enAI as an adaptive learning medium, its effect on improving digital literacy, and Information Systems students' perceptions of its use. This research employed a quantitative approach using a pre-experimental method with a one-group pre-test and post-test design. The results showed that the average digital literacy score increased from 68.8 to 85.0, representing an improvement of 16.2 points after the implementation of GenAI. The highest improvement was found in the Digital Safety and Ethics dimension with 19 points, followed by Digital Content Creation with 17 points, Information Literacy and Digital Technology Utilization with 16 points each, and Digital Communication and Collaboration with 13 points. The paired sample t-test produced a t-value of 8.45 with a significance level of 0.000, indicating that the implementation of GenAI had a statistically significant effect on improving students' digital literacy. The students also expressed positive perceptions of GenAI because it facilitated their understanding of learning materials, increased learning motivation, and supported more effective completion of academic tasks. This study concludes that GenAI is an effective adaptive learning medium for improving students' digital literacy. The novelty of this study lies in the development of a GenAI implementation model that integrates adaptive learning with the five dimensions of digital literacy among Information Systems students in a comprehensive manner.

This study aims to identify the ethical challenges associated with school-based e-counseling, analyze the professional considerations required of counselors, and examine the interrelationship among ethics, professionalism, and institutional support in the implementation of e-counseling services. The study employed a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method guided by the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) framework through a comprehensive search of articles indexed in Google Scholar, GARUDA, ERIC, Scopus, and ProQuest published between 2015 and 2025. The findings reveal that the primary challenges of e-counseling include data confidentiality, client privacy, digital information security, professional boundaries, and limitations in nonverbal communication. The results further indicate that digital competence, adherence to professional ethical standards, and institutional support from schools are critical factors influencing the effectiveness of e-counseling services. This study contributes a conceptual synthesis that positions ethics, counselors’ digital professionalism, and institutional governance as three interrelated pillars essential for the development of safe, ethical, and professional e-counseling practices within school settings.

The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with an ethnographic perspective, allowing the researcher to observe and understand phenomena within a broader social context. Data collection was carried out through interviews with traders and market visitors, direct observation of the coin exchange activities, and documentation of activities related to these transactions. The collected data were then analyzed using three main stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the practice of coin exchange not only facilitates transactions in the market but also serves as a medium for applying arithmetic operations in everyday life. This activity encourages the development of logical thinking skills, such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, which are frequently used in the bargaining process or in determining the price of goods. Furthermore, coin exchange helps maintain price stability and increases transaction efficiency in the market by reducing dependence on paper money, which is often difficult to divide accurately. Thus, the study concludes that the application of ethnomathematics in coin exchange activities at Sarwono Market provides dual benefits, both in the economic context and in mathematics education.

Utilizing a quantitative approach, this study employs Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the assistance of PLS and IBM Statistics SPSS 26.0 programs for data analysis. The research sample consists of 108 respondents who are employees meeting specific criteria within the Regional Apparatus Organizations of Bogor City. Data collection was conducted through questionnaire distribution to these respondents. The analysis results indicate that regional financial management accountability plays a significant role in mediating the relationship between the accessibility of regional financial reports and regional financial accounting systems towards good governance. These findings suggest that improving the accessibility of financial reports and enhancing regional financial accounting systems can promote the establishment of good governance through increased accountability in financial management. This research provides an important contribution to understanding the factors influencing the realization of good governance at the regional government level and can serve as a reference for policymakers in formulating strategies to improve the quality of governance, particularly in aspects of regional financial management in Bogor City and other regions in Indonesia.

Through the utilization of research and development (R&D), the primary focus of investigation can be directed towards the creation, advancement, and assessment of learning media in terms of design and viability. The end result is an Android game that serves as a learning tool for computer system topics. The assessment findings indicate that the storyboard design has achieved a validity score of 4.91 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from the evaluation of two design professionals. The initial design expert assigned a validity score of 4.88, while the second design expert assigned a validity score of 4.94 on a 5-point scale. These scores indicate that the research results fall into the “Very Good” category. According to the assessment conducted by linguists, the language employed in creating the tale has been given a validity score of 4.73 out of 5, placing it in the “Very Good” category. The score was derived from two linguists. The initial linguist assigned a validity score of 4.5, while the second linguist assigned a validity score of 4.7 on a 5-point scale. This research aims to analyze the upstream-to-downstream agribusiness system of the Goatday farm, analyze the strategies that Goatday has implemented, and analyze the strategies that Goatday can implement in the future. The data sources in this research were obtained from key informants and follow-up informants. The key informant in this research is Mr. Muhammad Farid Akrom the owner of the Goatday farm, while further informants are Mr. Ahmad Fauzi and Mr. Hendri the person in charge of the Goatday farm, and Mr. Hermawan the partner of the Goatday breeder. The analysis used is descriptive analysis, Business Model Canvas (BMC), and SWOT analysis. The result of this research was that Goatday has implemented an agribusiness system on its farms that is integrated. Goatday has also implemented partnerships and has a well-systemized farm. Based on the SWOT analysis, the strategy that Goatday can implement in the future is to create an education-based farm and provide more training to staff and partners regarding efficient maintenance management.

distribusi yang digunakan oleh PLN adalah standar SPLN No. 59 Tahun 1985 dan standar SPLN 68-2:1986 yaitu nilai SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) sebesar 21 jam/pelanggan/tahun dan nilai SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) sebesar 3,2 kali/pelanggan/tahun. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi tingkat keandalan sistem distribusi tenaga listrik di PT. PLN (Persero) Area Balikpapan terutama pada penyulang J4 J5 J6 dengan menghitung nilai SAIDI dan SAIFI selama periode waktu 1 tahun. Data gangguan yang ditinjau adalah data gangguan yang terjadi selama tahun 2018. Dari hasil perhitungan diperoleh bahwa pada penyulang J4 nilai SAIDI sebesar 21,94 jam/ pelanggan/tahun dan nilai SAIFI sebesar 3.26 kali/ pelanggan/tahun. Pada penyulang J5 nilai SAIDI sebesar 30,09 jam/ pelanggan/ tahun dan nilai SAIFI sebesar 3,99 kali/pelanggan/tahun. Pada penyulang J6 nilai SAIDI sebesar 50,96 jam/pelanggan/ tahun dan nilai SAIFI sebesar 5,24 kali pelanggan/tahun. Dibandingkan terhadap nilai standar SPLN No. 59 Tahun 1985 dan standar SPLN 68-2: 1986 maka nilai indeks keandalan penyulang J4 J5 J6 masih di bawah standar atau dikategorikan sebagai kurang handal.

Metode ini dipilih karena berfokus pada identifikasi kekuatan, pengalaman positif, serta perumusan visi bersama untuk pengembangan organisasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kesadaran karyawan terhadap pentingnya pelayanan prima. Pada setiap tahapan 4D, peserta mampu mengidentifikasi praktik pelayanan terbaik yang telah dimiliki perusahaan, merumuskan harapan pelayanan di masa depan, menyusun strategi penguatan budaya layanan, serta berkomitmen untuk menerapkannya dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari.
