This study aims to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the sales recording system by implementing the INDEX MATCH and SUMIFS functions in Microsoft Excel. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach, involving observation, interviews, and documentation of the existing system. The results show that the use of INDEX MATCH and SUMIFS can accelerate the data retrieval process, improve the accuracy of sales reports, and reduce input errors. This study provides a practical solution for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in implementing an efficient sales recording system without requiring significant investment in ERP software. However, the system still has limitations, such as dependence on Excel files that are vulnerable to damage or unintended changes, and the lack of advanced automation features such as receivables reminders or inter-departmental integration. Therefore, future research is expected to develop a web-based system with a centralized database.

This community service activity aims to improve business management efficiency through digitalization assistance using the Sales Master application. The methods used include initial surveys, digitalization socialization, application usage training, hands-on assistance, and evaluation. The results show that MSME actors experienced improvements in transaction recording accuracy, inventory control, and accessibility of sales reports. The implementation of the Sales Master application positively impacts operational efficiency and supports the independence of local MSMEs.

This qualitative descriptive study was conducted at Dharma Yadnya General Hospital, Denpasar, which has fully implemented EMR since 2024. Data were obtained through in-depth interviews with five informants: two medical record officers, the head of the emergency nursing unit, the head of the inpatient nursing unit, and the head of the medical record department. Data analysis used the 3M framework: Man, Method, and Material. From the Man aspect, heavy workloads of doctors and the lack of administrative support staff often caused delays and incomplete documentation. From the Method aspect, although Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and system reminders existed, monitoring relied mainly on manual follow-ups via WhatsApp groups, limiting effectiveness. From the Material aspect, the EMR system was user-friendly and supported by weekly vendor maintenance, but occasional network disruptions and insufficient administrative staff still hampered real-time documentation. Incomplete medical assessments in EMR directly affect INA-CBGs claims, especially when comorbidities, complications, or procedures are not recorded, resulting in under-coding and reduced reimbursement. aging and relevant teaching materials. However, teachers still face challenges related to limitations in time, energy, technological understanding, and the accuracy of AI-generated content. Findings from the analysis show that AI has a significant capability to support teachers in designing learning materials relevant to student needs, as well as testing the accuracy of AI-generated content related to the learning material. Using a non-participant observation method, data was collected through social media, unstructured interviews with lecturers, teachers, and the general public, as well as testing the content of AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Meta AI. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to analyze the data. The study's findings reveal that artificial intelligence has a significant capacity to support educators in designing learning materials, while also optimizing time productivity and teaching innovation. However, the accuracy of AI content, although quite high for basic concepts, often does not include specific sources or references, thus requiring manual verification by teachers. The main challenges include a lack of training and technological understanding. It is recommended that teachers undergo AI training and always verify AI content with trusted sources.

Innovation is a shift from traditional management principles, processes and practices or a shift from old organizational forms to modern management. Government services to the community, known as public services, are a very strategic issue because of the interaction between the government and the community. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach to determine public service innovation. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that public service innovation with a digital queuing system is a conceptual innovation which gives rise to new paradigms, ideas, thinking and breakthroughs. Meanwhile, delivery innovation includes new ways or ways of solving problems, providing services or interacting with clients for the purpose of providing special services to customers.

The results show that the developed system is able to manage alumni data centrally, provide career path information, and generate accurate and accessible alumni reports.
