regimen lebih sederhana, evaluasi respons lebih jelas, dan risiko interaksi obat lebih rendah. Namun, sebagian anak tetap mengalami kejang meskipun telah mendapat terapi awal yang adekuat, sehingga terapi kombinasi diperlukan pada kasus tertentu. Tinjauan literatur ini bertujuan menganalisis peran terapi antikejang tunggal dan kombinasi pada epilepsi anak, khususnya terkait frekuensi kejang, keamanan, kepatuhan, dan kualitas hidup. Metode disusun menggunakan kerangka PICO dan alur seleksi berbasis PRISMA. Penelusuran literatur dilakukan melalui PubMed, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, Cochrane Library, dan laman pedoman klinis resmi untuk publikasi tahun 2021-2026. Sebanyak 14 artikel dan dokumen pedoman memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dan disintesis secara naratif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa terapi antikejang tunggal tetap rasional sebagai pendekatan lini awal, sedangkan terapi kombinasi lebih tepat dipahami sebagai eskalasi terapi pada anak dengan kontrol kejang belum optimal. Perbedaan frekuensi kejang antara kedua kelompok terapi harus ditafsirkan dengan mempertimbangkan tipe kejang, etiologi, durasi penyakit, kepatuhan, komorbiditas, riwayat kegagalan terapi, dan derajat keparahan awal.

nelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis semiotika Roland Barthes dan analisis resepsi Stuart Hall. Data penelitian berupa satu unggahan Instagram yang terdiri dari 11 slide serta 200 komentar dari total 293 komentar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dr. Tirta merepresentasikan proses sebagai perjalanan panjang yang melibatkan perjuangan fisik, mental, dan sosial. Representasi ini dibangun melalui penggunaan data, visual penderitaan, serta validasi sosial. Namun, audiens memaknai representasi tersebut secara beragam, terbagi ke dalam dominant reading (65%), negotiated reading (20%), dan oppositional reading (15%), khususnya terkait isu privilege. Temuan ini menunjukkan adanya kontestasi makna antara narasi yang dibangun oleh kreator dan interpretasi audiens dalam media sosial.

mentation of the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs Number 72 of 2022 in Merauke Regency and to identify the factors inhibiting its implementation in the region. This study applies Edward C. III’s policy implementation theory and uses a qualitative research approach through in-depth interviews with 16 informants to explore their meanings, perceptions, and understandings. A semi-structured interview approach was employed to enable the researcher to obtain flexible yet focused data, as stated by Prof. Dr. Lexy J. Moleong (2014). The study utilized an interactive data analysis technique consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the Digital Population Identity (IKD) policy in Merauke Regency has been carried out in accordance with directives from the central government through a tiered and continuous communication mechanism. However, its implementation has not yet been optimal at the regional level. The main obstacles include limited socialization, low understanding and acceptance of the policy among implementers, the absence of specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IKD, and the lack of motivation, commitment, and integrity of human resources, ICT infrastructure, and budgetary support. In addition, the social, economic, cultural, and geographical conditions of the community also hinder the utilization of IKD, resulting in its limited use and the continued dominance of physical population documents. The findings of this study emphasize the need to strengthen communication aspects, resources, implementers’ commitment, and policy adjustments to local conditions in order to achieve the objectives of the IKD policy effectively and equitably.

Constant exposure to such content creates anxiety about missing out on seemingly important social experiences. FOMO then triggers consumptive actions, not due to functional needs, but because of symbolic impulses and social pressure to remain relevant within digital communities. This study employs a descriptive qualitative method with in-depth interviews of informants aged 20–26 years. The analysis results show that content such as unboxing, product reviews, and personal lifestyles have a significant impact on creating social pressure and shaping consumption-based identity. These findings underscore the importance of digital literacy and critical awareness so that Generation Z does not get trapped in a cycle of impulsive consumption, which poses risks to both mental and financial health. As an alternative, the Joy of Missing Out (JOMO) approach is introduced to build healthier and more authentic digital relationships.

is increasingly crucial in promoting digital literacy to enhance access, understanding, and utilization of information technology among communities. This study aims to examine and optimize the role of KIM in improving digital literacy in Merauke Regency. A qualitative approach was employed, using data collection techniques such as observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis with several active KIM groups in Merauke. The results show that although KIM holds great potential as agents of digital literacy, limitations in human resource capacity, technological infrastructure, and lack of training are the main challenges. Therefore, optimizing the role of KIM requires regular training, cross-sector collaboration, and regulatory and budgetary support from the local government. Thus, KIM can become key drivers in building an inclusive and competitive digital society in Merauke.

The findings indicate that youth empowerment by Karang Taruna in Dewasari Village has been initiated but not yet optimal according to empowerment theory. Challenges identified include low youth interest in training, lack of awareness about the importance of organizations, and constraints in entrepreneurship and funding. Efforts to address these barriers involve more intensive approaches, enhanced socialization and networking, and knowledge enhancement through seminars, workshops, and training sessions. Additionally, providing financial support is crucial to enhance empowerment effectiveness. This study provides insights into real challenges faced in enhancing youth participation in community development. By implementing appropriate strategies, it is expected that youth empowerment through Karang Taruna will become more effective and significantly contribute to Dewasari village's progress.

increasing demands for innovative and adaptive learning, particularly in schools with limited facilities. This study aims to analyze PAI teachers’ understanding of resilience, the forms of resilience they develop, and its relevance to adaptive learning competencies at SMP Asy-Syafi’iyah Lohgung Brondong. The study employed a phenomenological qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, and documentation involving PAI teachers, the school principal, and curriculum personnel selected purposively. The findings reveal that PAI teachers perceive resilience as the ability to endure, adapt, and remain productive in responding to digital educational changes through emotional, spiritual, social, and professional strengths. Resilience is manifested through the use of digital media, individualized learning assistance, and collaboration with schools and students’ families. The study concludes that resilience plays a crucial role in strengthening teachers’ adaptive capacities by fostering innovation, openness to change, and more communicative learning practices. The novelty of this research lies in the finding that the resilience of PAI teachers in coastal schools functions not merely as a coping mechanism against educational pressures but also as the primary foundation for developing adaptive learning in the Society 5.0 era. These findings underscore the necessity of strengthening resilience through continuous professional development, institutional support, and digital literacy to ensure that PAI learning remains relevant and adaptive.

The tension between vocational calling and personal ambition constitutes an existential challenge that influences the construction of motivation, spirituality, and life orientation among theology students. This study aims to analyze the dialectical dynamics between these two dimensions and to examine how local Papuan cultural values shape students’ interpretations and efforts to harmonize them. The research problem stems from a lack of integrative theological understanding of personal ambition within the context of vocational ministry. Employing a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design, data were collected through in-depth interviews and analyzed thematically to identify meaning structures, internal conflicts, and integration strategies employed by the students. The findings reveal that personal ambition is not necessarily antithetical to the calling of ministry; rather, it can serve as a constructive force when interpreted through a reflective spirituality grounded in contextual theology. Ambitions guided by Christian values can enhance ministerial capacity and foster authentic personal growth, whereas unmanaged ambition tends to lead to spiritual fragmentation. This study contributes a scientific model of integration between spiritual, personal, and cultural dimensions within theological formation. It recommends a reformulation of curriculum and spiritual formation strategies that are contextual, dialogical, and oriented toward the development of a holistic and culturally relevant vocational identity.

The first five years of marriage represent a critical period prone to various issues, such as personality differences, poor communication patterns, financial problems, spiritual crises, and the influence of secular culture. Although the church has implemented a premarital counseling program, data indicate instances of divorce among young married couples due to a lack of continuous guidance. This research employs a qualitative descriptive method using observation, semi-structured interviews, and questionnaires distributed to 25 couples who were married between 2020 and 2025. Data analysis was conducted through the stages of reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, validated through source triangulation. The findings reveal that the majority of respondents (70–80%) acknowledged that post-marital counseling plays a significant role in resolving household conflicts, fostering healthy communication, and strengthening family spirituality. The key finding of this study is the effectiveness of the MUSI-based pastoral counseling model (Problem, Effort, Goal, Intervention), which is systematic, contextual, and spiritually integrative according to the needs of the local congregation. The study recommends that the church develop post-marital counseling programs as an integral part of pastoral family ministry in a preventive, structured, and continuous manner to strengthen Christian family resilience from the early stages of marriage.
