, kesulitan dalam pencarian arsip, serta belum optimalnya pemanfaatan teknologi informasi dalam mendukung pelayanan publik. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas administrasi desa melalui penerapan sistem informasi administrasi desa serta penguatan kapasitas aparatur dalam pengelolaan tata kelola berbasis digital. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi, identifikasi kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi implementasi sistem. Hasil sementara menunjukkan bahwa penerapan sistem informasi mampu meningkatkan kecepatan pengolahan data administrasi sebesar 75%, mempercepat proses pencarian arsip hingga 80%, serta meningkatkan kompetensi aparatur desa dalam penggunaan teknologi informasi sebesar 85% berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test. Selain itu, tingkat kepuasan perangkat desa terhadap penggunaan sistem mencapai 88%. Implementasi ini diharapkan mampu mewujudkan pelayanan publik yang lebih efektif, efisien, transparan, dan akuntabel di Desa Prapat Janji.
The Prapat Janji Village Office faces several challenges in managing administrative processes and village governance, including manual data recording, delays in administrative services, difficulties in document retrieval, and the suboptimal utilization of information technology to support public services. This community service program aims to improve the effectiveness of village administration through the implementation of a village administrative information system and the strengthening of village officials’ capacity in managing digital-based governance. The methods employed include observation, needs assessment, training, mentoring, and system implementation evaluation. Preliminary results indicate that the implementation of the information system has increased the efficiency of administrative data processing by 75%, accelerated document retrieval processes by up to 80%, and enhanced the information technology competencies of village officials by 85%, based on pre-test and post-test evaluations. Furthermore, the satisfaction level of village staff regarding the use of the system reached 88%. The implementation is expected to promote more effective, efficient, transparent, and accountable public services in Prapat Janji Village.

Villages, as the lowest level of government, play a strategic role in development and public service delivery; however, they still face various challenges in administration and management. Manual administrative processes lead to slow services, a high risk of errors, and low levels of transparency and accountability. In addition, the limited competence of village officials in technology and modern management hinders the effectiveness of planning, implementation, and evaluation of development programs. This condition impacts the quality of public services and reduces community participation. Therefore, digital transformation and the strengthening of village governance management have become urgent necessities. The research applies a quantitative design using secondary time series data obtained from official institutions, including export data from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia and economic growth data from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis technique employed is the Vector Error Correction Model, which identifies short-run and long-run relationships between variables. The results show that in the short run, export value has a positive and significant influence on economic growth, while in the long run, it shows a positive but insignificant relationship.

Employing a qualitative research method with a distinct anthropological approach, data were gathered through participant observation and in-depth interviews with key informants. The findings reveal that the execution of Tudang Sipulung in Marannu Village is not merely a ceremonial ritual but a structured forum for collective decision-making. This procession involves a synergy between traditional leaders, village government officials, agricultural extension workers, and the farming community, particularly in preparation for the rice planting season. The primary agenda includes determining planting schedules, selecting seed varieties, and managing irrigation systems to minimize the risk of crop failure. Anthropologically, this tradition serves as a medium for social integration, bridging local wisdom with technical government policies. This study concludes that the sustainability of Tudang Sipulung is a crucial factor in maintaining food security and social harmony within the Marannu Village community.

research. The informants in this study consisted of MUI officials in North Sulawesi Province and non-Muslim MSME actors in Manado City. The results of this study indicate that: Non-Muslim SME actors have demonstrated a high level of adaptation to halal certification regulations through gradual and pragmatic strategies. They began by improving hygiene, recording raw materials, and participating in training and capacity-building programs. These strategies reflect that the actors do not reject the regulations but require an approach tailored to their capacities. In many cases, halal certification is even positioned as a branding tool and a means of market expansion, rather than merely legal compliance. This adaptation also reflects the success of a values-based approach rooted in the principles of maqasid, where regulations are accepted as meaningful and beneficial ethical business practices. Through a dialogic and contextual approach, non-Muslim SME operators have successfully transformed halal certification into an opportunity rather than a threat to their identity.

Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan analisis konten tematik pada 180 video serta pengamatan metrik performa—termasuk pertumbuhan pengikut (+14,74% dalam 18 hari), rata-rata views (402.163 per video), dan engagement rate (7,34%). Hasil penelitian mengungkap lima strategi utama: (1) narasi “pemimpin yang hadir langsung” untuk membangun citra heroik-emotif; (2) gaya soft-power santai namun bermakna; (3) dialog interaktif disertai solusi konkret; (4) tantangan sosial (challenge) untuk meningkatkan partisipasi publik; dan (5) satire terhadap elitisme politik. Kelima strategi tersebut terbukti efektif dalam menciptakan kedekatan emosional, membentuk “affective trust,” serta memaksimalkan jangkauan dan partisipasi pengguna TikTok. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya keaslian, responsivitas, dan keterlibatan emosional sebagai faktor kunci dalam komunikasi politik digital.

There are various problems, including administrative problems regarding ownership of the market land, and there is a tug-of-war regarding land ownership status between the local community and the Agam Regency Government, which in this case is the Nagari Padang Tarok Government, which becomes an obstacle in developing market management. The method used in this research is the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm communication model and the Swot Analysis method. The problem of asset ownership status and the status of Pakan Rabaa Nagari Padang Tarok is still unresolved and still triggers disputes . The results of this research found that the communication strategy used was the Osgood and Wilbur Schramm model of communication approach , which was very effective in resolving Nagari market disputes.

The research method used is a literature review, in which information is collected and analyzed from various sources such as journal articles, books, and related references. The results showed that Extensive Reading Practice received positive responses from students and teachers. Students reported improved reading skills, increased vocabulary, better text comprehension, and increased interest in reading. Meanwhile, teachers reported that extensive reading practice increased students' motivation to learn and active participation in language learning. The role of the school in providing adequate resources for extensive reading practice is also very important. This includes a well-stocked library and a variety of reading materials to support different reading activities. Overall, this study shows that extensive reading practice has significant benefits for students and teachers in improving language proficiency and motivation to learn.

(1988) which includes:Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability (Reliability), Responsiveness (Responsivness), Guarantee (Assurance), and Empathy (Empaty). The results of the research that has been carried out indicate that the three dimensions of service quality, namely those related to Physical Evidence (Tengibles), Reliability, Responsiveness, are considered by the community to be not optimal when they are obtaining SIM C at the Semarang City Police SATLANTAS Office. While the other two dimensions, namely Assurance and Empathy, are considered by the community to be optimal. This condition resulted in many violations committed by two-wheeled riders, which reached 75% andaccording to data from the Semarang Traffic Police Traffic Unit in 2020, there were 51,858 motorists who did not carry SIM C when driving on the roads in the city of Semarang.

udy was to analyze the role of local culture in the relationship of leader member exchange to the performance of employees at the Village Office in Abiansemal District. The research is causal in nature to provide an explanation and understanding of the relationship between the leader member exchange variable, local culture and employee performance variables. The research population was all employees of the Village Office in Abiansemal District, totaling 269 employees. Questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability were given to 73 respondents. Methods of data collection by observation, interviews, documentation, literature and questionnaires. The method of determining the sample with a saturated sample and the method of analysis using descriptive analysis and inferential analysis with Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The results show that the leader member exchange variable has an effectsignificanton employee performance, local culture has an effect positive and significant on employee performance.Local culture is not able to moderate the influenceleader member exchangeon employee performance but tends to be a predictor variable because it has positive but not significant results.
