an ini adalah untuk menganalisis efektivitas implementasi kebijakan berkelanjutan serta mengidentifikasi dampaknya terhadap pembangunan lokal dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif. Hasil temuan menunjukkan variasi dalam efektivitas implementasi kebijakan, dengan beberapa program berhasil meningkatkan kondisi lingkungan dan ekonomi masyarakat, sementara program lain mengalami kendala seperti kurangnya koordinasi dan partisipasi masyarakat. Temuan ini mengindikasikan perlunya pendekatan adaptif dan partisipatif yang lebih kuat dalam merancang kebijakan yang responsif terhadap konteks lokal.

The purpose of this study is to determine the quality of service at the Bambu Pemali village office, Merauke Regency. The method used is a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. The number of informants in this study is 8 people. Data analysis techniques consist of the data reduction stage, the data presentation stage, the conclusion making stage, and the verification stage. The results of the research on 5 (five) indicators that exist in the quality of public services in Bambu Pemali village are tangible (physical evidence), reliability (reliability), responsiveness (responsiveness), assurance (guarantee), and emphaty (empathy). Based on the results of the above research, it can be concluded that the quality of service of the Bambu Pemali village office, Merauke Regency, has not been optimal in providing services to the community because there are still poor services and have not run optimally so that it has quite an effect on community satisfaction, the service is slow and not on time because the community is still confused in file management and employees are not able to provide clear information. Problems related to inadequate facilities and infrastructure at the Bambu Pemali Village Office, Merauke Regency, so that it can affect the performance of employees in providing services.

n this context, youth not only act as users of technology, but also as developers of innovations that support the efficiency, transparency, and responsiveness of public services. Secondary data collected through document searches of literature, journal articles, government reports, and other official documents form the basis of this research analysis. The descriptive-analytical qualitative method is used to describe and criticise various aspects of the role of youth in e-government. Case studies such as "LAPOR!" and "Qlue," as well as hackathon initiatives, show how youth directly contribute to the development of digital solutions. In addition, their participation in e-participation platforms such as "Musrenbang Online" shows active engagement in technology-based decision-making processes. Youth also play a role in digital literacy campaigns, helping less tech-savvy communities to utilise e-government services. Involvement in advocacy and research further underlines the potential of youth as a source of innovative ideas and solutions. The results of this study confirm that the contribution of youth in supporting e-government is significant and covers various aspects, from technology development, participation in policy processes, to education and advocacy. Thus, youth are the main key in accelerating the digital transformation of government, ensuring that technology can be maximally utilised to improve the quality of public services and meet the needs of society in the digital era 5.0.

Based on the research results, the availability of adequate health facilities and equipment at BPJS counters can help officers in carrying out their duties in providing services to BPJS participants and is a factor that influences services at BPJS counters in Merauke-General Region. the affected hospitals are physical evidence. In accessing health services, officers must be sensitive in handling patient complaints and nursing staff must be responsive in resolving complaints from BPJS participants. The research results show that efforts to improve the quality of health services at the Merauke District Hospital are sufficient. Program ini menggunakan metode partisipatif melalui empat tahapan, yaitu: persiapan, pelaksanaan penyuluhan, pendampingan keluarga sasaran, dan evaluasi akhir. Penyuluhan dilakukan melalui ceramah interaktif, diskusi kelompok, dan demonstrasi pengolahan makanan berbahan pangan lokal. Hasil pre-test dan post-test menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan pengetahuan peserta mengenai stunting, 1.000 HPK, pemenuhan gizi seimbang, dan pola asuh responsif, dengan kenaikan skor lebih dari 50 poin. Pendampingan intensif memperlihatkan perubahan perilaku keluarga dalam menerapkan variasi menu, pengolahan pangan lokal, praktik kebersihan, serta stimulasi tumbuh kembang anak. Evaluasi tahap akhir menunjukkan terbentuknya jejaring sosial baru melalui kader posyandu dan kelompok ibu gizi yang memperkuat komitmen kolektif masyarakat dalam pencegahan stunting. Kegiatan ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan edukatif berbasis budaya lokal mampu meningkatkan kapasitas keluarga sekaligus membangun kemandirian komunitas dalam menjaga kesehatan anak.

Hasil penelitian ini secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa corporate social responsibility (CSR) tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak, capital intensity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak, managerial ownership tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap penghindaran pajak.
