ucation sector, this research focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of social media and video conferencing apps in supporting flexible, interactive, and collaborative learning. Using a quantitative approach with descriptive and explanatory methods, data was collected from 50 respondents selected through stratified random sampling. The results indicate that WhatsApp is the most widely used social media platform by students (46.15%), while the most dominant video conferencing application is Zoom (61.54%). Students recognize the important role of social media in facilitating efficient communication, while video conferencing apps provide significant benefits in real-time interactivity. The combination of these two platforms has proven to significantly enhance students' learning motivation, with 84.62% of respondents acknowledging a positive impact on their learning process. This study emphasizes that the utilization of digital technology, such as social media and video conferencing apps, plays a crucial role in supporting more flexible and adaptive education. Therefore, the findings of this study recommend that educational institutions optimize the use of digital technology in learning to meet the demands of an evolving education system in this digital era.

This study aims to explore the relationship between humanistic educational philosophy, psychological well-being, and students' learning satisfaction at Bina Bangsa University. By paying attention to the needs, interests, and potential of each student, the humanistic approach creates an inclusive learning environment that supports personal development. The results of the study show that this approach can enhance motivation, creativity, and critical thinking skills in students through interactive learning methods such as discussions, debates, and practical work. Furthermore, the humanistic approach also has a positive impact on students' mental well-being by creating an emotionally safe classroom atmosphere, reducing stress, and anxiety. Students feel more valued and supported in their personal development. However, challenges arise when educators fail to provide clear explanations or adequate guidance before assigning tasks or homework, which can increase pressure on students. In conclusion, this study emphasizes that the humanistic approach is essential in creating a meaningful learning experience, which not only focuses on academic achievement but also on character development and psychological well-being. ernal motivation is self-awareness or Mindfulness. However, research on Mindfulness as a factor influencing learning motivation, particularly in Generation Z, is still quite limited. Therefore, this study aims to examine the role of Mindfulness in enhancing learning motivation in Generation Z. This research uses purposive sampling to select samples that meet the research criteria. The participants involved are Generation Z individuals aged between 12 and 27 years, residing in Banten, and currently enrolled as active students. To measure the level of learning motivation, the Academic Motivation Scale (AMS) is used, while the Five Facet Mindfulness Scale (FMMQ-10) is used to measure the level of Mindfulness. The results of the study show a significant positive relationship between Mindfulness and learning motivation, with a regression coefficient of 0.152. This means that the higher an individual's level of Mindfulness, the higher their learning motivation will be. These findings suggest that Mindfulness can play an important role in improving learning motivation, especially when applied alongside other supporting factors such as social support, emotional regulation, and a conducive learning environment. This study provides evidence that a Mindfulness-based approach has the potential to be applied in strategies to enhance learning motivation. Therefore, the development of programs integrating Mindfulness practices into students' daily lives, particularly among Generation Z, could be an effective step in improving the quality of their learning experience.

Deaf children face significant challenges in verbal and social communication, requiring specialized teaching methods focusing on direct experiences, sign language, and intensive training such as “language immersion.” SLB Karya Murni implements contextual methods linking instructional materials to daily life, such as tactile exercises to enhance sensory perception and integrated speech training to strengthen vocal abilities. Additionally, conversation visualization programs are employed to help children understand and develop vocabulary. The study found that the learning process demands patience, creativity, and technological support to improve the cognitive and communication skills of deaf children. The school also emphasizes practical skill development through activities like woodworking and beauty salon workshops, preparing students for independent living. This research highlights the importance of inclusion-based character education, family involvement, and a supportive social environment, which are expected to enhance the active participation of deaf children in their communities. These findings are anticipated to serve as a reference for developing more effective and inclusive learning programs in other special education schools.

Using a linguistic approach combined with simple descriptive analysis, the study successfully analyzed a variety of borrowed words to uncover patterns in their phonological adaptation. The findings reveal that the adoption process often involves phonological addition, deletion, or retention of specific phonemes. Some phonemes remain constant, preserving their original sound, while others are either added or omitted to align with Indonesian phonological rules and linguistic norms. Notably, the study identifies and formulates about sixteen distinct patterns of phonological addition and deletion that regularly occur during this process. These patterns highlight the systematic nature of language adaptation, demonstrating how linguistic structures accommodate borrowed words to fit the phonological and phonetic framework of the target language. This research contributes valuable insights into the dynamic interaction between languages, particularly the way phonological structures are modified to ensure compatibility and ease of use in a new linguistic environment. These findings provide a foundational understanding of word adoption mechanics, enriching linguistic studies on loanwords and their impact on language evolution, particularly in Indonesian. The established formulas offer a structured perspective for further research in phonological adaptation and cross-linguistic influence.

Teachers working in orphanages face dual roles as educators and caregivers, requiring psychological resilience to manage emotional pressures, limited resources, and the complexity of social relationships in the workplace. In this context, resilience becomes a key factor that enables teachers to adapt, overcome obstacles, and develop effective strategies to maintain both personal and professional stability. This study aims to describe teacher resilience at Muhammadiyah Orphanage Lamongan using a qualitative approach with a case study design. The research subjects consisted of two teachers, with data collected through in-depth interviews and participatory observation, supported by triangulated information from significant others. The findings indicate that both subjects experienced resilience dynamics due to dual roles and adaptation difficulties, particularly in time management and task distribution. Nevertheless, strategies such as effective time management, utilization of social support, and reflective ability in interpreting experiences proved to be essential factors in strengthening their resilience. The study concludes that teacher resilience in orphanages is an adaptive process shaped by the interaction of personal, social, and contextual factors. Therefore, institutional interventions in the form of self-management training and enhanced environmental support are necessary to ensure the sustainability of teachers’ roles in orphanages.

Using a descriptive analysis approach, the author identified findings in the field related to learning management in an effort to improve students' spiritual intelligence starting from curriculum planning, organising resources, controlling, supervising, and evaluating to run the learning process well. The results showed that the implementation of learning management in the PGMI study programme at Institut Daarul Qur'an Jakarta significantly contributed to improving students' spiritual intelligence. Programmes such as the Daqu Method and Tahsin & Tahfiz Intensive courses for students, as well as the integration of Islamic values in the curriculum are the main supporting factors. However, the biggest challenge faced is the different educational backgrounds of prospective students which affects their readiness in developing spiritual intelligence. To overcome this, the institute implemented an adjustment strategy through remedial programmes and more intensive personal guidance.

This study aims to identify the influence of self-efficacy on academic adjustment through a systematic literature review by analyzing journal articles from the last five years obtained from electronic databases such as Science Direct, ProQuest, Springer Link, and Google Scholar. From this search, six journals relevant to the research theme were identified. The review results indicate that five journals show a direct relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment, while one journal shows an indirect involvement. In conclusion, self-efficacy significantly helps new students adjust to the academic and social challenges at the university, which in turn enhances academic performance and reduces stress. This study highlights the importance of studying new students and using a systematic literature review to investigate the relationship between self-efficacy and academic adjustment, which has not been widely discussed in previous research.

dies subject. This research is based on the importance of preparing students for the challenges of the 21st century, which require critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills. The method used is Classroom Action Research (CAR) with 35 students from class VIII-3 as participants. There are two cycles in this study, consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection phases. In the first cycle, although PBL was implemented, only 43% of students scored above the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) of 80, with an average score of 71. Additionally, their activeness in asking questions, answering, expressing opinions, and solving problems was still low. Reflection indicated that students needed time to adapt to PBL and required more motivation from the teacher. In the second cycle, after improvements were made, there was a significant increase. As many as 89% of students scored above the KKM of 80, with an average score of 88. Student activeness also increased with more active participation in class activities. This shows that students better understood and adapted to the PBL model and received better encouragement from the teacher. In conclusion, the implementation of the PBL model is effective in improving students achievement and active participation in the Social Studies subject at SMP Negeri 172 Jakarta. This is evidenced by the significant increase in students average scores and their active participation in learning. The PBL model is capable of stimulating students critical, analytical, and creative thinking skills, as well as enhancing their engagement in learning, creating a more conducive and efficient environment for achieving educational goals.
