Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah Metodologi Participatory Action Research (PAR), yang memungkinkan pengumpulan data melalui observasi langsung di Bank Woori Saudara KC Jember serta analisis praktik-praktik terbaik yang digunakan dalam pengarsipan cif dan specimen tanda tangan nasabah di lingkungan perbankan. Based on results research and discussion that has been put forward can taken conclusion that from pretest results,obtained the average value is 46.35 which is classified as in category low.While average value of results Study posttest students, namely 85.52, which indicates that results after given treatment increase with such a range big.From the average pretest and posttest scores there are difference of 39.17 and based on hypothesis test results with level significant = 0.05 and ttable of 2.034, thitung of 14.737. With thus thitung> ttable 14.737> 2.034, then can concluded that there is the influence of the Project Based Learning Model on results learning PPKN for students Class IV of UPTD SD Negeri 122350 Pematangsiantar.Maka based on Hypothesis Test Results is rejected and accepted which indicates that existence the influence of the Project Based Learning Model is significant to results learning PPKN for students Class IV of UPTD SD Negeri 122350 Pematangsiantar.

ng Motivation on Learning Outcomes, with Learning Independence as a moderating variable, in 11th grade students at SMK Negeri 1 Patumbak. This research was conducted at SMK Negeri 1 Patumbak, located at Jl. Ujung Defense, Lantasan Baru, Patumbak District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra. This study used an ex post facto approach. The population was 35 11th grade Accounting students. The sample size was 35 students, using total sampling. Data collection was conducted through documentation and questionnaire distribution. The questionnaire was first tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was then processed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 30 software. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on students' accounting learning outcomes. This is indicated by a regression coefficient of 0.321 with a significance level of 0.021, which is less than 0.05. (2) Learning motivation has a positive and significant effect on students' accounting learning outcomes. The analysis results show a regression coefficient of 0.428 with a significance level of 0.004, which is less than 0.05. (3) Self-efficacy and learning motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on students' accounting learning outcomes. This is proven by a calculated F-value of 18.672 with a significance level of 0.000, which is less than 0.05. (4) Learning independence moderates the effect of self-efficacy on accounting learning outcomes. This is indicated by the significance value of the interaction variable between self-efficacy and learning independence of 0.043, which is less than 0.05. (5) Learning independence moderates the influence of learning motivation on accounting learning outcomes. The analysis results show a significance value of the interaction variable between learning motivation and learning independence of 0.029, which is less than 0.05. This means that learning independence strengthens the influence of learning motivation on students' accounting learning outcomes

Research results: The results indicate that 21 respondents (70%) have a positive attitude, while 9 respondents (30%) have a negative attitude. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it shows that midwives have a positive attitude to awards maternal affection care during labor. iting skills in learning Indonesian through the application of image media in using the problem based learning (PBL) model in grade IV of SDN 55 Air Pacah, Padang City. This type of research is Classroom Action Research (CAR). The research instruments used were teacher activity observation sheets, student activity observation sheets, and student writing skill assessment sheets. The percentage of teacher activity obtained in Cycle I was 80% and increased in Cycle II with a percentage of 92.5%. The average observation of student activities in Cycle I was 72.5% and increased in Cycle II with an average of 85%. The completion of student writing skill learning outcomes in Cycle I was 44% with an average learning outcome of 62, increasing to 84% in Cycle II with an average learning outcome of 78. Based on the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model can improve students' descriptive text writing skills
