and secondary data, which consist of 60 monthly observations from January 2020 to December 2024. The analysis tool employed is the Vector Error Correction Model (VECM), with several tests conducted, including the stationarity test, optimal lag test, VAR stability test, cointegration test, Granger causality test, VECM estimation, impulse response function (IRF) test, and forecast error variance decomposition (FEVD) test. The results indicate that inflation has a significant negative effect on DPK in both the short and long term. The exchange rate has no significant effect on DPK in either the short or long term. The BI rate does not affect DPK in the short term, while in the long term, it tends to show a negative effect, though not significant. Gross Domestic Product (GDP) has a significant positive effect on DPK in both the short and long term.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ROA, ROE, DER dan EPS terhadap harga saham lembaga keuangan syariah yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2022–2024. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan regresi data panel menggunakan software Eviews 12, di mana data yang dianalisis berasal dari laporan keuangan bulanan tujuh perusahaan sektor keuangan syariah yang tercantum dalam Daftar Efek Syariah (DES). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial, ROA dan EPS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham, yang berarti bahwa peningkatan ROA dan EPS cenderung diikuti oleh kenaikan harga saham. Sebaliknya, ROE dan DER menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan, yang mengindikasikan bahwa kenaikan nilai ROE dan DER justru berkorelasi dengan penurunan harga saham. Secara simultan, keempat variabel independen tersebut terbukti memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham, yang menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor fundamental perusahaan berperan penting dalam menentukan pergerakan harga saham lembaga keuangan syariah.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran budaya organisasi terhadap pengembangan organisasi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui metode studi literatur. Data diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, seperti jurnal ilmiah, buku, dan media daring yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa budaya organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap proses pengembangan organisasi melalui pembentukan pola interaksi sosial, internalisasi nilai, serta mekanisme adaptasi organisasi dalam menghadapi perubahan lingkungan. Budaya organisasi juga berfungsi sebagai proses berkelanjutan yang diwariskan dari generasi ke generasi dan berorientasi pada pemecahan masalah secara kolektif. Dengan demikian, penguatan budaya organisasi yang konstruktif menjadi strategi penting dalam menciptakan pengembangan organisasi yang berkelanjutan.

bibliometric analysis of global trends, collaboration networks, and thematic developments remains limited. This study conducts a bibliometric analysis of 489 Scopus-indexed articles published between 1977 and 2025 to examine publication trends, key contributors, and thematic structures. Results indicate that the United States (32.5%), United Kingdom (15.8%), Germany (9.6%), and Canada (7.3%) are the leading contributors, with emerging research from Slovenia (2.1%) and Uruguay (1.7%). Institutional collaborations highlight strong interdisciplinary ties, particularly between the Center for Addictive Disorders and the Faculty of Medicine and Health. Co-authorship analysis identifies Nikos Ntoumanis (98 publications) and Jennifer Cumming (76 publications) as pivotal researchers, while citation network analysis highlights influential clusters led by Joan L. Duda (4,532 citations) and Andreas Ivarsson (3,215 citations). Bradford’s Law identifies Psychology of Sport and Exercise and Journal of Applied Sport Psychology as core journals. Thematic mapping reveals that mental toughness (18.4%) and resilience (14.7%) are dominant topics, while psychometrics (6.3%) and competitive anxiety (5.1%) remain underexplored. financial bookkeeping can strengthen women’s empowerment within the PKK Dawis 2 group in Surodinawan Village, Mojokerto City. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, data were obtained through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The implementation of structured administrative procedures, including agenda preparation, attendance recording, and systematic documentation, resulted in increased participation, clearer decision-making processes, and stronger organizational coordination. Likewise, the adoption of basic financial bookkeeping enabled members to record income and expenditures accurately, prepare monthly financial reports, and improve accountability in managing community funds. The findings show that training and guided practice helped members build confidence, develop financial literacy, and contribute more actively to organizational activities. Overall, the study concludes that strengthening administrative discipline and transparent bookkeeping significantly enhances women’s agency and organizational resilience, offering a practical model for similar community groups.

Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dkepada 112 responden Generasi Z (98 perempuan dan 14 laki-laki) yang memiliki pengalaman membeli produk Somethinc. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa semua hipotesis diterima. Uji t (parsial) membuktikan bahwa baik brand awareness maupun promosi influencer masing-masing memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Selanjutnya, Uji F (simultan) juga mengonfirmasi bahwa kedua variabel tersebut secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk Somethinc. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi praktis bagi pengembangan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif, dengan menekankan pentingnya sinergi antara membangun kesadaran merek yang kuat dan mengoptimalkan peran influencer untuk mendorong keputusan pembelian di segmen konsumen muda.

This study aims to analyse the needs and components of a robust maritime surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait, particularly in dealing with the impacts of extreme weather and climate change. Additionally, this research will explore the role of geospatial maritime intelligence in enhancing situational awareness and response to maritime incidents. The study findings indicate that a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait requires the integration of advanced sensor systems (including multi-spectral radar and meteorological/oceanographic sensors), redundant communication networks, and AI/ML-based intelligent data processing. The adaptive capabilities of the system, including the use of UAVs and USVs, are critical to maintaining operational effectiveness in adverse weather conditions. Additionally, international cooperation and a robust policy framework, encompassing climate change adaptation and ethical considerations, are fundamental to the successful implementation and sustainability of surveillance systems. The Malacca Strait case study highlights specific vulnerabilities and proposes concrete solutions, illustrating a shift from a reactive to a proactive paradigm in maritime security. Building a resilient surveillance architecture in the Malacca Strait is a strategic imperative to safeguard global trade, regional stability, and environmental sustainability amid increasing climate uncertainty. This study aims to analyze the primary factors influencing consumer protection in live commerce settings by examining five core variables: product transparency, platform accountability, perceived risk, consumer trust, and digital literacy. Utilizing a qualitative exploratory approach, this research conducted a comprehensive literature review of 77 international journal articles published between 2020 and 2024. The findings indicate that product transparency and platform accountability are fundamental to enhancing consumer trust and reducing perceived risks, whereas digital literacy acts as a moderating factor that empowers consumers to make informed decisions. The study proposes a conceptual framework that integrates behavioral and regulatory dimensions, offering both theoretical insights and practical implications for improving consumer protection in fast paced, interactive digital marketplaces.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana peran pendidikan Agama Hindu dalam menanamkan konsep Tat Twam Asi kepada siswa di SD Inpres 2 Balinggi. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan konsep Tat Twam Asi dalam pembelajaran agama Hindu dapat meningkatkan rasa empati dan kepedulian sosial siswa. Pembelajaran berbasis praktik langsung, seperti kegiatan gotong royong, membantu siswa memahami makna mendalam dari ajaran ini secara nyata. Dengan demikian, pendidikan Agama Hindu memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang berbudi pekerti luhur melalui ajaran Tat Twam Asi. Untuk memperkuat implementasi konsep ini, diperlukan metode pembelajaran yang inovatif, berbasis pengalaman nyata, serta dukungan dari guru dan lingkungan sekolah.
