hnique in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) using Smart PLS software. This data analysis technique is used to facilitate researchers in data processing and analysis. The results show that the loan performance coefficient positively and significantly affects profit growth. The results of testing loan performance on profit growth show a path coefficient of 0.372 with a t-statistic value of 3.504. The t-statistic value is smaller than the t-table value (1.96). The coefficient of operating costs and operating income shows a negative and significant impact on profit growth. The results of the OCOI test on profit growth show a path coefficient of -0.638 with a t-statistic value of 6.324. The t-statistic value is greater than the t-table value (1.96). The loan performance coefficient through operational costs and operating income is negative and not significant to profit growth. The results of testing the performance of loans through OCOI on profit growth show a path coefficient of -0.174 with a t-statistic value of 1.756. The t-statistic value is smaller than the t-table value (1.96).

The highest E(Ri) value is found in DOID shares with a value of 0.00177 or 0.18%, while the lowest E(Ri) is found in GEMS companies with a value of 0.00126 or 0.13%. There are 16 shares of coal mining companies which are classified as efficient shares consisting of shares of ADRO, BSSR, BYAN, DOID, DSSA, FIRE, GEMS, iHRUM, INDY, iITMG, MBAP, MYOH, iPTRO, SMMT, iTOBA, and BRMS, as well as 8 inefficient stocks namely ARII, BOSS, BUMI, DEWA, GTBO, KKGI, PTBA, and SMRU.

causal approach with a population of 65 employees working in the Guidance and Inspection Division of Satpol PP Bogor Regency. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results revealed that, partially, both job satisfaction and work motivation have a significant effect on organizational commitment, as indicated by the t-value being greater than the t-table. Simultaneously, both variables also showed a significant effect with a P Value of 20.706 and Sig. 0.000 < 0.05. The Adjusted R Square value of 0.381 indicates that job satisfaction and work motivation contribute 38.1% to organizational commitment, while the remaining 61.9% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. The regression equation obtained is Y = 13.869 + 0.271X1 + 0.449X2, which demonstrates a positive influence of both independent variables on organizational commitment. Among the two variables, work motivation was found to be the most dominant factor, with a regression coefficient of 0.449.

Abstract:Halal certification has become an essential mechanism for ensuring that products meet Islamic requirements while also maintaining standards of safety, quality, and consumer protection. Despite its growing importance, awareness…
reness and understanding of halal certification remain relatively limited among community members, particularly women who play a central role in household purchasing decisions. This community engagement initiative was designed to enhance the knowledge and awareness of members of the Family Welfare Empowerment Organization (PKK) in Sidodadi Village, Kedaton District, Bandar Lampung City, regarding the significance of halal certification in consumer products. The program engaged 30 participants and applied a participatory educational approach consisting of counseling sessions, interactive discussions, lectures, and question-and-answer activities. Knowledge acquisition was evaluated through pre-test and post-test assessments. The findings demonstrated a marked improvement in participants’ understanding, with average scores increasing from 51.3% prior to the intervention to 94.0% afterward. The program not only strengthened participants’ awareness of halal-certified products but also encouraged more informed and responsible consumption practices. These results highlight the effectiveness of community-based halal literacy initiatives in fostering greater public understanding and supporting the development of a halal-conscious society.
