Wijoyo, Tuwuh Adhistyo, Alamsyah, Sandy, Intiar, Septa Intiar, Jabbar, Umar, Prabowo, Bayu Ade Prabowo
Abstract: This study examines the effectiveness of training programs for room attendants in the hospitality industry, focusing on their impact on performance, job satisfaction, and retention. Using a qualitative approach, in-depth… interviews were conducted with 20 room attendants and 10 housekeeping managers across various hotel segments. The findings reveal that while initial training typically covers basic cleaning techniques and safety protocols, it often lacks depth in advanced methods and customer service skills. Challenges such as time constraints and reliance on informal learning are common, affecting the consistency and quality of training. Effective training programs were identified as those that provide comprehensive, ongoing instruction and incorporate innovative methods like virtual reality and gamified learning. The study also highlights the importance of mentorship programs and regular feedback to enhance training outcomes. Recommendations for improving training programs include developing detailed curricula, addressing time constraints, and adapting to emerging trends. By implementing these strategies, hotels can enhance room attendants' skills, satisfaction, and overall service quality, leading to improved guest experiences and operational success.

Fita Rusdian Ikawati, Farma Duana, Silfina Choirun Nisa
Abstract: The self-registration machine helps patients register them selves. The use of APM machines at Wava Husada Hospital has not been carried out properly for several reasons, such as Man, Method and Machine. The aim of this research… esearch is to evaluate the performance of APM users to identify the components and effects to increase the effectiveness of APM. Qualitative research methodologies were used in this study. Data was obtained from APM officers and medical records officers. The results of the research show that the presence of APM officers has helped the patient registration process, but there are several things that make the use of APM less effective at Wava Husada Hospital, namely in terms of staff, the lack of APM officers, in terms of the method of using APM is not carried out in accordance with the SOP, in terms of Machine errors or loading often occur. Consequently, there are too many patients, the registration process is thrown off, services are provided non-procedurally, and registration is completed by hand. Efforts made by officers to ensure that the use of APM runs well are adding APM officers, training APM officers on APM use, and improving internet quality so it doesn't load frequently.

Preliminary Evaluation of Gaussian Naive Bayes for Multi-Label Hate Speech and Abusive Language Detection on Indonesian Twitter

Handayani, Tri Pratiwi, Hasyim, Wahyudin, Wati, Nursetia
Abstract: Automatic detection of hate speech and abusive language is crucial for combating online toxicity. This study explores Gaussian Naive Bayes for multi-label classification of hate speech on Indonesian Twitter, including target,… rget, category, and level. We combined TF-IDF features with contextual BERT embeddings. The model achieved balanced performance for general hate speech and good non-abusive language detection. However, it exhibited limitations with imbalanced data and specific hate speech types. The classifier consistently favored the majority class (non-hateful/non-abusive) across labels, particularly struggling with HS_Gender, HS_Physical, etc. This suggests difficulty detecting less frequent but potentially severe hate speech, likely due to limited training data. Overall accuracy and F1-scores confirm that while Gaussian Naive Bayes is efficient, it lacks robustness for nuanced multi-label classification with imbalanced datasets. This necessitates exploring alternative approaches for effectively detecting specific and less frequent hate speech.

Family Participation in The Integrated Management of Childhood Illness Implementation Process: Systematic Literature Review

Joaquim Pinto, Yenny Puspitasari
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the role and contribution of families in the implementation of Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI) and the impact of family participation on child health outcomes. In addition, this… is study also identified factors that support or hinder family participation in the IMCI program. The method used was a systematic literature review of various published studies. The method used is a systematic literature review with the main data source of 15 previous studies on the theme to be examined in this study so that the data makes a new finding. The main findings of this study show that family education, social and community support, health policies, and family experiences and perceptions of IMCI are important themes that influence the successful implementation of IMCI. Effective education of families improves their understanding and skills in managing childhood illnesses, while support from health workers and the community can increase family participation in IMCI programs. Supportive health policies and appropriate interventions also play an important role in ensuring the program's effectiveness. However, lack of motivation and adequate information from health workers can be barriers to family participation. This study confirms the importance of active family participation in IMCI implementation to improve child health outcomes. Recommendations for further research include evaluation of the most effective educational methods, the influence of technology in supporting IMCI, and longitudinal studies to monitor the long-term impact of family participation. From a health policy perspective, improved training for health workers, strengthened social and community support networks, and improved accessibility of health information through various media are suggested to support better implementation of IMCI programs.
