Unveiling Ideology In The Lyrics Of Wak Uteh Groups “Angin Koncang (High Wind)” : A Systemic Functional Analysis  On A Song Lyrics With Tanjungbalai Malay Language

Abstract: This paper discusses the use of Language Metafunction in a Tanjungbalai Malay language song “Angin Koncang (High Wind)”. This research aims to identify the ideology of the song as portrayed through words and action of the… f the protagonist in this song. This research focused on every single word in the lyric. The study used qualitative and descriptive methods. The data collection was obtained from smule.com. The data was analyzed by using Language Metafunction theory by Halliday’s Ideational, Interpersonal, and Textual Meaning. The results of the research show that three dominant processes of language can be found are Material Process, Relational Process, and Mental Process; with the first mentioned being the dominant one. Also, by analyzing the lyric, it can be concluded that the ideology of the song is to promote an ideology of pragmatic survival and functional relationships

Public Preferences In Choosing Fracture Treatment In Laucimba Village, Kabanjahe District

Abstract: This study aims to determine the perceptions and reasons or factors underlying community preferences in choosing fracture treatment in Laucimba Village, Kabanjahe District. The study was conducted in Laucimba Village using… ng a qualitative descriptive method, with data collection techniques including observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that traditional medicine has a more dominant positive perception compared to modern medicine, traditional medicine is considered more affordable in terms of cost, comfort, and a relatively faster healing process. Meanwhile, modern medicine is perceived as a more certain and safe treatment because it is supported by medical examinations and professional health workers, but some people consider this treatment expensive and high risk because it requires surgery. Community preferences are generally influenced by factors such as cost, distance and accessibility, personal experience, and the influence of family and social environment. Community decision-making in choosing fracture treatment is a rational action that is adjusted to conditions, needs, and beliefs

Performance Analysis of Lecturers of Computer Science Study, FMIPA, HKBP Nommensen University Pematangsiantar

Abstract: This study aims to assess the performance of lecturers in the Computer Science Study Program at HKBP Nommensen University Pematangsiantar from the perspective of students and identify areas that need improvement to enhance… ce the academic quality of the study program. The study uses a quantitative approach through a survey. The researchers collected data using a five-point Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 103 students of the Computer Science Study Program who had attended lectures. The researchers analyzed five aspects: teaching readiness, teaching materials, teaching discipline, teaching evaluation, and lecturer personality. We analyzed the data using descriptive statistics, calculating the percentage of student responses for each aspect of the assessment. The results of the study show that the performance of lecturers in the Computer Science Study Program at HKBP Nommensen University Pematangsiantar is generally in the good to very good category. The aspects of teaching readiness, teaching materials, teaching discipline, and teaching evaluation received very good ratings. The aspect of lecturer personality was in the good category. However, we must improve lecturer performance in the aspect of research. We must improve productivity, continuity of research activities, and scientific publications. The results of this study are expected to be used as evaluation material and a basis for policy-making for institutions in their efforts to improve the quality of lecturers and higher education in a sustainable manner.

Implementasi E-CRM dalam Mempertahankan Pelanggan Pada Toko Key Distro Kisaran

Toko ini sadar bahwa perkembangan teknologi yang pesat dapat mempengaruhi kinerja bisnis di semua… ua sektor, baik itu bisinis yang bergerak dibidang dagang maupun jasa. Untuk tetap bersaing di tengah persaingan yang semakin ketat, pihak toko terus mengembangkan teknologi dan menjaga hubungan dengan pelanggan. Dalam upaya ini, Key Distro Kisaran menggunakan Electronik Customer Relationship Management (E-CRM) sebagai pelayanan personal kepada pelanggan. Tujuan utamanya adalah memberikan pengalaman yang konsisten, kepuasan pelanggan, dan menjalin hubungan yang baik dalam jangka waktu yang panjang. Dengan penerapan E-CRM yang baik, perusahaan dapat berinteraksi dengan calon pelanggan dan pelanggan tetap dengan mudah, serta memberikan informasi yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan mereka. Hal ini juga memungkinkan pelanggan untuk memperoleh informasi yang dibutuhkan dengan cepat dan mudah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan konsep Costumer Relationship Management (CRM) pada toko Key Distroagar menciptakan loyalitas dan meningkatkan hubungan dengan pelanggan. Adapun hasil dari kegiatan penelitian ini berupa Penerapan CRM kedalam bentuk Aplikasi berbasis Web agar nantinya dalam proses transaksi penjualan dan pengiriman produk menjadi lebih mudah dan efektif.
