. Recommendations from this study include the need for more efficient management of local wealth, more focused allocation of local expenditure to priority sectors, and reduced dependence on DAU by increasing local own-source revenue (PAD). This study also suggests further research to explore the impact of DAU management on regional fiscal resilience.

The method used in this study is a literature study, by analyzing interpretations and related literature that discusses the relationship between education, morality, and character. The results of the study show that there are several implications in the formation of character and noble morals from the perspective of the Qur'an, such as: 1) Education as a process of self-purification (Tazkiyah), 2) Character formation through parental advice to children. 3) Building character with positive traits and attitudes. 4) Education as a process of noble moral development. This research concludes that education based on the principles of the Qur'an has a crucial role in creating individuals who are not only intellectually intelligent, but also have noble ethics, which ultimately contributes to the creation of a harmonious and civilized society.

This study focuses on the analysis of hashtag trends related to general elections, such as #capres2024, #cawapres2024, and #pemilu2024, on Instagram, and their influence on user perceptions. It examines the role of hashtags in CMC practices on Instagram during electoral periods. Through the analysis of seven samples, the study reveals that while certain posts align with the electoral purposes of the hashtags, others use these hashtags for visibility without relevance to the elections. The research underscores Instagram’s potential for reshaping political branding and enhancing voter engagement. It demonstrates that the strategic application of hashtags, combined with high-quality visuals and interactive features, can amplify the visibility and impact of political messaging. By integrating CMC and political branding theories, this study presents a framework for understanding how digital tools can foster a more engaged and informed electorate.

Illness (IMCI) by WHO and UNICEF is a strategy that combines prevention, treatment and health promotion, including impact counseling to provide education to parents about the importance of disease management and access to health facilities. This research uses a systematic literature review to assess the influence of impact counseling in IMCI on parents' attitudes in bringing children to health facilities. Data was collected from databases such as PubMed, Scopus, and Google Scholar using relevant keywords. Articles that met the inclusion criteria were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively to measure the effect of counseling on parental attitudes and behavior. The results of the analysis show that impact counseling significantly increases parents' understanding and involvement in children's health care. Counseling reduces anxiety and increases parents' confidence in caring for their child. The use of information technology in counseling makes it easier to access information and support. Counseling also improves access and utilization of health facilities by providing important information about available services. In conclusion, counseling in IMCI has a significant influence on parents' attitudes and behavior in bringing children to health facilities. Counseling helps increase understanding of a child's health, reduces anxiety, and promotes better health practices at home. Ongoing counseling programs are expected to improve child health outcomes and support the overall well-being of the family.

The findings reveal that while initial training typically covers basic cleaning techniques and safety protocols, it often lacks depth in advanced methods and customer service skills. Challenges such as time constraints and reliance on informal learning are common, affecting the consistency and quality of training. Effective training programs were identified as those that provide comprehensive, ongoing instruction and incorporate innovative methods like virtual reality and gamified learning. The study also highlights the importance of mentorship programs and regular feedback to enhance training outcomes. Recommendations for improving training programs include developing detailed curricula, addressing time constraints, and adapting to emerging trends. By implementing these strategies, hotels can enhance room attendants' skills, satisfaction, and overall service quality, leading to improved guest experiences and operational success.

Data was obtained from APM officers and medical records officers. The results of the research show that the presence of APM officers has helped the patient registration process, but there are several things that make the use of APM less effective at Wava Husada Hospital, namely in terms of staff, the lack of APM officers, in terms of the method of using APM is not carried out in accordance with the SOP, in terms of Machine errors or loading often occur. Consequently, there are too many patients, the registration process is thrown off, services are provided non-procedurally, and registration is completed by hand. Efforts made by officers to ensure that the use of APM runs well are adding APM officers, training APM officers on APM use, and improving internet quality so it doesn't load frequently.

Kendala yang sering terjadi saat unit TSO sedang melakukan pengawasan pada sisi darat (land side) adalah seringnya terjadi penumpukan flow penumpang, berseraknya trolley pada saat penumpang tiba di area keberangkatan dan kedatangan, pengguna layanan yang merokok tidak pada tempatnya, dan fasilitas yang tidak bekerja semestinya di Bandar Udara Internasional Jenderal Ahmad Yani Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif yang pengambilan data penelitian bersumber dari petugas TSO yang bertugas mengawasi sisi darat (land side) area terminal penumpang. Sumber kedua berasal dari penggalian sumber data memalui wawancara secara semi terstruktur kepada narasumber Supervisor unit Terminal Service Officer dan petugas unit Terminal Service Officer. Selain itu, data dalam penelitian ini dilengkapi dengan data observasi dan dokumentasi berupa pengambilan gambar yang bertujuan sebagai penguat data penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian maka diketahui pengawasan sisi land side oleh Terminal Service Officer (TSO) Sudah sesuai dengan indikator pengawasan adalah akurat, obyektif, koordinasi kerja, fleksibel dan realistis. Sedangkan untuk indikator tepat waktu dan pengawasan terpusat belum sesuai dengan indikator pengawasan dikarenakan kurangnya personel yang bertugas di lapangan. Dilihat dari jobdesk unit Terminal Service Officer (TSO) yang tertuang pada lembar SOP, unit TSO tidak dapat bergerak atau menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi di lapangan dengan sendirinya, jobdesk unit TSO hanya sebatas memeriksa dan mengawasi, jika terdapat kendala di lapangan yang diluar dari jobdesk unit TSO, solusi yang dilakukan adalah dengan berkoordinasi dengan unit terkait.
