inimnya penggunaan aktivitas kontekstual yang melibatkan siswa secara aktif. Kondisi tersebut berdampak pada rendahnya motivasi dan keterampilan berbahasa Inggris siswa. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk melakukan pendampingan guru dalam merancang dan mengimplementasikan model Project-Based Learning pada pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris tingkat sekolah dasar. Solusi yang dilakukan meliputi pelatihan penyusunan modul PjBL, pendampingan penyusunan perangkat ajar, praktik pembelajaran berbasis proyek, serta evaluasi berkelanjutan. Hasil sementara PKM menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman guru terhadap konsep PjBL sebesar 85%, peningkatan kemampuan penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran sebesar 80%, serta peningkatan keaktifan siswa dalam pembelajaran mencapai 78%. Program ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris secara berkelanjutan di SDN 15 Padang Genting.

Based on results research and discussion that has been put forward can taken conclusion that from pretest results,obtained the average value is 46.35 which is classified as in category low.While average value of results Study posttest students, namely 85.52, which indicates that results after given treatment increase with such a range big.From the average pretest and posttest scores there are difference of 39.17 and based on hypothesis test results with level significant = 0.05 and ttable of 2.034, thitung of 14.737. The working principle of the Most Probable Number (MPN) method in detecting total Coliform bacteria in wastewater is carried out semi-quantitatively by detecting microbial growth through lactose fermentation which produces gas or turbidity in selective liquid media. The implementation procedure includes a presumptive test stage using Lactose Broth (LB) media, a confirmatory test with Brilliant Green Lactose Bile Broth (BGLB) media, and determining the final value by matching the combination of positive tubes with the standard MPN table. From the results of laboratory testing on three domestic wastewater samples (1224 AL, 1225 AL, and 1226 AL), it was found that all samples showed negative results with a combination of 0-0-0 tubes in the presumptive test. This indicates that the tested sample does not contain Total Coliform bacteria or has a value of less than 1000 MPN/100 mL, so that its microbiological quality is declared very good and has met the quality standard threshold set by the government through the Minister of Environment Regulation No. 5 of 2014 and PP RI No. 22 of 2021

Research results: The results indicate that 21 respondents (70%) have a positive attitude, while 9 respondents (30%) have a negative attitude. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research instruments used were teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, and student writing skill assessment sheets. The percentage of teacher activity obtained in Cycle I was 80% and increased in Cycle II with a percentage of 92.5%. The average observation of student activities in Cycle I was 72.5% and increased in Cycle II with an average of 85%. The completion of student writing skill learning outcomes in Cycle I was 44% with an average learning outcome of 62, increasing to 84% in Cycle II with an average learning outcome of 78. Based on the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve students' descriptive text writing skills

This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and literature study. Data were analyzed using triangulation to ensure validity. The research results show that a strong and healthy company culture can increase employee achievement motivation. A company culture that is innovative, supportive and open to evaluation and attention to detail regarding employee needs, such as a safe and comfortable work environment, plays a role in creating creative, committed and motivated employees. PT United Tractors also shows that good company support, continuous employee training and development, as well as a fair and transparent performance appraisal system, can encourage employees to achieve higher achievements. These findings support the hypothesis that there is a positive relationship between corporate culture and employee achievement motivation, that the stronger the company culture, the higher the employee achievement motivation.

n of several areas and submerging hundreds of residents' houses in 22 villages or sub-districts and 7 sub-districts in Manado. In studying this event, this research investigates the factors that influence extreme weather in Manado, observing sea surface temperature data, streamlines, air observations, the Southern Oscillation Index (SOI), and the Indian Ocean Dipole (IOD). The analysis shows that the positive SOI and negative IOD phenomena significantly impact extreme weather in the region. Cumulonimbus (Cb) clouds drove the atmospheric conditions formed on January 27 and 28 2023 and air flows from the Indian Ocean which brought wet air masses into Indonesian territory. High sea surface temperatures, reaching 28-29°C, also play a role in the intensive growth of rain clouds. Based on atmospheric conditions seen from radiosonde observation data, the stability index value shows that unstable conditions trigger heavy rain which causes flooding
