Abstract:The Level 2 Working at Height (TKBT) training conducted by PT Batamindo Investment Cakrawala produced 22 certified employees across four divisions. However, post-training recommendations from the HRD unit identified the…
absence of a periodic monitoring mechanism for certificate validity periods and personal protective equipment usage, while all record keeping remained paper-based and spreadsheet-driven. This condition creates a compliance risk against Minister of Manpower Regulation Number 9 of 2016, as expired certificates may go undetected before employees are assigned to work at height. This community service program aims to strengthen the partner's occupational safety competency certification governance through the design, implementation, and mentoring of a web-based information system. The implementation method consists of six stages: situation analysis, requirements analysis, system design, construction, socialisation and training, and operational mentoring. The system was developed using a three-tier architecture and comprises four core modules: certificate record management, automated validity notification, divisional recapitulation dashboard, and digital document archiving. Program effectiveness was measured using a pre-test and post-test design with a 20-item instrument covering four knowledge domains, analysed using normalized gain. Functional testing was conducted using the black box method, while user acceptance was measured using the System Usability Scale. The results show that participants' average knowledge score increased from 51.4 in the pre-test to 86.4 in the post-test, with a normalized gain of 0.72 categorised as high. Black box testing achieved a 90 percent success rate and the System Usability Scale score reached 82.5, indicating good user acceptance.

af flour substitution on the organoleptic characteristics, iron content, and proximate composition of dange cake and to determine the best formulation. An experimental study using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was conducted with four formulations: F1 (0 g), F2 (12 g), F3 (25 g), and F4 (37 g) Moringa leaf flour. Organoleptic testing used a 1–5 hedonic scale involving 30 untrained adolescent-girl panelists. Data were analyzed using the Kruskal–Wallis test because the organoleptic data were not normally distributed. The results showed no significant differences in color (p=0.543), aroma (p=0.067), or texture (p=0.085), whereas taste differed significantly (p<0.001). F2 had the highest mean rank for color (67.10), aroma (70.73), taste (82.27), and texture (68.70), and was therefore selected as the best formulation. Laboratory analysis of F2 showed protein 5.16%, fat 4.04%, carbohydrate 63.35%, moisture 23.75%, ash 1.70%, crude fiber 4.65%, and iron 17.10 mg/g as reported in the research results. The findings indicate that dange cake with 12 g Moringa leaf flour substitution has good sensory acceptance and potential to be developed as an iron-rich snack to support anemia prevention among adolescent girls.

Abstract:The rapid expansion of digital learning and artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly transformed educational systems worldwide, including in Ghana. However, the integration of digital technologies into education also…
so raises critical concerns regarding epistemological inequality, technological dependency, and the marginalization of indigenous knowledge systems. This study aims to critically examine digital learning in Ghana through a decolonial perspective by exploring the relationship between artificial intelligence, local knowledge, and future educational transformation. The study employed a qualitative conceptual approach based on critical literature review and decolonial theoretical analysis. Data sources consisted of scholarly articles, academic books, policy reports, and international publications related to digital learning, AI in education, indigenous knowledge systems, and postcolonial educational transformation. The findings reveal that contemporary digital learning systems frequently reproduce colonial epistemologies through linguistic dominance, curriculum standardization, algorithmic bias, and dependency on externally developed technological infrastructures. Indigenous languages and local knowledge systems remain underrepresented within mainstream educational technologies, limiting epistemic inclusivity and cultural relevance. Nevertheless, the study also identifies the transformative potential of culturally responsive AI, multilingual digital learning environments, and indigenous knowledge integration in constructing more equitable educational futures. The study concludes that decolonizing digital learning in Ghana requires the reconstruction of educational technologies grounded in epistemic justice, cultural dignity, local participation, and technological sovereignty. This article contributes to contemporary discussions on decolonial education, ethical AI, and digital transformation within the Global South by positioning digital learning as both a technological and epistemological arena of struggle.
Abstract:Compensation is part of the resource management function which is related to various types of rewards that individuals receive as rewards for employees who have carried out their work duties. The total reward received by…
employees who have done their work is managed by the company by creating a policy which is also known as input-output exchange between the company and its employees. To optimally understand the nature of compensation, the types and forms of compensation and the benefits of compensation, it can be viewed from the science of philosophy. Compensation is discussed in detail using philosophy through the dimensions of ontology, epistemology, and axiology. So, with this aim, organizations or companies can get a complete picture of compensation and can make efforts to optimize compensation so that it can bring positive benefits and prevent negative things that can arise if it is not handled correctly. This research discusses compensation from a philosophical perspective in the dimensions of ontology, epistemology and axiology using a qualitative approach. The research results show that from the perspective of philosophical knowledge, compensation can be explained in three dimensions, namely: ontology, epistemology, and axiology. In the ontological dimension, compensation includes the true meaning of compensation which can be proven to exist in every organization. The epistemological dimension of compensation is related to the basic science, forms, characteristics, and types of all existing compensation. Finally, in the axiological dimension, the discussion of compensation includes the relationship between compensation and value, namely the feasibility of compensation to be developed, as well as the function and benefits of compensation in the organization. In the end, compensation needs to be managed so that it can provide more optimal benefits in the continuity of an organization's activities.

copus as journals with reputable and accountable research outputs. The Scopus database was used as data in this study. This study uses a comparative qualitative method of analysis by comparing documents published in developed and developing countries. The results of this study show that; 1) The development of research related to democracy and bureaucracy based on the Scopus database has decreased significantly in 2017-2020, increased in 2021 and decreased again in 2022. 2) The predominance of research related to democracy and bureaucracy occurs in the United State, where the country is a full-fledged democracy. 3) The connectedness of the study during 2015-2022 is divided into 8 clusters, each cluster displays a comparison of countries with the interconnectedness between countries involved in the research. 4) The high weberianess of the state bureaucracy is due to the professional public administration before democracy combined with electoral competition and non-ethnic politics. Brazil, South Korea, and Taiwan are examples. Argentine hyper-presidentialism exacerbates top-down politicization of public administration and personalist patronage.
Abstract:This study analyzes the effect of Village Funds, the Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR), and Average Years of Schooling (AYS) on per capita income in underdeveloped regions of Sumatra Island. Underdeveloped regions in…
Indonesia continue to face significant challenges in improving the welfare of their populations, with factors such as Village Funds, labor force participation, and education playing crucial roles in poverty alleviation. This research uses secondary data from Statistics Indonesia (BPS) and related institutions, employing regression analysis to examine the impact of these variables on per capita income. The results indicate that Village Funds and the Labor Force Participation Rate have a significant positive impact on per capita income, while Average Years of Schooling has a smaller but still significant effect. These findings provide valuable insights for policymakers in formulating development strategies aimed at improving welfare in underdeveloped areas. Approaches that involve more effective management of Village Funds, improving education quality, and enhancing labor force participation can serve as strategic steps to address economic disparities across regions in Sumatra Island.

donesia’s Disadvantaged, Frontier, and Outermost (3T) regions before and after the COVID-19 pandemic. Employing a quantitative approach, this research analyzes panel data from 62 regencies categorized as 3T regions from 2017 to 2022. The study uses panel data regression analysis to evaluate the influence of these expenditures on economic outcomes. Findings indicate that government spending in the education sector consistently had a positive effect on economic growth before and after the pandemic. Conversely, expenditure in social protection and HDI shifted from having a positive to a negative impact post-pandemic. Meanwhile, investments in public services, infrastructure, and overall investment, which previously had a negative impact, showed a positive influence in the post-pandemic period. Overall, government spending across all sectors had a simultaneous and significant positive effect on economic growth in the 3T regions. These results underscore the need for evidence-based policy interventions to enhance the effectiveness of government spending in promoting equitable economic growth in underdeveloped areas.

distribution of infrastructure development, especially in remote areas. Economic growth, driven by increased goods and services, is closely tied to infrastructure such as roads, electricity, and water distribution. This study analyzes the impact of these infrastructural elements and labor force participation on economic growth, measured by Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), across 34 provinces from 2017 to 2021. Using panel data regression, the results reveal that road length, electricity distribution, and clean water distribution have significant positive effects on GRDP. However, labor force participation shows an insignificant impact. Together, these variables explain 57% of GRDP growth. The findings highlight the critical role of infrastructure in economic development, with provinces like Jakarta leading the growth while regions like North Maluku lag behind. Improving infrastructure and addressing regional disparities are essential to enhancing Indonesia’s overall economic performance.
Abstract:This study aims to determine the role of emotion regulation on academic resilience in 10th, 12th, and 14th semester students who are working on an undergraduate thesis. The research method used is quantitative, employing…
multiple regression analysis techniques to analyze the data. The instruments used in this study include the Emotion Regulation Questionnaire (ERQ) scale, developed by Gross and John (2003), to measure emotion regulation, and The Academic Resilience Scale (ARS-30), developed by Cassidy (2016), to measure academic resilience. The results of the study reveal that there is a significant positive effect of cognitive reappraisal emotion regulation on academic resilience among students in their 10th, 12th, and 14th semesters who are working on their thesis, accounting for 27.1% of the variance in academic resilience. This finding suggests that students who engage in cognitive reappraisal, a strategy that involves reinterpreting a situation to change its emotional impact, are more likely to demonstrate resilience in the face of academic challenges. In contrast, the study found no significant effect of expressive suppression emotion regulation on academic resilience in the same group of students. Expressive suppression, which involves inhibiting the outward expression of emotions, does not appear to contribute to the ability of students to remain resilient while working on their thesis. These findings highlight the importance of cognitive emotion regulation strategies in fostering academic resilience among students, particularly during challenging academic tasks such as thesis completion.
