Abstrak : Di era globalisasi yang semakin berkembang ini sistem informasi merupakan hal yang sangat penting dan utama dalam membantu proses bisnis, dalam waktu dekat yang akan membuat persaingan dalam proses bisnis akan semakin keras dan ketat. Karena itu pemakaian teknologi informasi dan rancangan pembuatan program aplikasi dengan menggunakan PHP sebagai server side programing dan MySQl sebagai Databasenya khususnya mengenai jadwal keberangkatan bus dan pemesanan tiket bus pada perusahaan PO.NPM kota bukittinggi. Masalah – masalah yang dihadapi perusahaan ini yaitu masalah redundansi data pemesanan tiket yaitu banyak data pemesanan tiket yang tidak tersedia,dan tidak tersaji secara berurutan dan berulang-ulang sehingga mengakibatkan kesulitan saat memanipulasi, mengubah, dan menghapus data. Pada akhirnya penulis berharap dengan dibuatnya sistem informasi yang baru, dapat membantu Proses pemesanan tiket dan dilakukan dengan lebih mudah, tanpa penumpang yang bersangkutan harus datang langsung ke P0.NPM dengan adanya desain sistem yang baru akan mempermudah pihak perusahaan dan pengunjung bus.

To find out whether the child is having problems or not, the educator needs to understand and assess the child's development in all aspects. Decision support system is a system that can be used as a tool to determine the level of intelligence of children by providing an assessment of the child. The method used by the author is the method of Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) or better known as the weighted sum. Output in this method is the values that can provide benefits for researchers in knowing the child's intelligence to be held special coaching for children who have problems in its development. Quick and precise decisions become an important issue in a study. Data analysis is done by comparing between children. The result of SAW method analysis is a conclusion that helps teachers / educators to know the intelligence of their students.

Abstrak: Taman kanak-kanak merupakan jenjang pendidikan anak usia dini yang memiliki peran penting dalam mengembangkan kepribadian anak serta mempersiapkan mereka untuk memasuki jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. TK adalah jenjang pendidikan formal pertama yang memasuki anak usia 4-6 tahun, sampai memasuki pendidikan dasar. Anak pada usia 4-6 tahun biasanya memiliki masalah pada prilaku non normatif, prilaku dapat dilihat dari tingkat perkembangannya atau mengalami kesulitan dalam menyesuaikan diri baik pada waktu belajar (konsentrasi) maupun dalam aktivitas bermain disekolah atau dirumah. Untuk mengetahui apakah anak bermasalah atau tidak, pendidik perlu memahami dan memberikan penilaian terhadap perkembangan anak dalam segala aspek. Sistem pendukung keputusan merupakan sistem yang dapat digunakan sebagai alat bantu untuk mengetahui tingkat kecerdasan anak dengan memberikan penilaian terhadap anak tersebut. Metode yang digunakan penulis adalah metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) atau yang lebih dikenal dengan penjumlahan berbobot. Output dalam metode ini merupakan nilai-nilai yang dapat memberikan keuntungan bagi peneliti dalam mengetahui kecerdasan anak guna diadakan pembinaan khusus untuk anak-anak tk yang memiliki masalah dalam perkembangannya. Keputusan yang cepat dan tepat menjadi persoalan penting dalam sebuah penelitian. Analisa data dilakukan dengan cara membandingkan antara anak. Hasil dari analisa metode SAW ini menjadi kesimpulan yang membantu guru/pendidik untuk mengetahui tingat kecerdasan anak didiknya.

Abstrak: PT. Barettamuda Pratama Padang berjalan pada kegiatan pendistribusian bahan pembangunan jalan pada PU Bina Marga. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk pengolahan data bahan konstruksi hanya sebatas Microsoft Office. Permasalahan yang terjadi pada sistem yang sedang berjalan, kesulitan ketika mencari data yang dibutuhkan, sering terjadi pengulangan data saat menuliskan data tersebut pada lapora, kesalahan penulisan data sehingga data yang dilaporkan tidak sesuai dengan data yang sebenarnya. Dengan sistem yang sedang berjalan,mengakibatkan ketidakefektifan dalam mengerjakan laporan dan waktu untuk mengolah data pelaksanaan konstruksi pembanguan jalan tidak efesien. Pada sistem yang diusulkan merupakan sistem yang sudah terkomputerisasi untuk membantu memproses data pelaksanaan konstruksi pembangunan jalan sehingga permasalahan yang dihdapi selama ini dapat teratasi. Pembangunan sistem lama pada sistem baru akan menerapkan metode Waterfall. Kelebihan metode waterfall, praktis dalam merekaya sistem, Pengembangan yang terstruktur dan terkontrol membuat kualitas software tetap terjaga.

oblems addressed in this study are: 1) How is the performance of the KPU of Maluku Province in organizing the 2024 Presidential Election? and 2) What are the supporting and inhibiting factors in Ambon City? The study involved 14 informants. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection techniques including interviews, observation, and documentation. Data were analyzed using descriptive qualitative analysis techniques. The findings show that the performance of the KPU of Maluku Province in organizing the 2024 Presidential Election in Ambon City is in good condition, based on dimensions such as work responsiveness, work accountability, work effectiveness, and work efficiency. This performance is influenced by factors such as human resources (HR), technological support, collaboration with stakeholders, and community participation.

The purpose of this research is to develop powtoon-based animated video media in class V subtheme 3 humans and objects in their environment and determine the feasibility of powtoon-based animated video media with validation tests by material experts, media experts, and linguists, as well as student responses. The experimental subjects were fifth-grade elementary school students. The development of this video media uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of the validation test by material experts showed a percentage value of 88% in the very feasible category, media experts gave a percentage value of 100% in the very feasible category, and linguists gave a percentage value of 60% in the feasible category with revisions. The student response based on the questionnaire shows a positive response with a percentage score obtained of 91% in the category of very feasible, student response. The results can be concluded that the development of powtoon-based animated video media on subtheme 3 of humans and objects in their environment is suitable for use and motivates teachers and students in the learning process.
