This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with the subject matter of SMA Negeri 2 Trenggalek. Data collection techniques through questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The collected data was then analyzed in four steps, namely data reduction, triangulation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the profile of mathematical literacy is more complete for visual learning styles than for auditory and kinesthetic learning styles.

the field of spatial planning. Control of infectious virus outbreaks must be involved in spatial planning. Spatial planning that cares about the level of human health is no longer just struggling with green open space. But there should also be space for physical distancing in public places. The purpose of this study is to analyze the spatial planning of East Java Province during the Covid-19 pandemic in supporting state defense. This paper is written based on the results of qualitative research using phenomenological research design. In this study, the data collection process was carried out using interview, observation, and documentation study methods. The data obtained is then analyzed through four stages, namely data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results showed that spatial planning during the pandemic was carried out with four aspects, namely analyzing the Covid-19 distribution map in East Java, planning changes in policies and strategies with public health considerations, planning space structures with the addition of emergency infrastructure, and planning space patterns with the allocation of green open space. The obstacles faced in spatial planning are the restriction of working hours and the implementation of WFH for employees, and the lack of community support as an affected object. Both are overcome by implementing digitalization strategies and community participation so that the spatial planning agenda during the Covid-19 pandemic can run well. In addition, the better spatial planning during the pandemic, the better the country's defense because of the non-military threat in this case the Covid-19 virus can be well anticipated.

Then the dependent variable is stock price, and profitability, which is presented by ROA, as a moderating variable. The sample of this study was selected using the purposive sampling method, and there were 24 (twenty-four) banking companies (listed on the BEI) that met the criteria so that the sample of this study amounted to 120 samples. The study was analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this study found that overall, VACA, VAHU, and STVA had a significant positive effect on stock prices. But only VACA and VAHU variables were able to be moderated by ROA.

In this study, liquidity, solvency, activity, profitability, and market value ratios were used as analytical tools. This study used four state-owned enterprises in the building construction sub-sector that conducted stock offerings on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2017-2021 as samples. The results of the study as a whole show that based on the calculations and analysis carried out on the overall ratio, PT. Pembangunan Perumahan (Persero) Tbk. and PT Wijaya Karya (Persero) Tbk. are companies with a better level of financial performance compared to state-owned enterprises in other building construction sub-sectors.

This study examines in-depth mothers' experiences in communicating with their adolescent children. Participants in this qualitative study using a phenomenological approach were mothers who lived with their teenage children, a total of 11 participants. The determination of participants was done by applying a purposive sampling technique. The conclusion of the number of samples is based on the saturation of the results of in-depth interviews conducted using video call technology. The Colaizzi method with the Haase adaptation was applied in analyzing the results of in-depth interviews that had been recorded to make it easier when compiling the transcript. Four themes have been generated in this study: The fabric of family love as a communication goal, undeniable dependence on communication, Vulnerability to give each other space to face communication challenges and the need for space and time to explore the importance of good communication. To ensure the trustworthiness of the research results, peer debriefing and member checking are carried out. It is necessary to have a common perception between mothers and adolescents in understanding the importance of Communication and instilling family commitments consistently by paying attention to the youth's freedom of opinion which must be optimally utilized according to the developmental tasks of adolescence.

population consist of all undergraduate students in all the six faculties of Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba-Akoko. A simple random sampling technique was used to select 200 students, the instrument for data collection was self-constructed questionnaire titled “off-campus, social and academic life of undergraduates’’ on four-point likert scale. The face and content validity of the instrument was ascertained by the researchers. Test-retest technique was used by the researcher, Pearson product movement correlation was used to determine the correlation coefficient which was 0.76. Three hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. The hypotheses were tested using Pearson Product Moment Correlation analysis. The result indicated that there was a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students. The result also showed that there was a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students, and finally the result revealed that there is a significant relationship between off-campus life and academic activities of undergraduate students. It was suggested that The Management of the institution should monitor the activities of students living off-campus.

Melalui keterlibatan langsung dalam pelaksanaan rapat paripurna, mahasiswa tidak hanya memperoleh pengalaman administratif, tetapi juga mengembangkan kompetensi profesional yang relevan dengan kebutuhan dunia kerja, serta mendukung layanan administrasi dan publikasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan kompetensi mahasiswa magang melalui kontribusi dalam Tata Kelola Persidangan dan Komunikasi Publik pada rapat paripurna DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini meliputi observasi langsung, keterlibatan aktif dalam tugas, dan komunikasi informal dengan pegawai. Narasumber penelitian ini terdiri dari staf Sub Bagian Persidangan serta staf Humas Protokol DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah yang terlibat langsung dalam pelaksanaan sidang paripurna. Keabsahan data diperoleh melalui teknik triangulasi sumber dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa magang berkontribusi aktif dalam mendukung administrasi persidangan, penyusunan notulen hasil rapat dan risalah rapat, pengelolaan dokumentasi kegiatan, serta koordinasi teknis pelaksanaan rapat paripurna. Selain itu, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sinergi antara Sub Bagian Persidangan dan Humas Protokol pada rapat paripurna DPRD Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah menjadi faktor penting dalam mendukung efektivitas pelaksanaan rapat paripurna.
The internship program is a policy that provides opportunities for students to gain hands-on experience in the workplace. One implementation is internships in government agencies. This research was compiled based on internship activities carried out by students for four months in the Sub-Section of Trials and Protocol Public Relations of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council. Through direct involvement in the implementation of plenary sessions, students not only gain administrative experience, but also develop professional competencies that are relevant to the needs of the world of work, as well as support administrative and publication services. This study aims to analyze the development of student intern competencies through contributions to Trial Governance and Public Communication at plenary sessions of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council. The methods used in this activity include direct observation, active involvement in tasks, and informal communication with employees. The sources for this research consisted of staff from the Trial Sub-Section and Public Relations and Protocol staff of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council who were directly involved in the implementation of the plenary session. Data validity was obtained through source triangulation techniques by comparing the results of interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out through the stages of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the interns actively contributed in supporting the administration of the trial, preparing meeting minutes and minutes of meetings, managing activity documentation, and technical coordination of the implementation of plenary meetings. In addition, this study shows that the synergy between the Sub-Section of Trials and Protocol Public Relations at the plenary session of the Central Sulawesi Provincial Representative Council is an important factor in supporting the effectiveness of the implementation of plenary sessions.
