the prevalence of hypertension by utilizing nonpharmacological therapies, such as consuming young coconut water consumption. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the effect of young coconut water consumption on reducing high blood pressure in menopausal women. A nonrandomized controlled trial study with a pretest-posttest control group design was chosen as the design of this study, which was conducted at the Community Health Center of Pekalongan, East Lampung Regency. A consecutive sampling technique was used to select eligible participants among menopausal women diagnosed with mild and moderate hypertension by medical personnel, totalling 16 treatment groups and 16 control groups. The treatment group was given the intervention of consuming young coconut water 300 ml morning and evening for seven days and taking standard hypertension medication. Meanwhile, the control group took standard hypertension medication. Participants had their blood pressure checked using an aneroid tensimeter before and after treatment. Data were analysed using a paired t-test with a confidence level (α) of 0.05 to prove the treatment effect on blood pressure reduction. The results found that the treatment of drinking young coconut water affected reducing systole blood pressure (p-value 0.016) and diastole (p-value 0.007). The average decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure pre and post-treatment was 11.25 mmHg and 9.87 mmHg after participants were controlled by taking standard hypertension medications. Drinking young coconut water can be used as a companion option for hypertension treatment by the community.

The findings reveal that the internet plays a significant role in facilitating language learning by providing access to diverse resources and interactive platforms. It is reported that internet tools help them create more engaging and culturally relevant lessons, which cater to the multilingual backgrounds of the students. Students highlighted that online resources offer immediate feedback, diverse learning materials, and opportunities for practicing English in real-world contexts, which are crucial for mastering a foreign language. Moreover, the study shows that the internet supports students in developing digital literacy skills, which are essential for effective language learning in the 21st century. The use of internet-based learning tools helps students seamlessly transition between languages, enhancing their overall language proficiency and confidence in using English. This research underscores the importance of integrating internet resources in EFL education to address the unique linguistic needs of students in multilingual settings. Future studies should explore the long-term impacts of internet use on language acquisition and its potential integration with traditional teaching methods to create a more holistic and effective EFL learning environment.

This research sample involved the Language UPT of Sembilanbelas November Kolaka University as the research subject, with a focus on the implementation of the TOEFL test and related programs. Data was obtained through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. The collected data was analyzed using the data analysis model from Miles and Huberman, which includes data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing stages. The research results show that the implementation of the TOEFL test at the UPT Bahasa Sembilanbelas November Kolaka University has several weaknesses, especially related to inadequate physical facilities, lack of training for instructors, and lack of flexibility in the test implementation schedule. Despite this, the program was successful in improving participants' English language skills, although there is still a need to focus more on developing broader practical and communication skills. This evaluation provides recommendations for improvement and further development in the implementation of the TOEFL test program, with the hope that these steps will improve the quality of test implementation and provide a greater contribution to students' academic and professional progress.

In the search, researchers will collect as much information as possible from related libraries. These library sources can be obtained from: books, journals, magazines, research results such as theses and dissertations, and other appropriate sources. If researchers have obtained relevant literature, it will be compiled regularly for use in research. The research results found that in developing the curriculum, teachers can choose several models including the Tyler Model, Administrative Model, Grassroots Approach Model, Demonstration Model, Beauchamp System Model or Beauchamp Model, Roger Model, Problem Solving Model and Taba Reverse Model. Curriculum development procedures include curriculum planning, curriculum organization, staff placement, and curriculum control. Meanwhile, curriculum implementation is the process of applying ideas, concepts, policies, in the form of practical actions, so that it creates impacts, both in the form of changes in students' knowledge, skills, as well as values and attitudes. E-government as a digital transformation in the government sector aims to improve efficiency, transparency, and accountability in the management of public administration. However, its success is highly dependent on individual behavior, including acceptance and adaptation to technology. E-budgeting, as one form of e-government implementation, is designed to increase transparency by providing easy and real-time access to the public regarding information on the use of the APBD. This study uses a literature study approach by reviewing various scientific articles and related documents from 2020 to 2024. The results of the study show that individual behavior, such as digital literacy and attitudes towards technology, play an important role in determining the success of e-government and e-budgeting. Although e-budgeting is able to increase transparency, challenges such as resistance to change, limited infrastructure, and low public trust in the government remain significant obstacles. Therefore, strategic steps such as community empowerment through digital literacy, increasing human resource capacity, and more effective communication between the government and the community are needed to ensure the success of this system. This research is expected to be a theoretical basis in developing a more effective e-government and e-budgeting implementation strategy in the future.
