The research uses the literature study research method, which involves a series of activities that focus on collecting data from literature studies. The research uses books about hadith as the main data source, this process includes reading, recording and managing the necessary data. In data analysis, researchers apply a qualitative approach, namely efforts to organize and sort data. The goal is to create manageable units of data, implement systematic methods, look for patterns, and ultimately identify important things worth studying. The final stage involves the decision to share the research results with others, conveying the findings that have been discovered during the research process. The research results show that the position of hadith in Islamic education has similarities with the Koran as the main reference, but the two also have differences. Even though the Qur'an is considered a global revelation that requires interpretation, hadith have an important role in providing explanations of the concepts contained in the Qur'an, including in the educational context. Hadith also serve as examples and guidelines for individuals in living their lives according to Islamic teachings.

The data collection process focuses on collecting various sources and relevant data, scientific literature, and other writings related to thoughts on educational reform in Minangkabau. The results of the research show that there are thoughts about educational reform carried out by several prominent figures in Minangkabau such as Abdul Karim Amrullah, Abdullah Ahmad, Rahmah El-Yunusiyah, and Sheikh Sulaiman Ar-rasuli. The results of the thinking of these figures were to change the education system from halaqah to madrasa, organizing the place of study with a classroom system, using classical books as the main learning source, adding general subjects such as arithmetic, natural sciences and so on. Among the legacies of figures who contributed greatly to Islamic education in Minangkabau are Sumatra Tawalib Padang Panjang, Adabiah School, Diniyah Putri Padang Panjang, and MTI Canduang. It is hoped that the results of this research will be able to guide progress in the field of education, especially Islamic education in Minangkabau, then this research is also expected to be able to become a reference and benchmark for further research on different topics.

Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with 17 college students who had knowledge or experience related to Islamic financial products. Data analysis was performed using NVivo software. The results showed that college students' preferences were influenced by religiosity, financial institution reputation, trust, digital service innovation, and financial education. These factors contribute to the formation of consumer loyalty. Based on these findings, this study developed a consumer loyalty model that encompasses three main dimensions: spiritual attachment, digital engagement, and community-based advocacy. This model integrates consumer loyalty theory and Value-Belief-Norm (VBN) theory to explain the relationship between religious values, digital behavior, and loyalty to Islamic financial products. The implications of this research lie in its contribution to broadening the theoretical understanding of consumer loyalty in the Islamic financial sector and providing strategic direction for financial institutions in strengthening long-term relationships with young customers.

Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are utilized as analytical stages to dissect the entire lecture recording based on Aristotle's rhetorical triangle theory. The results show that the element of ethos or credibility is built through the adjustment of local sarong clothing, a humble attitude toward elders, respectful etiquette toward Madurese kiai, and authoritative hadith references. The element of pathos or emotional appeal is manifested through dramatic narratives of a mother's struggle in giving birth, the physical sacrifice of a father in the orchard, the story of his own mother's passing, and the analogy of an old Quranic mushaf for the elderly to arouse the congregation's pity and regret. The element of logos or logical argument is proven through the syllogism of moral priority over material wealth, the law of direct causal retribution for rebellious children, and textual historical proof regarding the inclusivity of the prophet's social relations with non-Muslims. The synchronization of these three rhetorical elements successfully packages weighty morality material into a logical yet deeply touching spiritual presentation for the congregation.

The distribution of rights for female workers is also not optimally implemented. In addition, workforce skills remain a concern, as many workers only possess primary to junior secondary education. Furthermore, freelance work has become increasingly popular due to its flexibility in time and location.
Therefore, solutions are needed to address employment issues in Bengkulu Province. Data collection in this study was conducted through interviews with the Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office. Data analysis employed a qualitative approach. The findings indicate that many workers are engaged in seasonal sectors with unstable income. The Bengkulu Provincial Manpower Office has implemented programs such as job fairs, vocational training and education, and occupational health and safety socialization. Generation Z is perceived as less loyal and tends to frequently change jobs, showing a strong preference for freelance work due to its flexibility. Policy development is needed to provide legal protection for workers. Recommended actions include stricter enforcement against companies violating labor rights, particularly those committing violence against female workers, conducting awareness programs in collaboration with the Ministry of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection and labor protection institutions, and optimizing integrated reporting systems to accelerate the resolution of such cases.

is study explores how village managers conduct managerial and marketing activities to attract tourists and promote local products. The research method involves a SWOT analysis to evaluate the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the Marketing Mix’s 7P approach implemented by the village. The results of the study indicate that Bejijong Village has several significant advantages, including historical heritage such as Brahu Temple, Petilasan Siti Inggil, and Maha Vihara Majapahit, as well as local products such as smoked salted eggs, lemon juice, pukis lumer (melting) bertoping, tahu lontong (compress rice), and Cempaka batik handicrafts and wayang kulit. However, the challenges faced include less than optimal website management, lack of effective digital marketing strategies, and entrance fees that may be insufficient to support maintenance. This study introduces novelty in marketing strategy analysis by integrating the SWOT and Marketing Mix’s 7P approaches to provide in-depth insights into how management and marketing can be improved. These findings are expected to be a reference for other villages in designing more effective marketing strategies and suggesting improvement steps that can increase the attractiveness and sustainability of culture-based tourist destinations. The results showed that Extensive Reading Practice received positive responses from students and teachers. Students reported improved reading skills, increased vocabulary, better text comprehension, and increased interest in reading. Meanwhile, teachers reported that extensive reading practice increased students' motivation to learn and active participation in language learning. The role of the school in providing adequate resources for extensive reading practice is also very important. This includes a well-stocked library and a variety of reading materials to support different reading activities. Overall, this study shows that extensive reading practice has significant benefits for students and teachers in improving language proficiency and motivation to learn.
