SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain penelitian nonequivalent control group design. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas X Akuntansi dan Keuangan Lembaga (AKL) SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta yang berjumlah 108 peserta didik dengan sampel penelitian kelas X AKL 3 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan X AKL 1 sebagai kelas kontrol yang masing-masing berjumlah 36 peserta didik. Pemilihan sampel ditentukan menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan tes berbentuk essay. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif Make a Match dan Everyone is a Teacher Here memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kemampuan analisis peserta didik pada pembelajaran jurnal penyesuaian di kelas X SMK Negeri 6 Surakarta yang dibuktikan dengan thitung = 3,138 dan nilai Sig.(2-tailed) = 0,002. Adanya peningkatan kemampuan analisis peserta didik setelah diberi perlakuan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Make a Match dan Everyone is a Teacher Here juga di buktikan dengan meningkatnya nilai rata-rata kemampuan analisis kelas eksperimen dari 55,4167 pada pre-test menjadi 84,4722 pada post-test. Perolehan nilai rata-rata post-test kelas eskperimen tersebut juga lebih tinggi apabila dibandingkan dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata post-test kelas kontrol yang sebesar 77,8889

esearch with a qualitative approach. This research sample involved the Language UPT of Sembilanbelas November Kolaka University as the research subject, with a focus on the implementation of the TOEFL test and related programs. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The collected data was analyzed using the data analysis model from Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing stages. The research results show that the implementation of the TOEFL test at the UPT Bahasa Sembilanbelas November Kolaka University has several weaknesses, especially related to inadequate physical facilities, lack of training for instructors, and lack of flexibility in the test implementation schedule. Despite this, the program was successful in improving participants' English language skills, although there is still a need to focus more on developing broader practical and communication skills. This evaluation provides recommendations for improvement and further development in the implementation of the TOEFL test program, with the hope that these steps will improve the quality of test implementation and provide a greater contribution to students' academic and professional progress.

Data sources consist of scientific journal articles, books, reports and documents related to risk-based and banking audits. Research findings show that the RBA has several key roles in improving banking performance. First, RBA improves operational efficiency and effectiveness by focusing audits on high-risk areas. Second, the RBA enables banks to proactively identify and manage risks, thereby strengthening financial and operational stability. Third, the RBA ensures that banks are more compliant with regulations and industry standards, reducing the risk of sanctions and fines. In addition, the implementation of RBA encourages the formation of a strong risk management culture and the use of information technology to support the risk management process. Risk based audit plays a significant role in improving banking performance. By improving operational efficiency, managing risk proactively, ensuring regulatory compliance, establishing a strong risk management culture, and leveraging technology, banks can achieve stability and better performance in the long term. These findings support the importance of implementing RBA as the main strategy in risk management and supervision in the banking sector.

This research aims to examine curriculum development models and their implementation in schools. In this article the author uses library research or what could be called qualitative research which obtains data from appropriate journals, articles and books. In the search, researchers will collect as much information as possible from related libraries. These library sources can be obtained from: books, journals, magazines, research results such as theses and dissertations, and other appropriate sources. If researchers have obtained relevant literature, it will be compiled regularly for use in research. The research results found that in developing the curriculum, teachers can choose several models including the Tyler Model, Administrative Model, Grassroots Approach Model, Demonstration Model, Beauchamp System Model or Beauchamp Model, Roger Model, Problem Solving Model and Taba Reverse Model. Curriculum development procedures include curriculum planning, curriculum organization, staff placement, and curriculum control. Meanwhile, curriculum implementation is the process of applying ideas, concepts, policies, in the form of practical actions, so that it creates impacts, both in the form of changes in students' knowledge, skills, as well as values and attitudes. The purpose of descriptive research is to describe and analyze research data related to phenomena, social activities, and human attitudes in various situations. At the Hilimegai Sub-district Office of South Nias Regency, the implementation of work discipline is quite good because most employees arrive on time although a small number are sometimes late due to long distances from home, but this is not used as an excuse and they still obey the rules. Employees there also always take care of office equipment as a form of discipline. They also show high responsibility by diligently completing work and are willing to work overtime to achieve work targets. The research results show that Bogor district vocational school teachers have used portfolio assessment in writing learning activities. This was obtained from the results of interviews, observations and documents of teachers who had carried out the portfolio assessment stage in learning to write quite well but not yet optimally. There are still several steps that have not been implemented by teachers in the form of obstacles in providing reviews and reflections on students' assignment results due to time constraints.
