This research aims to assess the performance of FM before the pandemic, and the start of the new normal and compare the operations on these timelines to identify the inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement that can lead to an effective, efficient, and consistent quality performance. The researcher includes the assessment of gaps, management capabilities, technologies, factors influencing performance and productivity, and ways of adapting to the changing external business landscape. To interpret the collected data, frequency and percentage, mean and standard deviation, Pearson-r correlation were used in quantitative data, and thematic analysis for the qualitative responses. The data gathered from the FM team supporting different clients and as senior leaders, signifies that there is no significant difference in operations and technology to support clients. However, minor improvements and recommendations by senior leaders can be considered and can contribute to effective and efficient operations.

In this regard, this analysis aims to provide an overview of the economic characteristics in the province of Bali before the pandemic and during the pandemic and identify potential sectors that need to be developed. This study uses the Location Quotient, Shift-Share, Klassen Typology, and Overlay analysis methods from 2010 to 2021. From the results of the research, Bali Province before the pandemic had five leading sectors, but during the pandemic, Bali Province did not move only one base sector can become a mainstay, further innovation strategies are needed to stimulate Bali's economy to rise to the way it was before the pandemic. However, policies regarding foreign language teaching teachers in Northern Cyprus must be reviewed to provide immense opportunities to enhance language competence of both language teachers and learners. In this sense, foreign language teaching and learning policy in ELT as well as other foreign languages must be well taught and successfully integrated into school systems and societies. Hence, the open-ended questions have been administered to six (6) foreign language teachers to elicit more detailed responses concerning teachers’ perception on changing time and options in teaching industry. The findings reveal how significant it is to introduce positive changes in foreign language teaching. The study suggests to be circumspect in the implementation of language policies and classroom activities regarding foreign language teaching and learning in order to prevent negative influences on both the teachers’ and the learners’ first language, ethnicity or culture.

The principal performs academic supervision of all teachers, in which the principal is assisted by the vice principal and senior teachers who are given a letter of assignment. Supervision of academic supervision, the principal checks and signs the teacher's administrative documents and monitors when the teacher conducts teaching and learning activities in the classroom. Follow up on the results of academic supervision by providing input both orally and in writing. Problems, among others, some teachers in the implementation of supervision are not according to a predetermined schedule, and senior teachers are less well versed in IT. Academic supervision solutions include adjusting the schedule in academic supervision in accordance with the teacher's readiness, and mentoring senior teachers who do not understand IT.

Initially, the total of 146 articles from various research databases ranging from the year 2018 to 2021 were downloaded. However, 35 articles were reviewed from the total articles downloaded and selected as the study sample size by meeting the title, abstract and contents criteria. Furthermore, the results of this study employed systematic literature review (SLR) to explain in details why CBDC should be chosen and how it supersede the traditional physical currency based on individual and organizational perspectives. The study assesses the roles of CBDC based on three parameters such as features, perceived benefits and challenges of both CBDC and Physical Currency. It also revealed that CBDC can replaces the use of physical currency depends only on how people, businesses perceive the features, benefits (better allocation, accessibility, interest bearing, convertibility and cost reduction) and possible challenges (reverse of the benefits) associated with CBDC compare to it counterpart.

hanya memiliki kompetensi pedagogik dan profesional, tetapi juga mampu mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai karakter, empati, dan kasih sayang dalam proses pembelajaran. Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta (KBC) hadir sebagai pendekatan yang menekankan dimensi afektif dan humanistik dalam pendidikan, yang diperkenalkan dalam berbagai sosialisasi kebijakan pendidikan keagamaan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis kajian pustaka (library research). Data diperoleh dari buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan dokumen kebijakan yang relevan, kemudian dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis isi (content analysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transformasi kompetensi guru PAI mencakup penguatan kompetensi pedagogik berbasis nilai, kompetensi sosial yang empatik, serta kompetensi kepribadian yang berlandaskan akhlak. Selain itu, guru dituntut untuk mampu mengintegrasikan pendekatan Kurikulum Merdeka dengan nilai-nilai KBC guna menciptakan pembelajaran yang bermakna dan berorientasi pada pembentukan karakter peserta didik. Dengan demikian, penerapan Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta menjadi langkah strategis dalam memperkuat peran guru PAI sebagai pendidik yang tidak hanya mentransfer ilmu, tetapi juga membentuk karakter dan kepribadian peserta didik secara holistik.
This study aims to analyze the transformation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers’ competencies in the era of the Merdeka Curriculum toward the Love-Based Curriculum (Kurikulum Berbasis Cinta/KBC). The shift in the educational paradigm requires teachers not only to possess pedagogical and professional competencies, but also to be capable of integrating character values, empathy, and compassion into the learning process. The Love-Based Curriculum (KBC) emerges as an approach that emphasizes the affective and humanistic dimensions of education, which has been introduced through various socialization programs of religious education policies in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative approach using a library research method. The data were obtained from books, scientific journals, and relevant policy documents, and were analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings reveal that the transformation of PAI teachers’ competencies includes the strengthening of value-based pedagogical competence, empathetic social competence, and personality competence grounded in moral values (akhlak). In addition, teachers are required to integrate the Merdeka Curriculum approach with the values of KBC in order to create meaningful learning experiences oriented toward the holistic character development of students. Therefore, the implementation of the Love-Based Curriculum becomes a strategic step in strengthening the role of PAI teachers as educators who not only transfer knowledge, but also shape the character and personality of students holistically.

Protection of whistleblowers has an important role in maintaining transparency and accountability in the environmental and natural resources sectors. Through the protection provided to whistleblowers, corrupt practices can be exposed and accountability can be realized. However, challenges and limitations still exist, and concerted efforts are needed to improve the implementation and effectiveness of these laws. With continued efforts, whistleblower protection laws can become a powerful tool in promoting transparency and accountability in the environmental and natural resources sectors.
