The research applies a quantitative design using secondary time series data obtained from official institutions, including export data from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia and economic growth data from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis technique employed is the Vector Error Correction Model, which identifies short-run and long-run relationships between variables. The results show that in the short run, export value has a positive and significant influence on economic growth, while in the long run, it shows a positive but insignificant relationship.

E actors include limited tax literacy, complexity in tax calculations, and insufficient understanding of recent regulatory changes. To address these issues, the government introduced the Average Effective Rate (TER) scheme as an administrative simplification for calculating Income Tax Article 21. Nevertheless, the implementation of this scheme has not been fully understood by MSMEs at the village level. This study aims to conduct socialization and training on Income Tax Article 21 based on the TER scheme for MSMEs in Watesprojo Village and to evaluate its effectiveness in improving tax understanding and technical capability. The research method involved initial observation, regulatory socialization, practical tax calculation training, and participant evaluation. The results indicate a noticeable improvement in MSME actors’ understanding of the legal basis of Income Tax Article 21, the changes in the calculation scheme, and the practical application of the TER mechanism without disrupting business activities. Overall, the socialization and training activities proved effective in enhancing tax literacy and supporting sustainable tax compliance among MSMEs.

Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. Building a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait is a strategic imperative to safeguard global trade, regional stability, and environmental sustainability amid increasing climate uncertainty. sed is descriptive associative with a quantitative approach, using secondary data in the form of the company's quarterly financial reports obtained through purposive sampling techniques. The analytical tools used include Pearson Product Moment correlation analysis, coefficient of determination (R²), t-test and F-test, and multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that DAR has a negative correlation with ROI of -0.607, while LTDTER also shows a negative correlation of -0.478, both of which are included in the weak relationship category. The coefficient of determination value of 50.4% indicates that half of the variation in ROI can be explained by the two independent variables, while the remaining 49.6% is influenced by other factors outside the study. The F test shows that DAR and LTDTER simultaneously have a significant effect on ROI. This finding confirms that a high debt-based capital structure has a negative impact on investment returns, making it important for financial management to consider the efficiency of long-term debt use and total debt in long-term financial strategies.

So, it can be concluded that H₀ is rejected and H₁ is accepted. So, the use of mind mapping method is effective to help students think more creatively in descriptive writing.

to analyze how Islamic law and positive law interact in regulating marriage and to what extent their convergence occurs in the practice of religious courts and within the Muslim community in Indonesia. The research employs a normative approach by analyzing sources of Islamic law, statutory regulations, and religious court rulings related to marriage. The findings indicate that although Indonesia’s marriage law is based on Sharia principles, several adjustments have been made to align with positive law to ensure justice and protection for all parties, particularly in aspects such as marriage registration, minimum marriage age, and women's rights. The convergence between Islamic law and positive law reflects efforts to harmonize religious values with national legal interests. However, challenges remain in its implementation, particularly concerning child marriage, polygamy, and divorce, which often spark debates in society. Therefore, further studies are needed to evaluate the effectiveness of Indonesia’s marriage regulations and how Islamic law can continue to adapt within the framework of a modern legal state.

whose are essential grammatical elements in complex sentence construction and play a vital role in producing cohesive writing. Through a methodological approach combining descriptive analysis, literature studies, and field research involving 100 English major students, this research investigates various aspects of relative pronoun usage, including grammatical functions, contexts of use, common error patterns, and effective learning strategies. Research findings reveal that 75% of learner difficulties are related to misunderstandings in distinguishing between the use of who and whom, as well as confusion in the placement of that and which. Further analysis shows a significant correlation between mastery of relative pronouns and academic writing ability. This research also identifies and proposes a series of innovative learning strategies, including contextual approaches and corpus-based learning, which have proven effective in improving the understanding and use of relative pronouns. These findings provide substantial contributions to the development of English language learning materials and offer practical implications for teachers in designing more effective teaching strategies for the topic of relative pronouns.
