on previous research, this plant has been proven to have a positive effect in increasing fertility in test animals. However, until now, there is no certainty regarding the safety of using this plant. This study aims to examine the effects and safety of consuming Supan Supan Laki extract on the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidneys in mice. This research was carried out, there were four treatment groups in this study, namely Na-CMC 0.5%; 87.5mg/KgBW; 175mg/KgBW; and 350mg/KgBW, given for 28 days using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) trial design. On the 29th day, surgery was performed to observe the liver and kidney macroscopically. Measurement of color, surface and relative organ weight parameters of the kidneys and liver of mice. The results of the study showed that administration of Supan Supan Laki leaf extract caused significant changes in the macroscopic appearance of the liver and kidney organs. In the research analysis using the One Way Anova test, the results of the test showed that the liver (p>0.05) did not have a significant level of variation, while the kidney (p<0.05) had a significant level of variation so that it could be concluded that the effect of N.plena Lour leaf extract have different effects on the relative weight of the heart and kidney organs.

However, in practice, medical personnel who suffer from mental illness often experience difficulties in submitting claims. The research entitled "Recognition of Mental Illness as a Consequence of Medical Personnel in Work Accident Insurance Claim Procedures in Indonesia" is normative-qualitative research. Medical workers face a lot of stress and workload, especially during the COVID-19 pandemic, and mental illness is one of the consequences. Mental illness can impair their performance, health, and well-being, and place them at risk to patients and their work environment. With the recognition of mental illness as a consequence of medical personnel in the JKK claim procedure in Indonesia, JKK is a social security program organized by BPJS Employment. This program provides guarantees to workers or laborers to receive health services and cash compensation due to work accidents or work-related illnesses. So it is hoped that it can provide benefits for medical personnel in the form of getting proper protection, increasing the productivity of medical personnel and improving the quality of health services.

. Each cycle consists of planning, action implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The subjects of this research are third-semester students totaling 32 individuals. Data were collected through observation and tests using observation sheets and test instruments. Data analysis was conducted qualitatively and quantitatively. The results of the study indicate: 1) There is a significant improvement in students' academic performance from the pre-cycle to cycle 2, indicating that the learning model used is effective in enhancing students' understanding and achievement. 2) Changes in teaching strategies successfully increased the average scores and classical mastery percentages, confirming that adjustments in teaching methods have a positive impact on students' learning outcomes. 3) The number of students who have not reached the learning targets decreased from cycle 1 to cycle 2, indicating an improvement in the quality of learning and the success of additional efforts in addressing learning challenges.

The data analysis technique used in this research is a data analysis technique developed by Creswell including data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that there are 6 teacher obstacles. The first teacher has difficulty identifying the readiness stages of educational units in designing modules and project assessments to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Second, teachers have difficulty determining dimensions and themes in designing modules and assessments for projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Third, teachers have difficulty designing and determining time allocation in module design and assessment as well as implementing projects to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fourth, teachers have difficulty developing topics and activity lines in designing modules and assessments for projects strengthening the profile of Pancasila students (P5). Fifth, teachers have difficulty creating and designing project modules for strengthening Pancasila student profiles (P5). Sixth, teachers do not yet understand how to create assessment and assessment rubrics in the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students (P5).
