vated by the decline in customer visits despite the restaurant’s strategic location, unique waterfall concept, and active social media promotion. A quantitative explanatory approach was applied using a cross-sectional survey of 400 customers who had visited Flui Restaurant & Cafe Bogor. Data were collected through a structured questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with LISREL 8.80. The results show that service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and revisit intention. Social media marketing activities also have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction and revisit intention. Furthermore, customer satisfaction significantly influences revisit intention and partially mediates the relationship between service quality and revisit intention, as well as between social media marketing activities and revisit intention. These findings indicate that increasing revisit intention requires an integrated strategy involving consistent service quality, interactive social media marketing, and customer satisfaction improvement

osive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires with a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS. The results show that service quality and sales promotion have positive and significant effects on consumer loyalty, both partially and simultaneously. The regression results indicate that sales promotion has a greater contribution than service quality in increasing consumer loyalty. However, the coefficient of determination shows that service quality and sales promotion explain 16.3% of consumer loyalty, while the remaining 83.7% is influenced by other factors outside this study. These findings imply that local retail management should not only improve service quality and sales promotion programs, but also consider other factors such as customer satisfaction, product quality, price competitiveness, store atmosphere, and consumer trust to strengthen long-term consumer loyalty.

Abstract:This study aims to analyze the influence of product placement and brand awareness on purchase intention, with brand image as a moderating variable among Korean drama viewers in Malang City. This study uses a quantitative…
approach with an associative research type. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total of 140 respondents who have watched Korean dramas and seen Kopiko products in Korean dramas. Data collection was conducted through an online questionnaire using a five-point Likert scale, while data analysis used the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method based on Partial Least Square (PLS) with the help of SmartPLS. The results show that product placement and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. In addition, brand image is able to moderate the relationship between product placement and purchase intention, but is unable to moderate the relationship between brand awareness and purchase intention. The results of this study indicate that Kopiko product placement in Korean dramas and high brand awareness can increase consumer purchasing interest. This study is expected to be a reference for companies in developing marketing strategies through entertainment media and building a positive brand image to increase consumer purchase intention.
Abstract:The digital transformation in higher education requires universities to provide not only reliable technology-based academic services but also physical facilities that support the student learning experience. This study aims…
ims to analyze the effect of the Academic Information System (SIAKAD) e-Service Quality and campus facilities on institutional image, with student satisfaction as an intervening variable. The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire from 80 active students of STIMI-YAPMI Makassar selected using a purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was conducted using validity and reliability tests, path analysis, and the Sobel test to examine the mediating role. The results showed that e-Service Quality and physical facilities had a positive and significant effect on student satisfaction and institutional image. E-Service Quality had the most dominant influence on student satisfaction. Furthermore, student satisfaction was shown to mediate the effect of e-Service Quality on institutional image, but not the effect of physical facilities on institutional image. These results indicate that e-Service Quality shapes institutional image through student experience and satisfaction, while physical facilities act as a reputational symbol that directly influences image. This research provides theoretical contributions in the development of higher education service management models as well as practical implications for higher education managers in formulating strategies for improving service quality and strengthening the institution's image in a sustainable manner.

interaction of external and internal factors in the context of local SMEs prone to high turnover. The main objective is to prove the partial and simultaneous influence of both variables on employee commitment. An explanatory quantitative approach was applied with a population of 40 employees using census techniques, primary data through a valid and reliable 5-point Likert questionnaire (Cronbach's Alpha >0.60), and multiple linear regression analysis via IBM SPSS 25 after the classical assumption test was met. The results showed that QWL had no significant effect partially (sig=0.253>0.05; β=0.149), while Personality had a significant positive effect (sig=0.002<0.05; β=0.604), with a strong simultaneous effect (F=8.852; sig=0.001) explaining 32.4% of the commitment variance. In conclusion, internal factors dominate loyalty in trading SMEs, providing theoretical contributions to organizational behavior models and practical implications for management in personality assessment and optimization of basic QWL for sustainable retention.
Abstract:This paper uses Time-Driven Activity-Based Costing (TDABC) in identifying cost per student, program profitability, and breakeven point across programs and branches at PT Kreasi Edulab Indonesia as it seek to solve the cost…
st allocation issues that arise due to the differences in instructional hours, staffing activity, and resource usage in providing educational services. The study will employ a quantitative methodology in which they will formulate TDABC-based cost modelling and simulating models to assign operational costs to the real instructional time and teaching capacity. Primary data were gathered by direct observation and internal cost structure mapping, whereas the secondary data were in the form of financial records, class schedules, and student enrollment reports. The analysis combines descriptive statistics, TDABC simulations, program profitability analysis, breakeven analysis, and sensitivity analysis to measure the cost per student, program level operating performance, minimum viable class sizes, and how the major financial drivers influence the operating profit. The findings indicate significant differences in cost per student and profitability of programs and size of a branch with some branches having lower levels of profitability below sustainable levels of breakeven despite the similar levels of revenues. The sensitivity analysis shows that average revenue per student is the most sensitive variable of operating profit, over and above the fluctuations in the enrolment volume and cost structure. Altogether, the results indicate that TDABC contributes to the increase of cost transparency and offers a solid foundation to the pricing, class consolidation, and operational decision-making.
