Additionally, active support from parents and teachers plays a significant role in supporting the success of counseling. This study contributes to counseling practice in elementary schools by emphasizing the importance of empathetic and collaborative individual interventions.

This teaching assistance activity is conducted at UPT SD Negeri 066656, one of the elementary schools in Medan, specifically located at Jl. Karya Sembada No. 182 A PB. Selayang II. The objective is to provide direct teaching experience, understand student characteristics, and develop skills in designing, implementing, and evaluating the learning process. Through this teaching assistance program, students not only observe the learning process but also actively participate in teaching activities and assist teachers in the learning process. This report is compiled as a form of accountability for the implementation of the teaching assistance activities and as a reflection on the experiences gained during the program. Additionally, students have carried out a series of activities focused on improving the quality of learning and applying 21st-century learning approaches. The activities conducted include: Students observing the learning process in the classroom, including analyzing the curriculum and students' learning needs. Students developing learning materials such as lesson plans/teaching modules and designing learning media. Students also actively participating in the adaptation of technology in learning.

dang Genting masih mengalami kendala dalam menyusun modul ajar, Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran (RPP), serta mengimplementasikan pembelajaran berbasis proyek secara efektif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan mengembangkan model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pelatihan, pendampingan implementasi di kelas, praktik penyusunan perangkat pembelajaran, dan evaluasi reflektif. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa model pendampingan yang diterapkan mampu meningkatkan kemampuan guru dalam menyusun modul ajar dan RPP berbasis proyek dengan capaian sebesar 89,3% pada kategori sangat baik. Selain itu, guru menjadi lebih aktif, kreatif, dan mampu melibatkan siswa dalam pembelajaran yang komunikatif dan kolaboratif. Dengan demikian, model pendampingan berbasis Project-Based Learning efektif dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran Bahasa Inggris di SDN 15 Padang Genting.
Project-Based Learning (PBL) is an innovative approach that can improve the quality of English language learning in elementary schools through collaborative and project-oriented activities. However, teachers at SDN 15 Padang Genting still face difficulties in developing teaching modules, lesson plans, and implementing project-based learning effectively. This community service activity aimed to develop a mentoring model based on Project-Based Learning to improve teachers’ competence in English language teaching. The methods used included needs analysis, teacher training, classroom mentoring, practical implementation of learning tools, and reflective evaluation. The stages of the activity consisted of identifying teachers’ needs, designing the mentoring model, conducting training sessions, assisting classroom implementation, and evaluating the outcomes. The results showed that the mentoring model improved teachers’ ability to develop project-based teaching modules and lesson plans, achieving a score of 89.3% in the very good category. In addition, teachers became more active and creative in engaging students in collaborative and communicative learning activities. Therefore, the Project-Based Learning mentoring model was effective in improving the quality of English language learning at SDN 15 Padang Genting.

The data collection process relies on literature review techniques to gather trusted supporting scientific literature. Data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing are utilized as analytical stages to dissect the entire lecture recording based on Aristotle's rhetorical triangle theory. The results show that the element of ethos or credibility is built through the adjustment of local sarong clothing, a humble attitude toward elders, respectful etiquette toward Madurese kiai, and authoritative hadith references. The element of pathos or emotional appeal is manifested through dramatic narratives of a mother's struggle in giving birth, the physical sacrifice of a father in the orchard, the story of his own mother's passing, and the analogy of an old Quranic mushaf for the elderly to arouse the congregation's pity and regret. The element of logos or logical argument is proven through the syllogism of moral priority over material wealth, the law of direct causal retribution for rebellious children, and textual historical proof regarding the inclusivity of the prophet's social relations with non-Muslims. The synchronization of these three rhetorical elements successfully packages weighty morality material into a logical yet deeply touching spiritual presentation for the congregation.

Metode penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, lnforman penelitian terdiri dari informan kunci yaitu sekertaris Kecamatan Tallo, sedangkan informan pendukung adalah kasubag pelayanan umum, petugas pelayanan kecamatan tiga orang dan masyarakat dengan jumlah total informan tujuh orang. Tehnik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data melalui Penyajian data, dan reduksi data. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa kelima indikator kualitas pelayanan, yaitu: tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, dan empaty menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan publik di Kantor Kecamatan Tallo Kota Makassar telah berjalan dengan baik. Demikian juga penerapan prinsip-prinsip Good Govemace berdasarkan asas transparansi, akuntabel, partisipatif, efektifitas dan efesiensi telah berhasil terimpelementasikan dengan baik. Namun demikian, terdapat beberapa indikator yang masih perlu perbaikan, diantaranya: dimensi bukti fisik (tangible), dimensi kehandalan (reliability), dan dimensi empati (empathy). Pada ketiga indikator tersebut masih perlu ditingkatkan lagi pelayanan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat, agar proses pelayanan dapat berjalan sesuai dengan standar pelayanan dan tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik (Good Governance) sehingga pengguna layanan akan merasa puas dengan pelayanan yang diberikan khususnya di Kecamatan Tallo Kata Makassar. Adanya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi, seperti Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM), koordinasi dengan pemerintah kelurahan, sarana dan prasarana, maka implementasi reformasi birokrasi pelayanan publik sepenuhnya belumlah maksimal untuk menciptakan suasana nyaman bagi pemohon pelayanan. Oleh karena itu, kepuasan yang diharapkan dari pelanggan belum terlaksana dengan baik.

whose are essential grammatical elements in complex sentence construction and play a vital role in producing cohesive writing. Through a methodological approach combining descriptive analysis, literature studies, and field research involving 100 English major students, this research investigates various aspects of relative pronoun usage, including grammatical functions, contexts of use, common error patterns, and effective learning strategies. Research findings reveal that 75% of learner difficulties are related to misunderstandings in distinguishing between the use of who and whom, as well as confusion in the placement of that and which. Further analysis shows a significant correlation between mastery of relative pronouns and academic writing ability. This research also identifies and proposes a series of innovative learning strategies, including contextual approaches and corpus-based learning, which have proven effective in improving the understanding and use of relative pronouns. These findings provide substantial contributions to the development of English language learning materials and offer practical implications for teachers in designing more effective teaching strategies for the topic of relative pronouns.

Price transparency, although not explicitly focused on, is important for investment decisions. This study recommends improving information related to investment costs and incentives.
